A beautiful clinic with caring, considerate, warm, friendly and kind staff. Easily located in the shopping strip. The doctor was really thorough in her check up and explained her treatment recommendations very clearly and gave multiple treatment options and recommendations. I received a fantastic service from this clinic and I would recommend this clinic to anybody in a heart beat. It takes time for the Medicare rebate to be processed but the cost of the appointment is very reasonable regardless and the rebate is generous. I’ll definitely come back as needed.

I was booked to have my Shingles vaccine and needed to be seen by a doctor before the vaccination. The process was smooth and quick, with the doctor coming to check my status before the vaccination on the spot. The nurse was also fantastic checking all my details and the vaccine itself was no big deal. I would strongly recommend the services of New Bay Clinic. Thanks for the extra care, as always.

Dr Kimberly Fayman saved my life <3 I cannot express with words how incredible Dr Fayman and the team at Newbay have been through one of the most difficult periods of my life. Picking up on a diagnosis that no other doctor ever had, sticking with me as we attempted every medication and non-medication based treatment under the sun, holding hope for me when I had none myself - Dr Fayman has been, and remains, truly a guiding light for me. She is an incredibly talented doctor who genuinely cares for her patients, always maintaining the utmost professionalism and kindness. Similarly, the team at Newbay, from Lauren and the reception staff, to other doctors I have seen such as Dr Yang, Dr Tindall and Dr Dornan, are always so lovely, welcoming and knowledgeable. I have absolute trust in all the doctors within the clinic - Newbay has cultivated a wonderful medical space here!

The team at NewBay medical are fantastic - super professional. If Doctor's were Rockstars, Dr Olivia Dorman would be the lead singer of U2! She is hands down the best doctor that my family and I have ever seen. She's detailed, thorough, caring and makes you feel like there's no other patient in the world and that there's no other patients waiting in the waiting room. She is AMAZING! We would not go anywhere else!

Dr Olivia Doorman is the most amazing doctor anyone could possibly dream of. Extremely understanding , professional, thorough & most of all full of empathy which is what you need when you feel unwell. The reception staff go an extra mile for you as well. I had a wonderful experience at this medical practice! The doctors were not only incredibly skilled but also very friendly. The ambiance of the clinic added to the overall positive experience.

I hate going to the doctors mainly because they either prescribe you whatever so you stop whinging or are always so quick to get you out of the chair, however I didn't feel that at all today. I found the practice as it was close to my work and I actually enjoyed my visit and talking to Dr Fayman, bless her she is beautiful and was happy to chat to me about anything and everything I had going on. If I'm ever forced to go to the doctors again it will be there.

All staff (reception and medical) at Newbay medical clinic are warm and welcoming. I have found the medical staff to be extremely thorough with my baby and have always followed up personally with me over the phone. Excellent! I've had 2 appointments with two different doctors at Newbay Medical and I can say they are really caring, professional and empathetic. Dr. Kimberly and Dr. Vidhya are great. The receptionist is also very polite and friendly. Thank you for making us feel comfortable and taken cared off.

The ladies at the front desk have been super supportive every time I have visited. They have worked in with my random schedule and have helped in every way they can. We are on a large job site next door, and often turn up needing their help. Thank you all for being there for us.
