I reserved a delux room through cleartrip. While check in they gave the keys without any issue and during our stay also they didn't make any issue but while checking out the people at the reception raised the issue that they didn't receive the payment from cleartrip and we have to pay which I already did with cleartrip. I discussed the issue with cleartrip customer support and hotel management both. They were least bothered. Finally I made the payment to both hotel and cleartrip for 1 night stay. Such a lack of coordination between these two organizations and niche respect to the customer. That was so annoying dealing with such Irresponsible fellows. My point is if they had an issue with payment from cleartrip they shouldn't have issued the room but they did issue and created all the mess. Such nasty fellows. Hearty regret I chose such hotel who don't have respect towards customer.

Arrived at the hotel at 2AM, with the booking confirmation of previous day, still had to wait and argue with the staff with the confirmation for 2 hours. Ultimately entered the room and had the shock of life, room was in one of the worst condition and half bedsheet been layed on the bed with blanket covering the rest, room had plenty of dust, sharing images of the same and do avoid this hotel at any cost.

The hotel is located at an ideal location. It has ample parking space with valet parking available. The rooms are nicely furnished. Though I did not like the glass table. The staff were very helpful and courteous. The restaurant is managed by a separate vendor. Food is decent. Overall a very good experience.

I visited recently with my family. Frankly, we did not have a good experience this time. Though I called ahead and made a booking, I was surprised to know that there was no room allocated. As it was late at night, somehow upon request they arranged a room. The room and bedding could have been better. No ample place for car parking.

Hello, I stayed in this hotel for 1 day . My experience in this hotel is very satisfying . It's worth mentioning about people in reception and hotel mr tarun ( i remember his name ) and his colleagues gave us warm welcome and very well behaved during the stay . Then room was good . Food, excellent in terms of quality and taste . My son doesn't eat too much spicy food . I ordered for him a dish .let me mention he finished without a compliant meaning the kitchen here gave value to our order and prepared it . In total I recommend this hotel

Worst Room Service, Not to be categorized as 3 star Hotel, Government dormitories is better than this hotel. Hot water is dirty and not in usable condition for taking bath, Washroom doesn't have locking system, You have to wait for more than 2 hours to get response from House keeping.

We stayed with family for 2 nights 3 days. The rooms are clean and comfort. Staff behaviour is so good. Everyone is working with involvdment.. hats off to owners.. Worth staying with family for this price.. apart from that they are very flexible.. our kids very much enjoyed the stay.. Thank you for the good memories.

The worst food ever had recently. Every item served is either half cooked or stale.Road side tiffin centers are much much better.

Hotel is average and OK OK. Rooms are very cramp and are bit outdated. Need to improve the rooms. I booked through their site and is clearly written breakfast as complementary and Parr of amenities. Yet this was not offered. Service and rooms could be better and more spacious

Pure vegetarian restaurant, and definitely satisfy your taste buds. Not very crowded nowadays, maybe hence food is not as per their usual these days.

Hotel is okay. They should check hotel rooms condition before assigning it to customer. Once occupied and settled, customer will have difficulty to shift to another, if some facilities are not working.

Beautiful and comfortable place for stay. Rooms are very neatly maintained and makes one very happy and comfortable. Very courteous staff and the service is very good too. We happened to have breakfast and dinner here. Breakfast is particularly good with a good variety to choose from. Only a little problem is with the parking. Otherwise, our stay was very pleasant and comfortable here. Will surely recommend.

Hotel was nice with in prime location. Overall service and rooms were good. Prices also reasonable. Suggested if looking for a halt at Vijayawada. Hotel people only provide travels if you are looking for Vijayawada sight seeing

First of all, food at the restaurant is great. One of the best masala dosas we had in India. Also staff in the restaurant is nice. However, management of the hotel is the worst. We came from a night train, had breakfast and wanted to leave our backpacks there, come for dinner again and take another night train. We asked them about leaving the luggage after breakfast as we did a couple of times in other places in India as well. Was never a Problem. Here, they had to call management first and then refused to keep the luggage even though we offered money for that and would have come back for dinner. This is very bad service

Booked room online in Yatra. Although they have printed copy of booking with them but They denied the check in saying all Rooms are sold out. After quarrelling they said will given room when some other person checkout. Made us wait in Lobby for 1.5 hours. Very poor management.
