    I do not recommend this hotel because they are charged an one day amount in a few hours of late check-out , rooms also not good and no ventilation , if any one going offline booking they are charged 5star hotel charges in this price range will be available in red fox hotel , hotel manorama in vijayawada, max payable to this hotel 500Rs , still your booking this hotel go to online book this price range , this hotel is not value for money.

    Negative comments whatever you have seen are 1000% correct, I made a booking through Agoda and approached the hotel for check in, they refused to allot room as we paid online, and they demanded 1500 extra for Non AC room for 2nd day, even I paid for 2 days. Purely uneducated staff who not even know how to behave with human beings. Don't even dare to enter this hotel, you will be highly disappointed.

    They are charging more than what it was showing in the oyo app. The hotel manager was money minded and rude. He always tries to rob the customers. It's a fraud hotel. There is no proper drinking water and bedsheets. They are simply looting from the customers. Never stay in this hotel. They will take advance and say's "we will return when u r check-out from the room" but at that time he won't return even a single rupee also. Never choose this hotel for a stay, especially if you are planning to stay with the family. I never experienced such a horrible situation in any hotel. I even worried about how this hotel has a 3.3 rating on g maps but I'm sure those positive ratings are from this hotel's families and friends' accs.

    Horrible experience, i booked online through OYO and when I reached there by 10 pm with my family... They denied to checkin and asked me to pay extra while i have already paid full amount while booking itself... The management was worst... The told me to go to another hotel... It costed me extra... I will never suggest this hotel to anyone

    worst service. Rude staff. I have booked online, these hotel management demands extra money and they will not allow you to checkin till you pay. Oyo or Agoda customer service cannot help you anything. Hotel rooms are stinking and bedsheets are black and smelly.

    The hotel staff were soo rude. They told one amount in phone call. Later they charged more. They even shouted on ladies. As it is night time we don't have any other choice we took the room for high amount. But the AC is not working. Such a waste staff and waste hotel.

    Staff behaviour is too bad. Demands high price than you book from the site and if you question them regarding that they replies there is no room. Rude behaviour. He doesn't give value to the customer only demands money.

    The experience I had at this hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. Right from the moment I checked in, I was shocked to discover that the receptionist had the audacity to charge me extra money without any valid explanation. To make matters worse, the air conditioning in the room was abysmal and left me sweating throughout my stay. The customer service provided by the receptionist was beyond disappointing. Their rude behavior and complete disregard for guests' concerns were simply unacceptable. Despite my numerous requests, they stubbornly refused to provide a bill for the additional charge, displaying a blatant lack of professionalism. This hotel is an absolute rip-off and a prime example of poor service. The exorbitant prices they charge are in no way justified by the subpar amenities and disrespectful treatment of guests. I strongly advise against staying here if you value your money and expect even a modicum of decent service. Save yourself the frustration and look for alternative accommodations.

    Worst hotel. I was booked this hotel through .OYO for first time as I got discount coupon provided by OYO in online with AC. But when I went to hotel receptionist decline my booking and told that β€œif you need AC you have to pay rs.1500”. I have shown booking ID also but he did not listen to me. These hotels are not following OYO rules. When I called to OYO customer no proper response from side. I will not recommend such kind of hotels to others. And person who showing the rooms doesn’t behaving good to customers. Very very poor service. I’m strong believe that one OYO person must be there in every hotel so that they can see the customers coming to hotel and they can check-in easily through booking ID.

    Worst hotel. I have booked from goibibo and also paid full amount then also he refuse to give room. After sometime they give us room. Although rooms are worst quality...This place was so disgusting. they took extra money but they were totally rude with us. even they didn't give us a proper mattress with a bed cover...

    Very bad hotel and the staff behaviour is wrose and rude..They are not accepting online booking they are asking to pay at hotel not in online if we pay online then it's going vain..In Oyo it shows 570/- but they are asking 1500/- ..if we pay at online they won't accept and not giving rooms..and rooms are wrose than ever I had not hygienic and clean .. Please don't go for this hotel and Oyo should take action against this hotel and also this type of hotels

    Thay have charged more than Tarrif shown in OYO at the time of booking. There are more mosquitoes and a bad room service like given a bad towel, no hot water and windows were opened.

    These hotel doesn't even deserve 1 star,It was the worst experience of my life,I booked a hotel one week in advance online When I visited the location,I was told they don't accept any online bookings from oyo and it is already closed Wen I called oyo customer care,they contacted the hotel staff, However he clearly told that hotel is closed and disconnected their call But he was insisting us to cancel online booking and take a room by paying double price Even oyo was unable to serve us as during all these chaos, check in time was done,so they cancelled the stay I have to look for different hotel on immediate basis during my stay to vijaywada and my trip was spoilt

    Autowalas will take you to this worst hotel... Management don't even have basic commonsense to do basic maintenance... If we land in midnight at Vijayawada rly stn or bus stn autowalas will approach us n take to this hotel for commissions ...too worst. Whatever the advance they collect will not return to customers ...We will be in hurry to catch train or bus so we can't argue and have to rush up...

    Very good hotel. Staffs' behaviour very friendly. Please don't book rooms from OYO. They don't belong to OYO service, although OYO is using their name for booking. Rooms are quite large. I stayed there for one day. This hotel doesn't have food court. But right opposite you can find BALAJI HOTEL (till now, this hotel is the best I have ever tried in my life. The behaviour of the owner and his presentation just amazed me) for lunch only.

    Excellent hotel in terms of cleanliness and hygiene. Hospitality is very good and the way the hotel staff respond to our requirements is very nice. Definitely i would suggest to go for it for all types of stay.
