👍 Very pleasant place to have a coffee along with a wide variety of pies. Helpful waiters and fairly quick service.

😠 Absolute disgrace of customer service. My problem hasn't been solved for days because the people at headquarters can't reach their own colleagues in the branch. What a luxury. I wasn't helped. Thanks.

👍 Good baked goods to go, a quick snack to go on the way to the subway. There is no need to discuss the quality of the products, but the friendliness should be worked on in the morning. Not every customer is a grantee, and getting rid of the hassle of being in front of the next customer is not nice....
