Hello, I would like to bring to your attention about the bad conditions of one of your restaurants in PVP mall, Vijayawada. 1. The service took atleast 50min to bring out my order. 2. The AC doesn't work and water drips and floods the floor 3. The ceiling is broken and all the service lines hang, looks very bad. 4. There is no counter for pickup or takeaway. Delivery guys from Swiggy, Zomato take up one of the table and sit and wait for the order. 5. Once the order is brought to them, that guy goes back to kitchen. At this point, the delivery guy himself takes out the ketchup, seasoning and one bag, packs the food himself with the seal/sticker and leaves. 6. One of the delivery guy also opened up the pizza box and looked into. 7. For takeaway, I think my order was misplaced and I was not given on time 8. The costumers who were dining in, were out of patience and had to leave without ordering. Your pizzas are delicious and would like to come back. But please check upon this. Thanks

Tried Soya Masala Pan Pizza (Veg Kebab Stuffed Crust) and Jamuntini Mocktail here. Pizza's great and the mocktail's okay. Nothing's good now a days though. Food quality is poor, dishes aren't clean and even the ice used in drinks is not good. Many a times, even water bottle or soft drinks won't be available! Service is quick but some of the staff are being rude with customers. Ambiance is not so good with poor air conditioning.

They are a test centre for 'patience' toleranc e and how long can you remain hungry. 10 minutes for taking order... 30 minutes for delivering at the counter. Satisfaction comes only after you do it yourself! Staff seems to be a believer of these because when I asked one to clean tables, I had to wait till 'infinity and beyond'. They are promoting healthy eating and physical distancing by such behavior because people will prefer cooking khichdi at home rather than coming here and wasting time. Very appreciable

The dessert options are limited. PIZZA and other SIDES are tasty...they give a variety of dips and sauce .

I orederd a pizza today i.e, tandoor onion and pizza is so pathetic and disgusting.the service is horrible and a person came to me talked to me and he said he will remake a new pizza for me with onion and corn without tandoor sauce and made them take away. After coming to home there isn't a single corn piece and all onions are burnt. When I called and talked to the store people they said they haven't promised me any corn toppings and special pizza . Anyway the remaked pizza is also worst and stingy. I don't recommend pizza hut and this particular store to anyone.

I'm really not a die hard fan of pizza but I really want to eat one then pizza hut is my kinda place. They have nice ambience with some cool offers which makes me go there again and again. Also pizza tastes amazing along with thier seasoning which is my favorite. They also have wednesday dine in offer and friday unlimited pizza and garlic bread offers which are worth our money. Also they have delicious deserts in affordable prices

Never order pizza or garlic bread from pizza hut on swiggy or zomato i got burnt garlic bread and pizza is very cold such tat i cant eat it.they ruined my january 1st spirit

The front staff is so bad, the girl was having a prolonged conversation with her friend and did not bother to provide us with a menu nor was available to take the order. We spent 15 mins waiting and left the place. No one even bothered to notice our departure. So disappointing. Added on 01/09/24: The owner response was to provide them with Order Id!! Looks like they did not read the content, we left without having food here as no one came to offer us menu or take order. Looks like management would not bother to read the review completely.

Good place for chill out and tasty pizzas.. but little slow in delivering the order due to limited number of staff Cost of the items increased..

The ambience and service used to be really good and lively. Now a days they are a bit off. It's not being properly aur conditioned. When it comes to food, it's really good and satisfactory.

This is my fourth Pizza Hut review.. you eat pizza with your own hands.. so make sure they are clean 😉

This is first of it's kind in pizza huts where I post paid order. The order was delivered with lighting speed. The place is quite good in ambience. The place is found to be busy serving both online and dine in customers. Taste is fine.

Last night I had placed an order and a different order was delivered to me. Instead of Tandoori Paneer, I was given a corn pizza. And when I tried contacting the delivery partner(Zomato) for the same thing there was an absolute disgusting response. Totally unacceptable behaviour

I have ordered 2 medium pan pizza in one pizza chicken balls are smelly and no beverages available even water bottles are not available in Pizza Hut I never expected this from pvp Pizza Hut

Today, I dined in here food is ok, but When it comes to ambience and service I was not satisfied. From my past few visits it is the same. Here water was also not available, we have to buy it. Hope this would not repeat in my next visits.

Worst experience. Worst service and food. I would give -1 rating if possible. First they had no pepsi and the staff were very unprofessional. They messed up the order by giving us two medium pizza’s instead of what we ordered-personal.

No Packaged water, no drinks from 2 months. We have to buy drinks or water from another store. No fries available. Many of the food items in the Menu are not available. Ambience is also very noisy due to some machinery problem. You cannot experience the "PIZZA HUT" atmosphere or food here. Not recommended

Service worst, no tissues given in count of kfc tissues in pizza hut and board in 299 (1+1) they says no stocks and no sauces overall total bad experience and interest gone on pizzas. Once customer visited he or she must not repeat or re-enter at all your counters.

I dined here today around 10pm today with my family. The food was very good, and the wait was only 10 to 15 minutes at most. However, the customer service was also very good. There was only 1 waiter but he was managing around 15 customers at once. We had to remind the waiter to bring the drinks that we had ordered, but other than that, the experience was excellent.

Pizza Hut is always upto some tricks, 3 times I had issues, you never get what you order, at the last moment after some delay they will say this is not available take something else. Cheats all round

Located on 3rd floor of PVP Mall. Always it will be Zam packed and crowdy whenever you visit it. The restaurant management is poor in managing the crowd. Service literally and we experienced this more than three times. Water was leaking when we recently. Lot of wait will be there for getting your order. A person in a hurry can avoid this restaurant. This place is for them to get and in sometime you will get your order.

Food tastes awful. Nothing seems freshly baked here. Service is nightmare and I noticed people leaving with distress after waiting for 30mins or so. But, I'm not one of those I have waited all the way hoping the food would be worth waiting for but.... Well you know the story right 😅
