I
reserved
a
delux
room
through
cleartrip.
While
check
in
they
gave
the
keys
without
any
issue
and
during
our
stay
also
they
didn't
make
any
issue
but
while
checking
out
the
people
at
the
reception
raised
the
issue
that
they
didn't
receive
the
payment
from
cleartrip
and
we
have
to
pay
which
I
already
did
with
cleartrip.
I
discussed
the
issue
with
cleartrip
customer
support
and
hotel
management
both.
They
were
least
bothered.
Finally
I
made
the
payment
to
both
hotel
and
cleartrip
for
1
night
stay.
Such
a
lack
of
coordination
between
these
two
organizations
and
niche
respect
to
the
customer.
That
was
so
annoying
dealing
with
such
Irresponsible
fellows.
My
point
is
if
they
had
an
issue
with
payment
from
cleartrip
they
shouldn't
have
issued
the
room
but
they
did
issue
and
created
all
the
mess.
Such
nasty
fellows.
Hearty
regret
I
chose
such
hotel
who
don't
have
respect
towards
customer.
