Tried Paneer Ka Gappe, Paneer Butter Masala here and they're okay. After ordering, a robot brings food to the table and staff will serve the food then. The menu here had some unique items but none of them were actually available though. Ambiance is decent.

The taste is delicious, infrastructure & maintenance is complete good. The service need to be some more fast & starters quantity need to better. Overall it's a good place for dine-in with friends & family. We can have lot of fun too. The Robot's 🤖 brings the items we order is the special attraction 💫.

Food here is good especially Mutton Fry Biryani along with chicken manchow soup. Special menton to Mutton starters too. But serving here is too slow & reception is very bad as there is no one to greet & seat you at table.

Average taste of food. The location is easy to find. The ambience is ok. The waiting time is very less. But the taste of food is just Average. You can't find the spicy punch that you would expect. The robots serving is a new experience. It is something worth trying, but the food have disappointed me. But it may attract people who don't prefer spicy food

Starters are fine. But biryani is very bad. I have ordered two varieties of biryani, but both of them tastes same... Quality of the rice also not so good

Visited on 07-05-2023... The Good Old Taste of KhaanSaab is disappearing...

Used to be a great place once, but now its just there lying lazy. No active serving staff, no one even comes to you to take order before you call them. Food taste has declined, Atmosphere is not bright and attractive. Still a different place, does not joins the crowd but, needs a lot of work to do.

Food is so good and delicious, i havent tasted this good kebabs in whole vijayawada. But the ambience of the restaurant is bad, little foul odour, no water in washrooms and to wash hands. Especially there is no crowd 😒 these days in khansaab after it got shifted to the present location. No parking for 4 wheelers have to park on the street on the busy streets. Apart from all this, always can order for best food.

Khan Shaab Hyderabad is one my favourite restaurant. In Vijayawada this is my second visit. When the chain/group was started in Vijayawada it was located near rasooie, at that time the maintenance and food was very good. Now it haven shifted to nearby Sidhartha college. It was upgraded to robot serving theme restaurant. Here comes the main thing, robot not working from months it seams(said by staff). Ambiance not at all that royal look. Food just not bad. And menu the second most important, more than half of the menu was not available. Even after ordering they took 15-20 mins and said some of the dishes what I have ordered is not available. About deserts, nothing is available. Ice cream zero, soft drinks and water no cooling. The first most important thing serving things, for example, I have ordered soup and got it post starters. They have kept the starters a side and after 10-15 mins they gave us the soup. When I have asked for pepper and salt they have brought it in bowls instead of dispensers. Serving biryani they have kept on the table and invisible for almost 20 mins, we our self served the food. And one more thing NO PARKING.

Good place for dine-in in prime location. But service is very poor. I suggest to maintain quick service . when there is a crowd ,at least keep some more servant to serve. My experience is very bad in service. Food taste is good but quantity is very bad .

Not at all worth.... Left half the bowl... Mutton dum biryani what ever they are calling it worst... Never try it ...

I frequently visit for best Nalli Biryaani and friendly staff who are soo polite and respectful🌟 sooo tasty kheema panipuri ...just a bit pricy ....Each and every kebabs are soo tastiest 🤙Robo services food .....First ever Robo serving in Vijayawada sooo interesting for kids n elders as well 😍 THIS last visit i was bit upset with the taste n quality .

Very nice, the robot item transport service is Good but not as that much as you are excited when you see a robot. Ambiance is nice,Plates & Glasses are just for showoff means that you can't eat on thatas seperate ordinary plates are served to eat. Walls are decorated with Talwars for a medieval emperor rooms looks anyway you don't feel in that way, Services is okay, people are polite but majority of them dont speak Telugu i think they can understand it .The drawbacks are These people don't offer finger bowls , Cards payments are not available here. You can pay cash or any UPI payment.

The place is on the expensive side, but I really loved the place and the food! The ambience is Awesome,..... really good, has an essence of it's own. Feels royal. The table set-up and the service as well, is quite good. Coming to the food, definitely try the veg starter and even if you're a non-vegetarian, it's bound to impress! The entire group loved it best. All the other dishes we had that day was really good as well.
