Not happy with the staff in general. facilities were fine, but just the interaction with the hotel personnel wasn't pleasant. It would be nice to see some smile. Not a warm feeling.

This was a nice hotel for the price. Definitely very dated and the location is a little away from the action. The staff were very nice and there is paid parking. However the thing that was very bizarre was the rooms didn’t have a wine opener and you could not request one after 10pm. Make sure you have your wine open ahead of time if you plan on having an evening glass

Very nice staff. It's a good location, walking distance from the center. Breakfast is great, and the rooms are very comfy and big.

Loved well placed. Car park and breakfast both appreciated. We came in late March and was super hot. They had still hadn't put in the air conditioning. That was my only gripe. Service is super lovely

About 15 minutes to downtown, modern rooms. The hotel is right next to a busy street, but we didn't hear much in our room. Would reserve again for a short stay. Staff was OK.

Clean, quiet and nicely furnished hotel. Pretty good breakfast too. Relatively convenient to get to restaurants and tapas bars in Vigo. I would stay there again if I every stop by the area again.

Near to airport, away from downtown, Port & Vigo life. You have to walk 35 min to enjoy the night life at Vigo. Rooms clean, some has good city view. Restaurant is bad, same food everyday with no variety. No international food. Staff are rude, except Ruth in the restaurant & one of the receptionists. Recommended only for 1 night.

I got a parking ticket for not having a parking space. The reason I got this fine is because the receptionist called the police. It shouldn't have been difficult to call the rooms in the hotel and warn them. Also some items were missing from my room. Toothbrush and paste. I will definitely not choose it again. Hotel staff was supposed to warn me when checking in for parking space.Thats why one star enough

This hotel was a very welcome respite after a very bad day on the Camino. From check-in to check-out, the entire experience was great. The room was comfortable, clean, and had plenty of room. The morning front desk staff went above and beyond reasonable expectations assisting with an unexpected but substantial transportation problem – I honestly can’t thank them enough for their help. There are lots of affordable dining options within a 5 minute walk, and the waterfront is only a 10-15 minute walk away (although getting back is all uphill).

The hotel itself is decent. Very clean. We stayed there for 1 night while doing the CAMINO. It's way off the Camino route. Plus it's high up on a hill. If walking, it's an enormous amount of stairs to get there. This is better for business traveller's. Definitely not suited for Camino Pilgrims. The restaurant staff were very cold. Restaurant doesn't have any ambience. However the food was very good.
