If ever a place needed modernization this is it! Only one colour scheme throughout the floors - beige. That saying, the room was clean

Dated hotel, adequately furnished rooms, reasonably clean. The old carpeting all around the hotel was a tad dusty. Breakfast spread was adequately wide, and the food fresh. However, the reception was abysmal. Firstly, the reception did not answer telephone calls. Room service informed us that reception staff tend to be too busy to answer calls. Room service handled our request promptly. Secondly, we discovered a shirtless man wandering around the corridor one morning. We informed the lady at the reception of this, and she informed us that he had already gone into his room. This was difficult to believe since hardly ten seconds had passed between us seeing him on the first floor and us reporting the incident to the reception. The lackadaisical unconcerned response was thoroughly underwhelming. This property does not feel like an NH property, and gives the impression of a budget rural inn.

The hotel is just next to the manufacture area, which doesn't feel cozy. The rooms are old style, they need renewals and maintenance. On the other hand the workers at the reception were very kind and helpful.

Nice and neat hotel quality food service

The inroom provision was extremely basic and staff members looked and behave statuesque. Clean environment and responsive staff that appeared to be more on military duty. their online advert is quite deceptive. DONT TRY TO FIND A CHARGING POINT FOR YOUR PHONE OR LAPTOP. if you have your own charger you will find that the only power point that delivers to standard is the shaving socket, which I suspect will be promptly doctored on sight of his post.

Nice location and easy to find it. They have secure xar parking garagae and also parking fee is not that expensive. Rooms are quite spacious They have auto checkin options which are good.

Great place with a nice breakfast buffet. Rooms are spacious. The bar staff is very friendly with a good selection of wine and for some harder selection.

I had a good sleep and breakfast can be serviced for our Taiwan invention group at 6:30 am, thanks and very good.

3 out of 5 days the room was not serviced. Not sure why as the front desk was elusive. The rooms were ok, the bathroom was ok and it was next door to the shopping mall which was handy. Parking was good. The breakfast and the bar were good. Generally a nice place to stay but as I said the housekeeping left a lot to be desired.

The stay was absolutely lovely! The rooms in the hotel were quite big, which was a pleasant surprise. However, I did notice that the decor was a bit outdated. The bathroom was also not the greatest, but it served its purpose. Despite these minor flaws, the people at the front desk were incredibly kind and helpful. In terms of service, I would say it was not bad at all. The only downside was the price for breakfast, which was a bit steep at 16 euros per person. But overall, the location was fantastic! It was conveniently located next to a small mall and various restaurants. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its great location and wonderful staff.

Very elegant, hotel made for business trips. Amazing breakfast. One comment would be is that they only give warm sheets and it was a little hot in the room. For some reason the ac did not cool the room.

Well stocked mini bar. Comfortable beds. Very average cleanliness of rooms. Large stains on walls and chairs. Had a few ants and a bugs in my room too. Very slow free internet.

Very nice hotel. Very modern aesthetic. The staff was friendly and we had a nice dinner there and breakfast buffet.

Rooms were good. But could be better for a 4 star hotel. Breakfast buffet was amazing with wide range of options.

It was in a nice area, with many restaurants and things to do close by. You are also located by the tram station, which is very convenient. The hotel itself is dated... the rooms are pretty basic. I had 1 towel, 1 blanket, and had to ask for a tea kettle for coffee in the morning, as well as an ironing stuff, hair dryer didn't work.. I felt like i was at the front desk a lot asking for basic amenities.. the mattress is very hard so I asked for an additional blanket to put down to sleep on. They are were nice, and accommodated me, but you felt like you were high maintenance asking for everything.. when it would not take much for this hotel to be rated higher. Breakfast was nice.. wifi was spotty at best.. we attended a corporate workshop there.. and would definitely not recommend this place until they upgrade their system.

Air condition is not working , in the hot weather like this , unbearable !room are spacious but old ,only one receptionist is not enough to provide service to guests !

Going backwards,have visited this hotel annually for more than 30 years.Breakfast use to be great, but today a fraction of the past and prices keep on rising!!! Service fine with long standing staff.

A nice hotel with generally good facilities and polite staff. I only gave it 3 stars based on my experience of how dirty the room was. The floor had clearly not been swept or moped for a long period. In addition, my duvet was dusty and had hairs on as did the pillow cases. Reception were quick to bring replacements but these were just as dirty. I ended up sleeping without the pillow or duvet. On the plus side the breakfast options were good. Would I stay again? No, based on hygiene.

The hotel is not friendly to large groups and travel agencies. The hotel prefers private cars only! The large parking lot for the hotel's clients is completely empty and on the hotel parking is only from two to five cars of the hotel employees here, coaches for travel agency are kicked out of the empty hotel parking lot and are not allowed to park at the hotel parking!!! Buses have to park in distant streets where there are parking restrictions or places only reserved spaces for the cars of clients of shopping centers. On a working days there are no free parking places for a coaches anywhere on the streets, because it is a shopping area all around and there are many cars!!! Buses are not allowed to park safety and under the surveillance of cameras in the reserved hotel parking lot, and there is a risk of bus robbery on the street at night and loss of personal belongings of travel agency clients, if the bus has to park a few kilometers from the hotel in dark streets!!! And the bus driver for travel agency has to take a taxi to the hotel or must go walk in the rain several kilometers to the hotel from the bus. And in the morning the bus driver for travel agency has to go far again for the coach by taxi or long way go to walk. At the reception, the bus driver for travel agency must sign that he agrees to this regulation of the hotel management and the hotel staff is not friendly to the tour bus drivers.

Rooms were good, relatively big, and nice & clean. Design is a little outdated but we didn't care about that. We really enjoyed the bathtub in the bathroom. The breakfast buffet was very good. I really enjoyed the 'tea experience', there was a good selection of fresh and dried herbs and spices to add to your private tea pot. The welcome was a little less positive, it was difficult to understand the personell at the reception and they didn't speak very clear. Although there was a refreshing drink, that didn't make it a warm welcome.
