Took my fiancees ring to the Victorville location on 11/6/21 to be inspected/cleaned/replated we were told it took 2 weeks to have this done and expect a call. One week later we get a call its ready for pick up but its not her ring! the sides are all scratched up, The diamonds are cloudy and most importantly the ring is now magically 2 sizes too small. the lady who helped us in victorville freaked out took the ring back snapped pictures and was going to send it back saying "I have no idea why they resized it" We just want the correct ring back but when I called the 800 number initially I was told Id get a call later on that day but hey that didnt happen. Ive been sitting on hold for the past hour and still havent talked to anyone

It was good at first got my Nana a really nice ring for 5000 but it was to small. She loves it so she went in all they offered her was a exchange and they told me they resize so offered her a new ring and told her it was the same value when she showed me they screwed her over it doesn't look expensive at all it looks like costume jewelry. Worse service ever. I wouldn't even rate it a 1 star but I have to. Won't recommend this place they will screw you over big time and I'm going to return it and go somewhere else in my day off

We had a wonderful experience shopping at this location. We visited several shops looking for engagement rings and our visit to Zales was by far the best. The overall vibe was customer centered, and Michelle offered us a variety of options to select from. She was also very straightforward and honest when it came time for purchasing, prices, quality etc. We came back the next week to place our purchase and we were helped by a different sales person, who was also very helpful and straightforward. She also offered us selections for wedding bands. Both representatives advised us on the best way to place our purchases to take advantage of discounts. We felt that these ladies truly cared about helping us to make the right choices. The options also appealed to us more than other stores we had visited. We would definitely recommend to anyone shopping for jewelry.

Roshini at Victor Valley Mall is amazing! My husband and I went into Zales just to "look" at rings and with no intentions of buying. Roshini was more than happy to help us look. She helped me to pick the type of ring that I might be interested in. First, we determined the cut of the diamond, then the size (2 carots) and setting that appealed to me, showing me different styles and options along the way. She also let us know about Zales 30% discount special, as well as the 18-month payment plan (an option we always enjoy). Roshini took the time to explain the difference between diamonds vs. lab diamonds, the 4-C's and even showed us the differences between different diamonds. She was so kind, informative, personable and professional. Because of Roshini's incredible sales attributes, my husband and I picked out the perfect ring for our 30th wedding anniversary. And, because of Roshini, we are looking forward to picking out a new wedding band for my husband when we return to pick up my ring. We highly recommend Zales, and if you're at Victor Valley Mall, please say hello to Roshini for us.

This jewelry store is amazing! I do not shop anywhere else. All of the associates are always ready to help and they do not push me on any product. I brought my ring in for it's 6 month cleaning last week. While cleaning one of the diamonds fell out! Since I had the warranty I was not too concerned about it and it was found on the floor. I was helped by Diamond, a real sweet girl. She assured me that it would all be taken care of. I picked it up today and it is beautiful, like when I originally got it from my hubby! I will not hesitate to shop her again, especially if I can be helped by Diamond. She is awesome!
