Great hotel in the center of Vienna. Location made for easy walking to many of the city center sites. Staff was super friendly with helpful directions, cab calls, luggage storage and eating suggestions. Rooms were modern with great bathrooms, comfortable beds and nice views out windows.

The doors automatically go open, good sign for attractive service. I was checking in and I met the love of my life. He immediately offered us tea and coffee, this is the one I thought, he is my soulmate. But Thomas was with me so I stopped. Me and Thomas smash/pass(ed) everyone on TV.

Absolutely stunning. Lovely warm comfortable room. Very large comfortable bed. Excellent wifi. Big TV, safe and hair dryer. All you need. Breakfast was a fantastic spread of buffet style food. Again everything there. Placed within 10/20 walk to main centre but just a pleasure to stroll around and investigate

Rooms: a very small room, like a hallway but narrow (the bed + max 1m; room 502). Also, a very small shower (I couldn't wash without hitting the shower's door or the water tap. Sometimes both). Also, the lack of a ceiling light source made the room quite dark in the evening. Service: quite good, but we felt some of the staff a little condescending or judgmental. Not obvious, just felt it. Others were more than ok. But they had a very good and strong coffee, I liked it, plus the table on the sidewalk gave us time to stay and enjoy the morning air. Location: very good near the City Hall, some 5 min to the subway and 15 min to the center but it's a wonderful walk.

excellently positioned in a quiet location; the hotel is clean and the facilities in the room are four stars; with a little attention to detail it would be worth five stars. Very good breakfast. I recommend and for sure we will return.

I stayed for three nights at this hotel. I found the hotel to be very clean and the staff were attentive and friendly. The buffet breakfast was varied and adequate. The convenient location meant we could walk to the metro and tram stops and also many of the attractions were within walking distance. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to others due to its convenient location and friendly staff.

I had an amazing experience at the Rathaus Hotel in Vienna! The location is superb, making it easy to explore the city's attractions. The staff was incredibly attentive and provided the best service throughout our stay. We opted for the corner suite, and I wholeheartedly recommend it for the extra space and comfort. A truly memorable stay!

The breakfast was very good ,a good variety of options and staff helpful and friendly regularly bringing out new servings of food ,the rooms are basic for the price paid but they are clean and of good working order there was a very good irish bar around the corner for food and drinks

The room was TINY. I know European rooms tend to be smaller, but this was the smallest I’ve stayed in throughout Europe. There also weren’t any outlets near the bed. Fortunately I had a 10 foot phone charger, but in order to use it, I had to unplug the one lamp in the room, so you couldn’t have light and a charged phone. They also did not have any hair conditioner, or washcloths. I know washcloths tend to be an American concept, but since this was part of an American chain, I assumed there would be American amenities like that. When I called the front desk to request one, the person had no idea what I was referring to. I know hair conditioner is a universal item, so I’m not sure why they didn’t supply that.

Despite being labeled as a 4-star hotel, our experience at this Radisson property was far from satisfactory. The staff lacked helpfulness and courtesy. Initially, we were promised a room upgrade which we had asked for and they asked us to come around 3PM as per the standard check-in time of 3 PM. However, upon returning, they not only denied the upgrade and provided us with the worst possible room, which had low ceiling height and a non-functioning AC. The overall experience was disappointing, and the behavior of the staff was notably rude and unprofessional.

This was our first trip to Vienna and we can't say enough about this property and staff. We chose this hotel based on location and pictures on our booking website. The hotel is centrally located in the Innerstadt and is walking distance to great restaurants, bars, and tourist hot-spots. Our six night September 8th stay got off to the best of starts when we were warmly greeted by Ananda at check in. The nicest man, he was very professional and helpful. He got us checked in quickly, explaining everything, and ensured we were happy with our room. Gave us a rundown on the hotel and room, leaving us with no questions! When we dame back down he provided recommendations on where to eat, leading us to have a superb meal nearby. Our room was superb! We were in a 4th floor suite with great views, a very comfortable bed (yes, two mattresses on a large box spring frame - typical European style), large approximately 50" Samsung TV, in a spacious room with a couch, two chairs, and coffee table along with two nooks, one with a deck and chair, the other with a comfortable chair and table. The bathroom had a comfort height toilet, stand up shower and a separate tub , with double sinks (was great for getting ready in the morning). The room also had tons of cupboard and closet space, safe, hairdryer, tea/coffee maker, and excellent wifi. One of the most luxurious rooms I have ever stayed in (we saw other rooms during our stay. Some were smaller at cheaper rates, but all looked clean and comfortable), along with very efficient and helpful staff. Would highly recommend this hotel, but treat yourself to the suites if available.

This hotel was very nice. Both a positive and negative about this hotel is the location; positive is that it’s quiet away from busy streets, and it’s a 5-7min walk from a few different public transits. The negative is that it is a bit of a walk to get to the city center or like Saint Stephen cathedral (20-30mins walk) and that’s where a lot of the restaurants and shopping is too. The rooms where great and the a/c worked wonderful after a long hot day of walking. The breakfast was decent not a lot of options but it wasn’t the worst I’ve had either. Over all I’d give the hotel a 8/10

Great location and only a 15-20 mins walk from the main attractions. The trams/metros are also very close to the hotel. I was also happy with the cleanliness and the size of my room. My only issue was that there was no iron in the room. They had a separate room for it which meant it had to be shared among multiple guests which resulted in a longer wait time. If you are like me who needs to iron your clothes every time you go out, might want to carry a small one with you.

The room was very small and the windows opened into neighboring building. Although service and location were great... Walkable to the university and many historical buildings.

Great hotel, conviniently located in the 1 district. Schottentor U-bahn and Billa supermarket nearby. Reasonably large room (superior) with bath tub, refrigerator, tea/coffee, comfy beds, tv and A/C. The view was less interesting, but that is more than balanced by the location.

My experience at the Hotel Rathauspark can be summed up by the fact that the only shower amenity they offer is 2-in-1 shampoo and body wash. Technically gets the job done but not something you would recommend to others. Pros: -staff are nice, helpful and friendly -hotel is close by to the Rathaus Christmas market (which I felt was the best Christmas market in Vienna) Cons: -while the hotel is close to the Rathaus Christmas market, it’s not near anything else. The area itself is very dead and you have to walk 5-10 min to get to a train stop or cafe -my standards for amenities in hotels are pretty low, for a 3 star hotel I expect there to be body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. I was disappointed to see that they only offered a 2-in-1 body wash and shampoo and no conditioner. All in all, we paid a little under $200 a night for this hotel. Personally, I would’ve shelled out an extra $50 or $100 a night to get another better hotel in a better area. Especially when staying during December where there are snowy mornings. It’d have been nice to have a nice hotel lounge or cafe area to stay in and watch the snow fall.

It’s not like the beautiful pictures from the website. But it’s ok, as long as you don’t pay too much. I’d suggest to check other options first. It’s old and feels empty, the room had an old tv, with old furniture. The layout of the room was strange, the bed was in the corner. It’s not a room to spend leisure time. Just walk the whole day and come back to sleep. Location is good, you can walk anywhere. The staff was super nice.

15 minutes walk from the city centre, not bad. Room was oddly laid out and small, ok for some body on a business trip or us for one night, but anyway longer and i would ask for a different one. The staff very helpful and efficient. The breakfast (included) was everything you needed, including smoked salmon. Although if you had to pay it was €19 even I couldn't eat that much in the morning.

Plusses: - Wonderfull staff - Great location - Proper breakfast Minus: - Extremely small room (estimate about 12-15 M2 incl. all), when a colleague who paid 100 euros less for 3 nights incl. breakfast had a room 3x bigger. I indicated I was traveling for work and the desk in my room barely had enough space for my 13 inch laptop. Couldnt use my mouse on the same desk.. :) - I am 1.90m and did not fit in the bed. Sheets were too small and couldn't turn around without almost falling off. I could've probably gotten extra sheets etc if asked, I do admit. - Room smelled like smoke, could be because of the carpet or perhaps a room next door. - Noisy; apparently people come here with escort ladies and everyone on the floor can hear exactly what's happening.. Also I probably got unlucky with my room being on a side of the hotel where there was a lot of construction. - The bathroom reminded me of a trip to Russia. It does have proper appliances, but looked very outdated. Not trying to bash the hotel in any way, but my experience wasn't great. Again, wonderful people, great location but overall I unfortunately have a relatively negative experience.

Very nice staff, we had a great stay, regardless of the broken key system and elevator, which caused some inconvenience

Loved this hotel. I had a beautiful room with lots of space (superior room) and it was very close to the city center. The only downside is that it is a bit of a long journey from the airport, but not undoable. The people at reception are lovely and very helpful. The breakfast was great too!

Very friendly staff, large rooms, perfect breakfast, parking close by, near the sites. Be sure to ask for a walk in shower if you have problems with climbing into a bath tub.

Location is good, breakfast as well. Hotel room is small, and I found hair on the sheets which is not good. Staff at the reception are very nice.

It was a terrible experience. The room offered to us was one of the smallest room i have ever seen or stayed (607), even though we booked the hotel almost a month ago and did mentioned we were there to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary, despite of that no upgrade was offered and we were put in a tiny and dingy room. Reception staff apologised and also mentioned that we should not have offered you this room as this is one of the smallest room we have, so as an apology one night was taken off, so I settled the other night with cash, but despite of that they charges my card again for 2nd night, I have tried emailing the front desk, it's almost been a week no one is responding.

A very nice hotel with easy access to nearby restaurants. Also, the centre is closeby so you enjoy the walk. The room was up to expectations especially with warm temperatures, the air conditioning did the charm for us. Really amazing staff and very cooperative. Definitely will book and visit this hotel again.

The location wasn't too bad, even with construction and road closures. I'm an American and have found these rooms better than some other European hotels I have visited. Beds (single) are smaller than back home but decent for what I expect are the other options in the city. I am happy with my stay there.

Nice cute hotel. Room was a decent size but the bathroom was on the smaller side. The breakfast was amazing. I thought it was the best we had in all the hotels we've stayed in Europe. The variety was big and it had to satisfy even the fussiest. The hotel was also conveniently located close to the public transport and some major sights. It was close to City Hotel and it was perfect given the Film Festival going on. You could buy your daily or a longer duration tram tickets directly from the hotel. We also rented a car for about 2 days and were able to park for free across the hotel. The staff was also kind and helpful. Only feedback was our room was not ready although it was past check in time but otherwise everything was great.

Great hotel with a great location. It can be a challenge to find a central hotel in Vienna without paying with two of your limbs. This is one of the exceptions. The location is absolutely flawless to me, one minute from Rathausplatz and a handful of minutes from Hofburg. It was priced very, very reasonably and the staff was very kind and helpful. Next time in Vienna I'll hope to stay here again.

Outstanding hotel; great staff and breakfast. I would definitely go back

It definitely does not merit 4 stars. Standard rooms facing the courtyard are extremely narrow and badly organized, the furniture is old-fashioned. The main elevator was broken, the elevator in the back was constantly occupied in the morning due to loading. Ironing service includes only a 2 square meter room on the third floor where you can iron your own shirt. Breakfast was ok, the staff is polite, therefore my rating.

We spent two nights here and the stay was good. In particular, I would like to say a big thanks you to Miss Meliza in the breakfast area. So happy to meet her and to talk about the foods. Then, she was so professional and friendly with me and my girlfriend. The example of waitress that a guest want to find.

Good hotel located at a perfect location, which is the biggest plus. It is located near a metro station and a lot of main tourist attractions are within walking distance. The hotel itself is good and offers a breakfast for €18/day, which is quite expensive. I didn't have the breakfast myself because of this price and instead went to a supermarket around the corner. During my stay the elevator was broken but the hotel allowed the use of the personnel elevator. The room was clean with comfortable bedding, bathroom (and shower) quite small. Free wifi. Overall good experience, mainly because of the location.
