Horrible! It’s so bad i want to give them a zero but that isn’t possible. They Ruined our experience in Vienna. We booked an apartment through booking. When we got into our room we noticed it was very dusty, the sheets the pillows , even the wall was dusty. under the sheets it was filthy. There was so many dust & hair , lemme repeat: we had just gotten in. We tried contacting them through booking, they didn’t answer that day, but after 2 days they sent a cleaning crew which basically did nothing. They just dusted the sheets out but when we got in they were still full of dust!! There was no way to turn the air conditioner off. We set the fan to low but it wouldn’t work. There was no way to get clean air into our TINY room besides keeping the window open all night but unfortunately that made us sick. They ended up refunding some of our payment but still it wasn’t worth it. On the last two days we got sick. I’d always feel sick when i was inside the room but not when i was out. Literally ruined our experience.

Absolutely terrible !!! Stay away !!! Booked a short 3 night stay with my mother and older grandmother. We arrived at night and were given apartment number 2 on the first floor of the building. As we got in we noticed it was extremely hot, switched on the AC but noticed no difference and realized it wasn’t working at all, on top of that a hinge on the sofa bed was broken and we could not extend it fully. We slept with the windows open but on such a hot summer night it was of no help and we were sleepless from the noise of cars and conversation outside. In the morning i found an emergency contact email account to write to, as there is no staff in the hotel, to let them know about the AC issue. Got a reply saying it would be checked during the day. Came back in the evening to find it hadn’t been fixed and the temperature was, once again, unbearable. Did not want to put my grandmother through another sleepless night so I booked us into another hotel close by, spending double my budget and emailed them, once again, saying nothing had been fixed. Got a cheeky reply the next morning saying ‘it should be cooler by now’. Absolutely horrible and disrespectful customer service. Many better options for that price or go for an AirBNB if you are looking for an apartment. Complete waste of money.

Due the corona virus problem, I couldn't travel as the borders were closed. Even with this chaotic situation, the hotel denied to cancel my reservation with a refund, and even to reschedule the dates was impossible. I don't know how they expected me to travel from Brazil to Austria in safety just to use this reservation, but they had insisted it anyway.

It was a very terrible place, the room was so tiny, they refused to upgrade it for us and they refused to refund us our money. We booked 3 nights and only stayed for one night, they are very mean !

We stayed in the place during winter and we were lucky to get the top floor room that comes with a balcony, kitchen, a living room and 2 bathrooms. If you're just looking for an affordable place to sleep for the night, the place meets all the basic requirements. The shower is working with hot water and the heater worked too. The apartment has no front counter and you have to do the whole check in process yourself. The process is quite simple though you'll need to have a credit card to pay the tax and entrance. Location wise the place is not bad, just a short 10 minutes walk from a U1 metro station and just nearby a tram stop, though the streets are a little dark and quiet at night. The cleanliness of the place can be definitely improved, we found stains on the bed sheets but it was nothing too major. Liked that there was a fridge in the place with cutlery, and a TV with couch in a separate room. Towels and bath soap are also provided. There is also a lounge down stairs with a drinks vending machine, if you need drinks at night. Food wise there is a McDonald's and Burger King near the metro station. Overall won't say that the place is bad, just average, but you get your money's worth.

We''ve been living a nightmare here. We couldn't sleep at all during the night. Every night it was an infernal sound that cames from the heating source. We tried to call the property, but no one answered. We posted this problem on the review on the platform we reserved, and the answer of the property was pathetic : "You needed to turn of the heating system from the controller". OF COURSE WE DID THIS many times, but nothing happened. The problem was in the entire building, not only in our apartment. All the people went on the lobby and asked what is happening. And the property knew this, that's why no one answered on the phone! We needed to get a partial refund. We almost didn't used the appartment at all. We were gone during the day, and when we came to sleep, we couldn't do this at all.

Okay so 1. Just wow, me and my friend checked into that place on Saturday, we stayed for one night. We wanted to watch some Netflix but the wifi couldn’t connect to the tv and when we called the woman at the service center, she was just lost and didn’t understand our problem even after explaining it for the 5th time. 2. The cleaning staff entered our room at 10:50 and told us to leave even tho we still had 10 minutes and just wanted to smoke on THE BALCONY. She told us that that wasn’t allowed, which we apologized for but I mean that’s hella confusing. There was no sight that said we weren’t allowed to smoke on the BALCONY. We knew that we couldn’t smoke in the room and respected that but the balcony is in the open. When we wanted to go in again, we noticed that the woman had locked us out before leaving the room, so we waited 30 minutes In the cold. 3. While calling for help we saw some other guest that was ALSO smoking on the balcony and they wanted to help us but then the same woman looked outside of one of the windows and yelled at us why we were still in the room. We told her that she had locked us out and she kept yelling at us and even had the audacity to say “well if you don’t check out in time you shall stay there” which, I’m sorry but what? So we kept yelling at each other for good 5 Minutes over the balconies. When she finally came, she kept yelling at us and kept denying that she didn’t lock us out but like who else would it have been ??? A ghost? And is apologizing really that hard like wow, this review would not exist right now or would’ve been at least 4 stars if she would’ve apologized. So we told her that this would’ve consequences and it will. I can’t believe that the staff is this rude and incompetent. I work in a hotel too and I know for a fact that people can 1. smoke on the balconies if there is no sticker. 2. That the cleaning ladies do not have any rights to enter the rooms before check out time and 3. To be always available for your guests in emergency situations. I mean we spam called and no one picked up. I’m very disappointed and will make sure to report that. And if you guys don’t wanna believe me when it comes to the check out time, please read the lock, yes I know that’s a thing. :)

Worst place to stay in we booked some room called nano by mistake. It was terrible very small we couldn't get our bags inside. Windows transparent so any body can see you from outside. Our daughter got sick at this place. They refused to change the room even if we are willing to pay for upgrade. We booked for 3 nights. I changed our flights back and we left after one night. They gave us terrible experience in vienna. Don't go there.

We were here back in early November for three nights, originally we were booked into the Nano suite but we were upgraded to a bigger apartment on our second day as we had trouble checking in and it took them nearly two hours before a worker came to let us in as there was an IT fault within the check-in machine. You need booking reference number to check in and you also need to insert a credit card into the slot at the outside entrance to gain entry into the building. Firstly, on our first night in the Nano suite we found that there were foodstuffs still in the fridge which were smelly, and the room was pretty small and little bit dusty. Second day we were upgraded to the top floor of the main building and space wise it was night and day compared to the Nano apt, the place was like 4 times the size of the nano room and had its own separate shower/ bathroom but the toilet was in a separate room too. Small kitchen with cooking facilities and small breakfast bar, fridge. This room also had an outdoor balcony with a table and chairs. Flatscreen tv which you can log into your Netflix, Prime etc should you wish to. Beds were comfortable and there were spare pillows in the cupboard. Under the bed could do with cleaning as it was a bit dusty and bedroom floor needed a good clean. Also the radiator in the bathroom wasn’t working so couldn’t dry my clothes. The metro is a short walk from the apartment and about 15-20mins walk from the train station. Overall, bad start to our stay here but they made amends by upgrading our room and we enjoyed our last two nights there in comfort.

They sold us an "apartment" room for 4 people with separated rooms and we got a place with 2 rooms, one that has two small beds connected making a big one for 2 people and the other bed is a sofa-bed not too big that hardly fits 2 people and it is connected to the small kitchen of the living room. The bathroom is ok. The apartment is way too expensive for what you get. Better an rbnb or a hotel till 4 stars that you can find for 80€ a day.

Worst experience EVER!!! I was a nightmare I don’t recommend this place for sure!!! First the Air condition was and still not working and we tried to contact with the property to fix it but no one answered us!!! They are good when it comes to take money but after that forget that they will ever answer your emails!! There was a really bad smell in the first floor but in the next day I was gone thank god! The area wasn’t what I expected.... So if there’s less than a star I would gladly rate it to this property.... AND PLEASE DON’T YOU TELL ME THAT WE CAN CONTROL THE AIR CONDITION AUTOMATICALLY!! BECAUSE WE TRIED FOR THE PAST TWO DAYS AND NOTHING HAPPENED!!!!

WARNING: This aparthotel falsely accused me of smoking in the apartment and automatically charged me 150 euro. But I, as a non-smoker, couldn't haved smoked in that room. So please keep in mind, that you can lose your money if you take this hotel.

Nice place to stay in Vienna . Self check-in and you must to check in by credit card with pin code. Big room with bathroom and living room plus small kitchen . Value for money and not far from public transport.
