A very pleasant stay. Perfect hotel in an older, high ceiling building. Quirky design, art on walls and elevator. Spacious rooms. Perfect location! That is the main reason I picked this hotel. 10 mins walk from Praterstern station with direct trains to the airport. As well as a 15 min walk to the city centre, and close to a 20 min walk to the great Danube river. It cannot get any better for this price point.

My finance got sick with covid, we tried to reschedule but the hotel denyied any date changes. Do not recomend.

Decent hotel, great location in city centre

The hotel is good in general. Unfortunately we had to replace room during the staying there. In one room the air conditioning wasn't well, and in the other one the wifi didn't work (it was sad to hear the stuff is aware to the issue in this room and yet, it wasn't working).

Rooms are clean and decently sized But the room was very hot the air conditioner didn’t work well and the staff some of them are friendly and some of them are not , but if you have a heavy luggage this hotel is not suitable for you cause you have to carry it up the stairs by yourself

There are 2 hotels and no indication when booking where your room is. Mine was across the street on the 5th floor. No assistance offered and had to negotiate 17 steps and an antiquated lift that stops in between the floors. Room very poky and dark. Not recommended for solo older travellers like me.

Nice hotel but could certainly benefit from some refreshments Especially the decor and in the bath room The trash can is broken, and the bathtub shield is old and do not prevent the water from leaking out

Very good location, near subway. Clean and very quiet hotel, Excellent breakfast and good service.

Thanks to réception service, I think this is niice place with well done welness area. I only want to mention that they need to improve room cleaning and maybe room door sound isolation.

It was a beautiful experience. This hotel is well located near the core of Wien and the staff is very friendly and prepared; they were perfect. The room was very big. I can say that the price is very good because the quality is so high. In the hotel there are also a SPA and a Gym. Perfection. So recommended.

Nicht Barrierefrei/ Not wheelchair accessible! When entering/leaving the elevator you have to take about 3/12 stairs (up or down). They should inform about this when booking the room! Wifi was also really slow. Otherwise, rooms and location are great.

It was a bit pricey for what you get but then again you've got to be making at least six figures to really enjoy Vienna.

We enjoyed our stay in this very pleasant hotel. Nice staff, nice room, great location. Everything was perfect. We just found the breakfast a bit expensive (19,5€ per person)… nevertheless we recommend it 100%

Nice hotel, good reception and great location, only problem that the AC was too noisy at night.

This hotel is partnered with a hotel across the street that’s higher tier, but man, when I say the customer service BLEW US AWAY, I mean- it really was out of this world. First off, we arrived at 5am and immediately got to the hotel. Of course check in isn’t available yet, but they offered to take us down to their sauna/spa, said we could rest there, take a shower, and lay on the chairs. We ended up napping/showering and staying on the chairs until 10am, when they came down personally to both of us and told us our room was ready already!! We checked into our room and then realized the WiFi wasn’t working. They came personally to check in on the WiFi, and then when it still wasn’t working a little while later, they moved us to a room where the WiFi connection was perfect. After that, I asked for a recommendation for a good place to eat goulash and Michael (who was the absolute sweetest and the best) recommended a restaurant (called Leopold) where I got some A+ eats!!! My husband and I were absolutely blown away to the lengths that staff here made us feel comfortable and welcomed. Also- the air conditioning is AMAZING!! If you enjoy walking, this hotel couldn’t be a better choice for you :) P.S. they have amazing complimentary chocolate at the front, grab one if you see one!! -my husband haha

If i can choose 0 star so i will absolutely click it. First of all when i booked i choose pay on the place but what happened is that they reserved the whole amount 2 days before i came to the hotel and when i arrived they cancelled the reservation of money and took the hole amount again and because of this thing i paid twice and i had to contact my bank to take my money which was not cool att all and ruined my vacation. The second thing that when i asked about this on of the receptionists' reaction was aggressive she just talked a load and she didn't allowed me to finish my explanation of my problem, she just considered that i am accusing the hotel that they took my money and it was just a question from my side with calm tone wondering what happened. The hotel is not 4 stars and i booked for 2 adults and 1 child but they gave me a room with one double bed and we all three should sleep together on it! And they just said that i booked for 2 person but i showed them my reservation paper as a proof that i booked for 2 adults and 1 child but nothing changed! The room was OK but the bathroom have no ventilation which was really annoying. There is another thing that was very weird that there is a note in the room that they are not responsible if guest's belongings get lost or stolen!

Very good hotel close to the center. Good value for monkey. Clean, cozy, close to Prater and St Stephan Cathedral. Easy acces to the subway and tram.

Amazing service!! I came with 20 ppl and that made sure everyone is happy and comfortable for there needs. Very nice, spacious rooms!! Definitely will recommend Nestroy Hotel😉

Perfect location ! Public transport easily accessible. Rooms, quiet and bigger than expected. Reception was also nice and helpful. Would recommend if you want to explore Vienna in just 48 hours given the proximity with public transport. Super market is also nearby for water and other requirements..

The heating did not work. It has a very old heating system, which, at least in my room, was not working. It would only blow cold air. So, the roomndid not go over 18c. If it would have worked, one would have to deal with an enormous amount of noise, as this heating device was super loud. Elevator only stops between floors. So, if your are located in the fith floor you still need to go up half floor more. Not a problem for me, but something to keep in mind if you have heavy luggage or some physical limitations. Breakfast, I guess it is ok if you are a salty breakfast person. If you are like me and like sweet for breakfast, I could only find some small croissants (nothin special), very limited.
