The manager demanding extra amount to give the room even though we booked through Goibibo, especially that Manager he didn't have minimum ethics infornt of customers. a Brothal Lodge manger is better than this hotel Manager. Hotel rooms are Good. But Service is very very Poor

Being a new hotel, the interiors are simply awesome. Excellent designing of rooms. Totally premium fittings. Bathrooms were contemporary. Geyser was not working, so there was no hot water. It was not attended despite of complaint. Even the shower didnt have enough water pressure. Location wise one can't ask for more. Jusr 2mins walk to bundar road from where we can travel to ant corner kf city.

Nice place to stay in central place of city at MG road. From shopping Mall to eatery everything is walkable distance. Hotel having parking place,Room service,Small attached washroom separated with Glass. Stayed during COVID-19 for a night and it was good. Price is affordable and its in prime location..Staffs are friendly and lift and lobby is there. Cleaned and well maintained. Everything is near to the hotel.

Value for money. No one restaurant, but they have tie-up from where they serve the food which was good. Staff are prompt and very good

Just average not too hygiene, the good thing is opp PVP square mall, Minerva coffee shop ok for single person that to a shorter stay

It's ok ok hotel. It is shown as luxurious but isn't. Rooms are small and toilets are not that clean. Had to change room 2 times due to toilet issue. Suitable for one night stay. TV, AC, cutlery, toilet amenities provided. Better to spend little more and stay at their other branch New Hotel Executive Inn as it is a more refined and luxurious hotel. It is not that far from this hotel. If you are staying for more than 1 night go to their other branch. Daily housekeeping is there and they also let food delivery agents up to the room. They also have their own menu but they bring food from other restaurant as they don't have their own kitchen. Prices are high so better order with Uber eats, Swiggy, etc.

Reasonably Charged, Good Rooms & Toilets, A/ C, Centrally located in Labbipet, very nearer to PVP mall & Hotel Minerva Grand. Except Approach Road, Everything is Good. No attached restaurent.But many hotels/ Messes are available nearby.car Parking is available.Conveyance available

A bit over priced , rooms are cleaning, nice and well kept, staff is very helpful and friendly I chanced upon this Hotel when all other hotels in the area were full and l had a good stay

I stayed 15days in that hotel, staff and service was very good. It's too good for that price range.

The rooms are as shown in the pictures. Though the price is a bit high they have good room service and if you tell your purpose they can allow upto 4 people in one room. It's great here!

A very simple value for money inn. If anyone expects 5 star hotel facilities then this is not the place for them. But otherwise the rooms are very good and cozy. very reasonable price for the rooms. Though the hotel doesn't provide food service of its own but they will arrange it on request. Or else the location of the hotel is so good that food will be the last of your worries. The only problem someone might face is the parking space is limited.
