Comparively cheap, rooms start to show age, staff speak no English and breakfast is not so good as elsewhere. If you view it as a budget option then it is good.

We were in both hotels and unfortunately quite dissapointed. The new....rooms are very basic and not much love or the extra touch added. Furthermore, the air is quite sticky. Sure its been hot these days, but still, it's a valid point. The breakfast is ok given the cheap price, so nothing to say about that. The restaurant staff is not very nice. Customer Service really needs to improve here. When we moved to the older house is when things at first looked ok but then turned out not so good. First of all we arrived in the room and one bed was dirty. Sure, maybe something flew in from the window but it was so dirty, one couldn't sleep in it. Then regarding cleanliless....it's ok but really not the standard one would expect. The corridor is loud and one can really hear everything that is happening in each room. The cherry on the cake as they say, which made us angry was that the cleaning serivice had left the light on in the bathroom, which meant that when we got home we were unable to use the bathroom because there were thousands...no joke...thousands of mosquitos. All in all we didn't feel comfortable in the hotel and were happy to check out. If you're only staying one or two nights, it's ok but in future we'll choose a franchise hotel in Viernheim

We visited the restaurant for the first time. The food was really good. The staff was friendly. They waiting time was ok - was quite busy there for a Wednesday night. We are going to come back.

Clean rooms, but the furniture seems old and moquette seems wornout. Restaurant is good, wifi works ok
