Worst customer service experience in my life. I went in with my fiancee to buy wedding rings. We spoke with a very polite very young new hire, who had no idea how to sell rings. She went on to ask her managers twice for help and twice they did nothing except publicly shaming her. We were there for over an hour and no one in the whole shop had no idea how to order rings for us. In the end they took our details and full payment (and photocopied the receipt to make sure they have it on file) and said they will place an order next day. Next day I got a phone call asking me to come over to prove I paid for the rings. It was ridiculous! Not only I paid to them in their very presence, but they also make a photocopie of my receipt! Once I pointed that out, they assured me everything is ok and I will receive an order confirmation shortly via email. Of course, I've got nothing, so I went to the shop again next day. I asked about the email confirmation and the manager told me in a very rude way that "that's not something they do". Then she went on to blame me (?) that they had a problem with finding my payment confirmation. How is this my fault as a customer? Then she started to blame again the young new hire who was standing next to her. It was horrible. The girl had tears in her eyes while the manager with fake smile kept on saying how it would be different if it was a different employee. In the end I got my order confirmation, but it took one new hire and 4 different "managers" to place that order. Everyone except the young girl was incredibly unpleasant. As the cherry on the top, they told me that there will be no notification once the rings are ready. They don't send emails, they don't call, they expect you to check with them personally in the shop every other day. From the very beginning to the very end it felt like they were bothered by us trying to buy something. I absolutely do not recommend that place.

Nice experience. The store have all kinds of male and female clothes, accessories , so on ... Quality products and variaty. Missing a few areas comparing to Paris Galeries Lafayette , but looking at it has a smaller remote store 🏬 it's very interesting. We found all we were looking for. Staff very kind and professional.

Secret roof top bar/restaurant on the 6th floor . Groovy 70’s decor at the bar and stunning views over Toulouse rooftops , spot the Churches, Basilica , Cathedral, Convent and ancient Prison , all while having a cold beer . Glass walls of toilets make having a Pee interesting to say the least !

Big place with a lot o shops. Most of them are expensive. There are 3 floors os shops. At the last floor you have a coffee/restaurant with an amazing view over the roof tops of Toulouse, that is expensive too. Well it is not the place to buy or do anything if you dont have a good salary. But it is still beautifull with the christmas lights.

Although the store is open on Sunday they do not provide a working toilet. Visited the store today and many staff could only direct customers to a 3rd floor toilet and didn't know what to do when I advised them that this was closed. The 3rd floor toilet is located next to Polo/Ralph Lauren and has a sign saying it will open at 11am. However it did not. When I tried to get some help from a man aged between 35 and 50 - he was very rude and didn't care that there was a line of customers needing the toilet - that included children. Do no take our money if you do not wish to provide the facilities!!! Very poor.

I want to write a review to say how kind and helpful and efficient the staff were when my friend was feeling unwell and fainted while we were Christmas shopping . The Staff in the womens department were absolutely fantastic, and the security and the resident nurse . I don't normally write reviews but wanted to say thank you so much .

Lovely shop, well laid out with everything we needed, including a slightly well hidden roof terrace (hint - use the stairs to the left of the lifts or you’ll be waiting all day).

Amazing purchases as usual and adorable staff! Especially the lady who took my order at the checkout. She was so patient despite my problem with cofinoga card 🙄 😡 Check out your credit partner as a reliable...hopefully I had my other credit cards with me. But anyway, my son and I enjoyed our shopping 🛍 ☺ Amazing store! I couldn't have been more satisfied elsewhere!!! Friendly and helpful staff!!

I mean it's a fun place to visit honestly. You can test various type of perfume and cosmetics on the first floor in which I visited

Amazing place. You find all good brands here. As soon as you enter you get classy shopping complex feeling. Visiting this in sale will surely make you happy and don’t put hole in your pocket but be aware you don’t get every item of brand here only specific like I saw one pair of boots from Mineli website and found out in gallery Lafayette they don’t have all models of it only few. I bought one pair of long leather boots 👢 and hopefully they will serve me better. Location in city center very near to Jean jauras metro so convincing.

In this store, only exceptional employees who are humble cashiers and well-versed in customer service ensure that assistance is provided promptly without wasting time. Especially Estée Lauder, Tommy Hilgifer, Calvin Klein,

Like the Bijenkorf in Amsterdam or any of the major warehouses in England. Lots of fancy stuff 🙂

Very big and crowded mall. Go straight to the top where you can have a coffee, small munch and amazing view of the city.

Shopping quite good, but went for a roof top drink. Waiter left me 10 euro short on my change. When questioned immediately knew he had short changed me no apology. ( Felt like he knew what had gone on) check your change peeps!

Worth visiting, especially because of the restaurant on the top of the building with nice terrace to see the city from above and take a drink with your friends during the sunset

It's a regular Lafayette shopping mall but if you go to the 6th floor, which is the highest, you will have an amazing view of the whole of Toulouse. Also, there is a great hang out lounge where you can chill and have a drink.

All under one roof ,which helps, but beauty department would benefit from updating their brands a little to attract younger customers.

Compared to the city this is a very dissapointing Lafayette

I went to buy some clothes and I had a lovely service at the cashier on the third floor who told me I could go downstairs (-1) to get a store card to benefit from my loyalty. Happy me decided to take the offer. But Downstairs was a different story!(Like a joke.) The only lady who deals with cards services was on the phone and she quite « aggressively » and « rudely » asked me to wait away from where she was. After waiting for almost 15 minutes because she was finishing her phone conversation, she came towards me again in very rude manners asked ; « do you have all the papers? » I tried to explain her that I have them on my phone and that cashier told me that was ok but she was again loud, rude and negative so at that point I tore the paper I was given from upstairs, left the shopping which I was looking forward to buy and left. She may be having a bad day but this is extremely ridiculous in such classy organisation and very sad. It ruined my day of shopping.

The view from the resturant at the top of the store is magnificent. A nice spot for a quick aperitif sur le toit.

Today I went to the Galeries looking for a cosmetic. I didn’t find the product by myself but I decided to double check and asked to one of the assistants (a young and polite lady). She checked and didn’t find either. Then she asked her colleague (an elderly woman, shorter curly blonde hair at the aisle with all different brands of skin care products). She was so rude and stressed, it was just a simple YES/NO question… At the end I still said ´merci, au revoir’ but she did not even bother to reply. Not a good customer experience at all, too bad to have this kind of employees working directly with the customer.
