Some
things
were
great,
but
general
comfort
was
an
issue:
-
On
2nd
floor
our
room
was
boiling
hot
in
winter.
Heating
is
centrally
controlled,
we
had
air
conditioning
at
5
degrees
&
it
didn't
change
the
room
temperature
much.
Only
option
was
to
open
a
window
every
night.
-
Bed
is
on
the
hard
side,
often
wake
when
you
turn
in
your
sleep.
Pillows
are
terrible,
they
say
1
firm
&
1
soft
pillow
but
both
pillows
are
so
soft
we
had
to
fold
them
in
half
&
stack
them
to
get
neck
support.
During
the
night
they
come
undone
so
you
wake
up
&
restack
them
again.
Hotel
fully
booked
over
new
year,
so
no
pillow
change
available
but
I
think
all
their
pillows
are
like
this.
Bed
covers
are
warm
&
comfortable
but
are
2
separate
single
covers
on
a
double
bed
-
no
snuggling!
-
8
English
speaking
TV
channels
mostly
news
but
2
movie/TV
drama
channels
the
signal
goes
out
every
10mins
or
so
for
around
5mins
-
really
frustrating,
they
need
to
fix
this.
-
Internet
isn't
great,
often
low
or
no
signal
overnight
&
middle
of
day
(difficult
to
work
this
way)
&
you
are
logged
out
every
24hrs,
so
need
to
keep
logging
in.
-
Mini
bar
with
plenty
of
room
in
fridge
for
your
own
food/drinks.
-
Manager's
attitude
was
quite
poor
for
everyone
I
saw
him
deal
with.
Though
front
desk
staff
are
great
&
helpful
with
maps
&
info.
Bar
staff
are
very
friendly.
-
Location
is
safe
&
quiet
to
walk
all
hours.
Hotel
is
outside
city
centre
but
good
transport
nearby
-
5
to
10mins
walk
for
buses
13A
&
59A,
Tram
1
is
18mins
walk,
Underground
train
4
(metro)
is
15mins
walk.
40mins
walk
to
old
town
centre,
they'll
tell
you
it's
20mins
-
it
isn't.
-
Nachtmarkt
(open
air
food
market
also
restaurants/cafes)
20mins
walk.
Good
Indian,
Chinese
&
Thai
restaurants
next
to
hotel
but
avoid
Cafe
Meinklang
Hofladen
across
the
road
as
they
don't
like
tourists.
Many
small
supermarkets
5-10mins
walk
in
all
directions.
-
Cleaning
staff
are
fantastic,
friendly
&
efficient.
