Awesome hotel for this price. Very modern, cozy and clean. Great location! 20 mins walk to historical city centre. A lot of places to eat nearby. Very quiet inside. Self-check in is very convenient. Highly recommended!

Rooms are modern and neat, clean. Small but good considering the price. Check-in is super easy as it's automatised. However, a very very strong smell of fried cabbage (probably coming from the restaurant downstairs - note that we were on 3 floor) filled the room again and again during the night and in the morning. Please do something about it, not sure if its coming from the corridor or the windows but you need better isolation. The walls are thin and you can hear everything but this you cannot fix

Rooms are clean and comfortable but customer service is atrocious There is no reception and all entry and check in is done contactless (fine) However their code failed twice on me leaving me stranded and unable to get to my room twice for close to an hour each time. The customer service did nothing and on the second time, they hung up on me and didn’t pick up after. I had to resolve the issue with the platform I chose.

We stayed 3 nights, self checkin was easy and good, I do not like carry key therefore pin code was useful for me. Location was perfect, room was clean. Room has coffee machine,tea, water. Staff changed our sheet and towels for two days. One point, putting apples was small but cute detail, I like it :) Just negative point for us, early checkin is not possible.

The room was perfectly clean, the same for the toilet and bathroom. The room was a little bit too small but it had everything you could want, except for microwave. The public transport is only 1 minute from the appartment and everything is approximately 20mins far, so the location is great. What upset us was the communication from the hotel, we didnt get our answer on how to adjust the temperature in the room even though we texted them right when we came - we didnt get an answer for 3 days. Also, there is no storage room for your luggage so you have to wait with it if you come early. The overall experience was good and we will probably come once again when we’re in Vienna.

We entered the room, and the room smelled so so bad, stinky. In the shower room, the drainage was covered with towels, i think they knew that the room is stinky but still gave it to us. And we call to the customer service. The lady on the phone never said sth sorry and i asked to repeat what she said (her english was with very strong accent, it was hard to understand) she said sth and just hung up the phone while i was still talking to her. She was very rude. Worst room and WORST SERVICE.

ALMOST perfect!! Extremely comfortable rooms, air-conditioned (which was just wonderful due to the July heatwaves), and nice service, refilling my coffee capsules every day! Lovely. Only taking one star off due to a fault they had in one of the doors (which opened through using a code provided by the hotel). The fault was there in the morning, when I left, and I assume the hotel was aware of it because housekeeping pointed to it. However, when I came back at around half 6 pm, it still wasn't fixed and they hadn't left the door open, which meant I was stuck outside for a few minutes, calling the hotel but getting no answer. To their credit, they called me back almost immediately and gave me a code to open the door, which was then left open so I could come back and get in after a night out. Should have left the door open earlier on too!

The room were decent and breakfast was okay. Location is slightly off the main grid (city center)..over for price yes..getting in first time is challenge as it is part of residential apartments..quite neighborhood and easy access to metro and other transportation..

rooms are clean and nice. the location of hotel is not far away to the city center. there is also a nice bar near the hotel. only thing is the reception works only between 9-17. you have to know your pin code that might be different from which is written at your e-mail. we arrived at 23:00. our pin code was rejected. then a waitress, who is a nice girl and works at the bar near the hotel, helped us, called the hotel center office and got the correct pin code. we thank her again.

Staff are nice and friendly. Big bathroom, spacious room, clean and quiet hotel. Non air-conditioning but electric fan provided. Accessible to bus13A and trams. WiFi is very fast.

perfect..no frills. quiet and central

The room was nice and clean! The location was good for walking downtown or taking the public transport. We decided not to take breakfast, so I can't comment about it. You need to pay attention to office hours because they are quite limited.

Rooms were exceptionally clean and spacious with comfy beds. Again a nice sized bathroom with large shower. Plenty of towels provided too. Staff were very helpful providing lots of information about what to see and do during our stay. Breakfast was continental but was very fresh and kept being replenished. I would have no doubt in recommending this place and if I return to Vienna, I will happily stay here again.

Perfectly situated in city center, well designed rooms with easy access.

Not the prime location but the room is very clean and cozy. Very well thought through design. Will come back again next time visiting Wien!
