Please don't go to this oyo hotel. I booked 2 rooms via oyo app and ot costed me around 1500rs and I payed online and I got it for 1209rs. When I went there they told that we are not giving for this price and told me to cancel or move to other oyo hotel. I came with my old parents and I couldn't move here and there. So I requested him to give room but he was so rigid and he said that I can't do business like this. Finally I called oyo customer care and the hotel owner didn't talk with oyo customer. Finally I asked refund from oyo and had no choice and took room paying 1300 per room. Very very pathetic and hotel manager behavior was not at all considerable. I would suggest don't book this hotel in pyo or not even go to this hotel

We booked the room online for 880 but when we reached they told us they couldn't provide room for that price. They asked to check with customer care or pay 600 extra. So call them before you check-in otherwise don't go to this hotel. Worst experience room was very small and they calling that room as deluxe room. Don't every give phone to them. They rate themselves 5 star in app. **DONT GO TO THIS HOTEL** if you don't want to pay 1500 for these tiny rooms.

Rooms provided were good. Bedsheets towel soap all ok. Booked through oyo app. As usual they asked extra money for the rooms. I booked two rooms they provided me one room in the cost of two and asked to book another. Total three rooms I had to book. At the time of check out manager asked my phone for check out. I told him once you opt check out from hotel then my phone automatically shows check out but he said no you give me your phone. Then he put ratings on his own on the oyo app. Behavior ok but fraud person.

I checked in by Oyo which is to less amount for a AC delux room,so I called reception before I check-in and asked him that are you ok to give room for this less amount he simply says ok. But after check-in time he is giving me normal room not AC I asked why he said for that much less amount we can't give AC rooms, before he only says I can check in for that amount at no time moment of return back he plays game and asked extra amount I paid and checked in And at check out time he asks my phone for some checkout issue and he simply given 5 star review on oyo app for that check-in Number one scammers in reception Don't go blindly by Oyo check-in

Good staff, clean and spacious room, affordable pricing. It is located at prime location near railway station. Easy access to transportation, restaurants and tourist places near Vijaywada. You can book directly by calling at hotel premises. Cons = Wifi currently not available. Note: Don't book with @goibibo dues worst customer service by goibibo , I was denied check-in at booked price due to mistake of GoIbibo.com mistake.

Had very bad experience!!! Booked it on OYO but they didn't allocate the room since OYO price is low, forced to cancel the booking. Please don't book this hotel, if not you will loose your money and time. DON'T GIVE PHONE TO THEM!!! They will cancel your booking without telling you!

I have booked a room in MMT at the very best price, I just stayed there for 1 night. While I was checking out the receptionist (Owner perhaps) told me that he would not honor such low cost bookings. I felt that was rude. I have booked at the price MMT has offered, i didn't do anything wrong, if the hotel has a problem with MMT's pricing they must settle it with them not the customers. Apart from this, rooms are nice.

I booked in oyo app as couple... when we went for check in.... we gave our original proof... we have age to book we have all rights... but they rejected our booking they made us to cancel infront of them... such a bad experience... oyo have to feel shame of these acts...don't go worst place to book room finally that day was messed up.... we both are adult but still they rejected.. and saying some other awful reason....

Hotel location is excellent. 500 mtrs opp Railway Station. Around 3 kms from Durga Malleswara Temple. Hotel does not have an in-house restaurant. Staff brings the food from outside on order. Staff are obedient and helpful. Rooms are small but clean enough. Booked the room through Make my Trip. Got a good price ₹ 1076+taxes. Will repeat my stay here.

Third class service after covid pandemic, can't expect ever before. No call support and hotel details are completely misleading, recently I lost Rs 900 in vein. So guys better to check hotel prior to advance payment.

Extremely bad. As usual they charged extra 500 rs for room allotment. I tried Oyo helpline but nobody responded. So was forced to pay extra 500 bucks. They advice not to book online at such lower cost. I have faced similar problem in other hotel also booked through Oyo. So never and never book OYO HOTEL ONLINE. Worst experience in my life in that hotel they cheated, they charged to double, it is bad. The checkout time night 11pm . But they forsed to checkout in morning, until you pay 1200 rupees extra. There is no alternate to I have 1200 rupees extra

I booked a AC double room in this hotel through Make my Trip. They collected amount for stay with breakfast. This hotel is in a small lane in which two wheeler can go and Auto will go with difficulty. If you go by car, you have to walk with luggage. On check in I received a shock. Though I booked room with breakfast, they have not provided breakfast as there is no restaurant. In the morning there switched off AC. Only fan was available in the day time. In my room geyser was there but no hot water came. The room was very small. There is no table or stool to keep our luggage on it. We have to keep our luggage on the floor only. Think twice thrice before booking this hotel.

Guys the hotel is good mainly it's very near to station and nearby many restaurants and you can order as well and also staff is available every time and also easy transport ion to temple as well.....many people are complaining about oyo booking issue...yes there is an issue and I have a solution for that just be patient and call them before reaching the hotel and ask them any issue with price if they say yes just complaint to oyo they will then listen... Have a great trip guys... ✌. . . For solo travellers, the room will be basic and we need to adjust because of what we are getting for what we are paying.
