Minerva Grands location is good, that it is in the middle of the city , off M.G Rd. Rooms are okay however there is scope for improvement. Restaurant downstairs is good place for lunch/dinner, they serve tiffins very quickly, tiffins are verg goos in taste with nice coffee; place is clean and okay ambience. Just opp we have a Multiplex and lot of shopping options just in 5 to 10 min for a quick shopping.

Place is ok to stay. But bathroom was not clean and taps were not working properly. I tried informing reception but they were not reachable after 11PM. I CHECKED IN 10:15PM. MORNING buffet is also not having much options as compare to other 3& 4star hotels.

Always choose this restaurant in the afternoon. Not a great option for evening get-togethers or dinners. The taste of all the tiffin and meals range is good. But all Chinese or biryani pulov ranges are below average (particularly Veg) I ordered a veg biryani at night which was pale and lacked taste. Came here to have lunch and dinner. Good landmark and it was adjacent to PVP mall. Limited space will be available for parking before the hotel and cellar will also be full most of the time, better to park on the back side of the hotel where good space is available. Quality food will be served here, ambience is good, posh and professional. Cards as well as QR payments are acceptable. Desserts are good. More servers will be there but what we felt during our visit was that we need to call them and need to ask multiple times regarding Water, Glasses, tissues, Onions, lemons etc rather than they coming and checking automatically (Ownership was missing and everyone will act busy)

Everything is good. Staff response was ok considering the rush, there is still room for improvement but overall was fine and there is Ample Parking area (Valet Parking is there). Room is good and extra bed for extra cost. The Bathroom is clean enough. The one problem we have is the smell. The room, especially the bathroom had an odour. Though the odour was not too troublesome it was still a hassle to the senses.( Room was Sprayed with a scent but the bathroom was still a little smelly) I suggest fixing an Exhaust fan for the bathroom. Food's fine, especially the breakfast. Important:- Don't just blindly book Minerva Grand in apps. The location shown maybe a different one from the one that will be booked. Take care.

I wish I could give them a ZERO but that option does not exist. The food is good but the service is anything but pathetic. The food is just served and you are forgotten; the sides served are cold and there is no effort made to serve you hot. Just pathetic. If you value both good food and hospitality then avoid this restaurant. There are plenty of other good options available rather than a flashy restaurant such as Minerva.

Very small room, stayed last two days in room no 211, hair dryer not worked, intercom no display , no water bottles, patch worked wall, unclean chair totally disappointed. Staff behavior in reception worst, But their break fast is very good.

Had to wait for 30 mins for someone to attend.. it's extremely noisy in the dining area, not something you want to visit with friends or family just for enjoying dining Food is very good, well cooked.. from what i observed, servers who run from kitchen to dine area share tips they receive in the box and distribute them amongst all the other servers while the guys who take orders,collect payment at the end of our dining slide the little tips into their own pockets which we want to give to the servers.

We have seen worst food in the first floor restaurant 'Blue Fox'. They topped fried noodles on very thick sweet corn soup and served us as Vegetable Manchow soup. Andhra style chicken curry is a disaster with high salt. All are of low quality tastes. However, they gave difficult sufficient quantities. The chef might have worked in a motel meant for lorry drivers and cleaners.

Very delayed service. I got the soup 40.min after I ordered. They don't clean the tables properly. Charges are high for the service offered. Definitely not worth.

Had stayed in Imperial room, thanks to the upgrade. Rooms were clean and tidy. Complimentary breakfast was decent. However, room came with some issues - card holder for electricity was broken and was not fixed despite informing reception, this resulted in on and off electricity. Hot water was not available around 11am. Fan regulator was skipping speeds.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Minerva Grand Vijayawada it was extraordinary. From the moment I stepped into the grand lobby, I felt a positive vibe. The service was impeccable. The staff was not only attentive but also genuinely warm and welcoming. They made every effort to ensure that my stay was comfortable and memorable. Overall the stay was incredible and satisfied 💯.

Had a comfortable stay. Didn't get to experience the service to the full extent but service at reception was good & professional. Room was very comfortable with all facilities.

Glad to stay at this hotel. Fantastic rooms, tasty food and proximity to the temple. Would definitely recommend this. Will be my sugar in next trip too.

Worst taste and experience at Hotel Minerva. I ordered soup and Paneer 65. The soup tasted like tomato pickle with a foul smell, and the Paneer 65 was at a very low standard. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Atmosphere, location is good, but waiters and receptionist behaves rudely will make you wait for longtime to even give menu card.

Absolutely third class hotel where the commitments made about clean and peaceful accomodation were not honoured and I feel cheated. Staff is neither trained nor in control of the GM. Functions are their priority not stay for guests. I would not recommend this for a stay.

Known for it's good food and it actually is good in food only. Though rooms are big and comfortable, hotel lacked the parameters to be a 4 star hotel. The location is great, just opposite to a mall on MG road the high street of Vijayawada. Food is exceptionally great and is must to try in city, they are trying to provide some good complementary services but it's not just enough. The hotel don't even provides mineral water in room. Overall good for one night stay basis the location and good food

We were here on Sunday at 9.45 and some of the important thing for breakfast was not available like Poori and Masala dosa. But other items were taste and good. Big downside was lazy service, if they improve that, it will make a whole lot different .

While the food was good the service is horrible, they had plates with hair in it... for 30 mins no one cared about what we needed and they just ignored our every ask. The management is really not worried about customer satisfaction.

And once we were allowed a table no one came up to give menu and taking order is altogether another pain. We ordered something and they brought something else. Even during billing it was not smooth. We had a nightmare of an experience at minerva grand Vijayawada. We reached at 4 am and the lift wasnot working as v had two elderly people above 75yrs we asked them to cancel the booking as the rooms were on the 3rd floor and it was impossible for the old people to climb the steep stairs. They said they wouldn’t cancel the booking.The worst was yet to come as the rooms were stinking and so were the bed sheets.i will give negative marking for this experience and I had to click on the rating to post this

Flush not working. Had to push poop flush it. Most horrible experience. Staff not responsive, not changing room and had to live there as was already booked using make my trip app another useless app. There is no complaint system in that app. They are only interested in collecting money. Totally both are disgusting.

Business dinner was good and fairly priced. Quality of service and food has met expectations. Served with authentic chutneys and hot. Will definitely visit again.

Good place for Banquet hall. Organised two days event in this place. Food, location, hospitality in banquets is good. But when it comes to front office staff I should mention it for sure. The most ever dumb staff I have ever seen. Staff in the reception like hotel chairman and give reckless replies. No proper response for any question you ask. When it comes to food in Vegetarian thali place. It's just ok. No need for such waiting too. Simple and decent food nothing more special. If management see this post.. I request you to give proper training to front office staff and bell desk too.

We were in Vijayawada for 6 days. All 6 days, for breakfast, lunch and dinner, we went to Minerva Grand. The food was simply amazing! We are a family of 4 and all of us equally enjoyed the food and ambience there. The staff were really welcoming and hospitable. The service was exceptional. There were no complaints whatsoever. The dosas, thali meals, North Indian dishes, desserts, everything was too good! Will definitely come back here whenever we're in Vijayawada again. Thank you Team Minerva Grand.

Everything was up to my expectations. The food was delicious. Quality and quantity were adequate. The waiters were friendly. There's a slight waiting time for the food to come out after the order has been placed, which is not wanted in a restaurant. Prices were very reasonable for the amount of food they serve. The place is very ambient and quiet. It's perfect for small birthday parties and get-togethers. Overall, it was a great experience in Blue fox Restaurant and Bar.

A prime property in the heart of the city. This hotel is in front of the sparkling PVP mall, so lot of options to have some good evening. Rooms are decent but service can be improved. In elite rooms they mention city view window but it just opens in the gully, and in some cases just the wall of the other block. I checked in early and requested for other room as there was no view as per the elite room but got reply that no rooms available. However, many guests came later and they allotted rooms. Maybe they keep better rooms for offline customers with better tariff. Food was okay and brekfast had decent options. Towels were worn out. A decent place to stay overall.

Internal rooms are maintained well but couldn't breathe freely due to smoke and boozing smell around in the common areas, can sense it right after entering the reception area and once you get into the lift, it just feels like was around a bar n restaurant instead of a star hotel. Otherwise, everything is Nice, the service, staff behaviour, including restaurant services dining n cooperation at buffet. Locality is a good bet, every shopping is just couple of steps away, connectivity is good. Would have rated 4 atleast if the for the rooms in case the common area is maintained well.

Ordered veg.fried rice,butternan,kasu masala .as taste was not so good.too specify ,freid rice was heavily fried,butternan like a rubber string.comming to quantity very less small bowel not even medium currey pot.inaddtion to them water bottle cost was doubled saying we have permission for it(surprisingly). Car parking is hard to find place.overall it is poor.

The waiting time is wayyyyy too more,like when we got there I expected the place to be packed but it wasn't (we went at 12:30 btw) we were ascorted to our table immediately and the place was clearly empty. But our order took 50min to arrive. it's like they wanted to make it seem as if they're reallllyyy busy and packed .

The hotel is in a prime location and commuting to the temple 🛕 and shopping 🛍 is very very easy. The lane is flooded with Malls and Jewellery shops, what not. Loved the stay at Minerva Grand. Specific mention would like to be made about the Beauty parlor and hair spa attached to the hotel. Everyone working there are well experienced. Superb.

It is located in the heart of the city. You can reach it at any time with the local transport. The staff is very supportive and you have 24hrs checkout time. Rooms are very clean and hygienic. There is no restaurant inside but on request they will provide you food with their tie-up hotel. On every floor u'll find a fire extinguisher. So u can have a safe and good stay there. Njoy.....

We had a very uncomfortable stay and worst experience. Every room has some or the other problem. We check in on 19/01/2023 into 103 & 108 room, in both washrooms are not clean. Rooms are full of mosquitoes. When we booked in the MMT it showed as complimentary mineral water bottles will be given but they are giving filter water in dirty bottles. After long discussion with the management they accepted to give the bisleri bottles. Rooms doesn't have proper windows because of it cigarate smoke from the next room is entering into our room, management not even worried when we complained. We fought with them and changed our rooms to 304 & 305 in which again wash rooms are not cleaned. Rooms are full of mosquitoes. Hotel corridors are very dirty, management don't even bother to clean it. Entrance of the hotel is stinking, drainage is not cleaned. In Restaurant food is not tasty and daily same breakfast menu. Plates and glasses are not cleaned properly. For any one who are travelling to vijayawada don't prefer this hostel. You will be having a terrible experience.

Visited this place on Monday for lunch while on a trip to Vijaywada. Place is neat and clean and the food was good but not so great as per expectation. Consider this place if you want to have a different experience other than usual. Definitely not a regular go to place as it's a bit expensive than usual places . Overall a good experience over all but they can improve a lot for the standards they have put in.

The food is amazing, great quality and reasonably priced. The staff is helpful and ambience is elegant and neat. Best South Indian breakfasts and snacks. Highly recommend.

We went for lunch and ordered just 3 things Manchuria, biryani and coke. Which any 3yr old kid would understand the order of they should be served but sadly not this hotel staff. They gave us coke first which took around 20mins and after that 15mins later we got our biryani and 20minutes later when we asked about Manchuria they said it was still being prepared and we had to wait for another 5-10 mins for the Manchuria. They have the worst service ever.

Not worth the cost they have mentioned around 4000 per day. Average hotel on highway, 10+ kms away from most of the tourist places. Breakfast buffet - very limited items but food taste was fine. The room was also not good but they changed it after multiple reminders and requests. Better to avoid and find some good one near by tourist places.

The rooms are very small. Actually a 2 Star Hotel ambience like this. And the most important thing is I chose the Lunch/ Dinner package also. But they provide Rs 500.00 voucher for restaurant. I never faced these types of experiences in my life like Lemon Tree, Sarovar Partico, Holiday Inn and all 4 and 5 Star Hotels. Not value for money , Not a comfortable stay. Avoid completely.

Had to dine here unfortunately. Pathetic service and time delays in attending to order taking to food serving. Over priced with an unwanted huge portion size. Food tasted decent, but the service spoiled the entire experience. On top of this they charged 45+GST for a Kinley bottle of MRP 20. When questioned they reduced the over charge without a sorry face. Will never dine here again.
