At this price rooms which they provide is of great value especially when considering location.... But there are many downsides also. Staff are not very co-operative and they behave as if they met some enemy. Hygiene is very poor. I was seeing the dirty plates and food waste on the corridor which was left by people stayed in our neighbouring room. After we came also they didn't remove it but only when new customers came to that room that is for more than 24 hours since our arrival they didn't remove it.... If you are seeing free breakfast on some online platform don't believe it.... They won't provide. When we arrived at hotel we asked for some help shifting the luggages, but they told that service is not available. Many a times when I talked with them they were behaving in such a way that they don't want to be bothered by anybody. If all this is ok for you, you can stay at this hotel but else better to avoid this hotel.

This isn't a place for family stay. Rooms are too tiny with no scope for fresh air. Entire room and coridor stinks with cigarette smell. Bedsheets arnt clean. Neither the front desk is responsive. While booking the amount i was shown by booking.com was 1800 but hotel guys charged 2300. 500 rupees extra, not sure for what reasons. Food will be served only after 10 am. Despite having inhouse restaurant, one needs to stepout to have mrng coffee and brkfst if u want to have before 10 am. The coffee that was served on order around 11.30 am was pathetic...served in unhygienic cups. Wish i had an option to upload pic of these cups. Overall, it is a stay i regret!!!!

Hotel demanded more money than what we paid at Goibibo, they simply mentioned that Goibibo do not have knowledge on their hotel rates. We do not have any other option hence stayed there by paying additional amount. Hotel do not have proper parking, we will have to keep our vehicles in front of the hotel and open to the road. Hotel do not provide complimentary breakfast, we will have to insist multiple times by showing our booking reference and then only they provide breakfast by ordering from Zomato. Rooms are not as clean as they were shown in the images. Even hot water is not available around 7 - 8 AM over the morning. Room boys are not available to help with our luggage. When inquired about potential taxi options to go to temple, hotel staff mentioned they do not know have any information to help with us. Only advantage with this hotel is the location, we can find multiple restaurants near to this hotel. We can go to Kanaka Durgamma temple by auto for 100 rupees.

Want to give -10k rating.. such a waste guys in hotel. Booked in Oyo and they simply said we won't provide rooms and demanded for extra money. Arey waste receptionist, if you don't like oyo prices better to remove ur membership from OYO. Chetha dash ga.. sense Leni waste

Good hotel with AC and clean wash rooms. Food I didn't try and don't recommend because you have good restaurants near by.

Rooms are not that clean. I had small cockroaches in my room. But if you are looking for a budget friendly option it can be a good choice. Staff is polite and cooperative plus the location is also a plus point as it is located on the main road. You will find good places to eat and shop around the hotel in walking distance only.

Don’t book this hotel online, they are not accepting the online bookings and they are asking to pay the amount double than what we had booked online, very bad experience! I have booked through Agoda, Agoda team also did not help in resolving the issue. Hotel did have my reservation details, but still trying to cash, they did not even try to contact earlier and say about this. I tried to call, no phone number online or provided from Agoda..

Not Recommended for stay Rude behaviour No breakfast available but in online they were charging breakfast fee also.

Good area near to railway station.. Entrance reception super,,,rooms not bad but very tiny rooms maybe 2 persons very comfortable..don't provide soaps,towels once asking they are giving....nice restaurant also present in down floor,,,,

Dreadful Dirty Comforters and Bed covers No WIFI Connectivity, and service people were harsh when asked about it. Reception people were so rude and will disconnect your call before answering your request. Smoke smell all over room 202 and room 203 bathroom smell is unpleasant. Lot of dirty plates with leftover food floating around the Corridors especially on second floor :(

Initially Wifi was provided, after sometime they said some issues and will be resolved tomorrow only. No hot water. Rest all good.

Booked rooms for guests through MakeMyTrip , they simply denied check-in, giving some silly reasons and demanded extra money. If you don't wanna do business with MMT/OYO etc, just simply stop your association with them, why taking all your frustration on customers. Very unprofessional, arrogant and rude management. Finally we have to accommodate our guests in a different Hotel. Just be aware if you are booking this hotel through a third party website, most likely you will be denied check-in. I wish they learn the meaning of customer service. !!!

Hotel location and hotel outside was very good but as per the online price and the hotel price was very different. When I ask a room they are not ready to give an online price even if they are telling different rules. If I book online also,i also have to pay an extra 500 rupees, which I feel is not good. So we moved to another hotel. I feel Hotel persons are harassing the visitors

Once we checked-in in the hotel, the room was smelling horrible. Next morning there was no water. While we approached the staff members they said within 10minutes it will get fixed but they didn't fixed. Overall it was horrible experience.

No backup for power, middle of the night if power gone then generator will not be switched on and maintenance is worst and stayed for 3days, they have not even changed body towels nor blankets nothing.smell in the rooms are odd....

Not a hotel for family. Worst experience. Rooms smells like fumigated with cigarettes. Beds are not at all clean. Service is also poor. Water was not available on our checkout date for anything, when we were having important meeting.
