Hotel and Rooms look new. However When we checked in, room and restroom cleaning was done on request. The pillow covers and blankets are not changed. For confirmation, Calling the hotel before checkin is must if you do an online booking.

Not good for Family stay ! Blood, Hair, snacks waste on the bed when i open the blanket, it’s totally change my mindset, then they not providing any service, After reaching the customer executive, they said after 6 pm not able to change the bed sheet and Blanket, if want to change means self care they will provide blankets only, another part very dirty smell in room, and not use any room fragrance also.. worst ever waste of money. No maintenance No Customer Service No hygiene No heater Highly Not Recommend for family stay.

Genuine_Review: The WORST hotel in vijayawada.Total FRAUD staff.Demanded extra ₹1200 as cash for two days though we paid total amount online booking done via AGODA.The receptionist SaiKrishna.B is the person who is handling things in false manner & rude behaviour.Demanding more money other than the actual booking price.Worst experience… Requesting you all to STOP booking this hotel,bad ambience.

The hotel is completely money minded, i had booked the hotel through Agoda, upon reaching the hotel the staff informed my booking is cancelled. I told them i had already booked, but they said we don't acknowledge and they have allotted the room to someone else because they have paid more money. Never visit this hotel because of their money minded attitude.

I don't want to give even 1 rating also.Hotel reception guys are totally scam. We booked through goibibo with 1100rs and whenever checked in they asked extra money 500, and saying we are removing through goibibo, Oyo,treebo all apps in one month,so we are not accepting that traffic rates,you need to pay extra money and whenever I checked in no one is there in reception I waited for one hour then the reception guy came and said same .they simply saying pay extra or else talk to goibibo customer care guys.Whehever goibibo guys called they said not taking anyone money and reception guys don't know English also.pillows , blankets,beds are very dirty.Atleast for high cost they maintain proper neatness . Not satisfied.don' go. Better prefer another hotel . Reception guys are not good and not safe for girls too

After charging for breakfast the hotel refused to serve the same very rude behaviour of staff

Not an hygienic place to stay especially thier rest rooms are Stinking , shower faucets will not work when I complain they are asking me to adjust by using bucket and mug way of bathing and wait for hot water..

Oyo is worst company better to book on goibibo we suffered a lot with oyo please understand and never book in oyo .

Center of the city, really nice rooms and sufficient place for parking. A perfect spot of booking a hotel for short stays instead of going for novetels for my higher class people! Haha

Had very bad experience,.. Waited 30 min to get in to the hotel, after paying the total amount to the hotel through OYO previous day, actual check in is at 12 pm, even at 3:00 pm they made me to wait. Staff feels that they are giving service to us for free of cost.. What ever we ask they say, we don't do as you have booked the room through OYO,. If we call and ask for coffee or tea,.. Etc, they will say you you have to go and get it, we don't do,..not doing is not a problem,..they will say the same very rudely . no hot water, no complementary breakfast as promised,no good parking,..park it with your own risk and hotel is not responsible,.. In simple words it's a very bad choice to choose , by seeing the hotel photos if you go there , you will definitely feel bad,..

Hotel is not coordinating with OYO app properly. They charge extra 500 rupees to give the room. Service is very bad.

Theivesthey are, please don't go. They will charge you extra money for the stay as they say their charges are 1600 and online booking charges r less,so if you want to stay pay extra.. Pathetic reception persons, they'll ask you to sit for long and then will ask you to pay more in cash..

Good Hotel, spacious well constructed and maintained rooms. Bed sheets ,wash rooms maintenance is good. Room service and Parking place to be improved.

I don't want to even give one star rating to these people. I & my husband travelled from Bangalore to Vijayawada, we pre-booked this hotel through MakeMyTrip which costed us some 700/ change. We reached hotel around 9.30PM, enquired if they have booking confirmation in our name, they said yes but it is through MakeMyTrip but it is booked in low tarriff so there will be an additional amount of 700/ which need to be paid to the hotel. Why should we pay extra amount to hotel when it is already booked and paid. It was literally bribe !! That man denied to even give invoice. He spoke to us very rudely, said we won't get room if we don't pay. He literally sent us back. We had to wait outside on road and search for a stay. These hotel guys don't have courtesy at all, very rude, bad behaviour as we didn't know their language. We would have still agreed to pay as it was already late for us but these guys didn't treat us well instead sent us out.

Very very very bad experience I'd faced I booked 1 room for 3 people in online,it cost 711/- When I go to that hotel, the receptionist said 2100/- for 1room That time I contact to the Customer, there is no response from him. Totally I lost my money, So please don't try to book this hotel in online 🙏🙏

Cons: 1. They first gave me a room in which the AC is leaking water on to the bed. I had to ask for a change of room. 2. They charged 25 for a water bottle, which is not sealed. They gave me tap water for 25 rupees. 3. They take your phone and give themselves a review in Oyo app. 4. They don't provide you with soap, paste or anything. 5. They charged 800 for 2 hours early check-in even though I informed that I would check out 4 hours early next day. Pros: 1. It's just 3 kms from bus stand. 2. Ambience inside the room is ok. 3. It is couple friendly Bottom line: Go and waste your money.

Booking online to this hotel is troubling ur self.. They will reject ur online booking through any app. They accept only direct customer entered to hotel. Or else u have to pay additional amount.
