Excellent customer service, nice and knowledgeable family run business who go above and beyond to ensure all questions are addressed and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is top notch, wait staff friendly and efficient. Highly recommend to anyone in Viana do Castelo to stay here. Also, staff speak many languages to accommodate travelers from other countries.

This two star hotel is steps away from the centre. Great location. My room had a shared patio so nice for an afternoon sit in the sun. Great check-in. No need to fill out anything as they had all of the information. I was escorted with my bag to my room. I have not had that experience since staying in a five star hotel in Asia. So a two star hotel with five star service. Further, I was asked if a breakfast start at 8 am was ok; I asked if 7:30 was possible and the manager said fine. That is totally rare. So I recommend this hotel, great value and service.

Eduardo at front desk in evening and young man in breakfast room in morning were so kind and helpful! Food was wonderful, coffee excellent, room was quiet and clean. 10 stars!

Great reasonably priced hotel with great views from upper rooms. Staff super helpful with answering our many questions. Breakfast included and morning servers so friendly and offered tinfoil to take leftover breakfast items for lunch

Nice small "design" hotel. Friendly welcome and checkin. Location in the city center is perfect. Rooms are not too big. But beds and bathroom are accurately clean. Just two things noticing: (1) the bathroom is seperated in a "transparent way" (see pic). Could cause some discomfort when sharing the room with a second, (2) the TV is placed in a not so usefull way (see again pic), but watching TV should not be the first choice in such a beautiful city ;)

My husband and I stayed here whilst doing the Camino Portuguese. Hotel is nicely situated for the attractions and amenities. Our room was a good size, it was clean and the beds were comfortable. We had a good view of the Sanctuary on top of the hill. We also had a great little terrace. Breakfast was continental and was very nice. Staff were very efficient and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel was well located for access to the central church (and on our Camino, we were fortunate enough to experience a church festival - decorated streets in the town along with processions & bands). The room was clean, well appointed and quiet. The staff helpful, both at reception and in the morning at breakfast - a continental breakfast was included in our room tariff and cheese & ham platter along with fruit & yogurt catered for those who are gluten intolerant.

Very basic hotel but the staff are beyond gracious and helpful, and rooms are very clean. Some have nice balconies.

Very nice well maintained property. Very clean and comfortable. Not luxe, but a great value for the price. Breakfast was fresh, delicious and plentiful. The staff brought anything you wanted from the buffet to your table, per “safe and clean” protocols. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. When we checked in Eduardo gave us a great orientation and map of the city. A perfect stay!

The hotel is great and the staff was super friendly and helpful ☺️ At breakfast the staff was so kind and gentle that it felt like your mom was taking care of you for breakfast! The only thing that makes me give the 4 stars instead of the 5 is that the price was too high. We paid 89€ for one night (two person), the beds are not that comfortable and the breakfast is not that great for a 89€ a night. The price is too high for the level of comfort. We stayed here as it was the only hotel with a free room this night, so we got a triple room. The TV in the room is ridiculously small for the size of the room 😅 The place is super clean and they are very strong in covid cleaning measures, so if you are concerned with covid this is a safe place. They also have parking, we paid 3€ for parking the motorcycle for one night.

Manager was professional, extremely polite and helpful. I had injured my foot and he brought up pizza and a pot of tea to my room. He also said to ask him to ring reception if there was anything else he could do. Also, staff in general most attentive. Would absolutely recommend this hotel without question.

An extremely clean and well-maintained hotel in the heart of Viana do Castelo. I had an excellent nights sleep here. The room is basic but modern and the bed is comfortable and clean. The absolute star of the hotel is receptionist Eduardo. He made me feel welcome and like I had checked into a 5 star hotel. His positive attitude and friendly hospitality are second to none, same goes to his colleague, who was also extremely helpful and accommodating. Nothing was a problem or an issue. The breakfast was basic but I was allowed to pack a little lunch package for the Camino walk. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend to stay here if you are in the area. Lovely hotel, staff go above and beyond. Loved it!

With an excellent location this cozy, little hotel deserves more than 2 stars. We spent 3 days in Viana (maybe a little way to much, because in one afternoon you can visit all it has). The rooms are not big but comfortable and modern. The staff is friendly and tries to speak in English although it is difficult to understand.

A small and tiny hotel outside but with a BIG heart. Tradicional family business where everyone wants every customer to feel welcome, happy and supported. Grandma makes sure of that. Breakfast is really good.
