My in-law family, my husband and I stayed over at Casa Francisco during the 2021 Christmas holidays. This hotel has two sections, the old and the new. I stayed in the new section, floor 2, which was slightly more expensive. The entire building combines colonial vibes and modern comfort. Our room faced the pool, but I could not hear the noise from the people swimming and hanging around that area. Every single surface was very clean, and the ambiance invited relaxation. The hotel is located at walking distance from the Sanborns, a large store that includes a pharmacy, a small bookshop, a nice restaurant, electronics store and some other merch. It is also one block away from an important street. However, you will not hear any noise from the street. We received incredible attention from all staff members including everyone at buffet, the quesadilla chef lady, cleaning, reception and door keeping staff. The hotel offered a wide choice of freshly made dishes of high quality. Even my mother in-law, who is an excellent cook, enjoyed all the meals. Lastly, and most importantly, the most impressive aspect of my stay at Casa Francisco was that the staff seem very pleased to work there. It seems the management is doing a great job to keep them busy but happy. Thanks Casa Francisco staff, for the wonderful Christmas experience.

Casa Francisco is exclusively a business hotel. The ambiences, the amenities and the rooms are designed for businesspeople who want a place to just go sleep. The hotel is not recommend for families or couples, at least not on a busy weekend. Pools are okay, but a little bit small for the amount of people they can accommodate. The restaurant has a decent amount of options for breakfast, but lacks quite a bit for other meals. The staff is friendly and helpful, except for a few outliers in management. Lastly, the rooms were meh at best. Sure, they have a lot of channels and the shower temperature was great (pressure not so much), but there was a lot of dust inside the closet and some of the bathroom equipment was quite old and full of permanent rust and tartar. Furthermore, the windows and walls are quite thin, so you can hear the TV in the next room, or the noises from the street, which can limit privacy a little bit. Overall the stay was good, but not great.

Nice hotel! Very reasonably priced. Great for families. Pool and play area for kids. Rooms are a good size; clean and in good condition. Restaurant in the lobby is nice. Staff is very helpful and accommodating. Most speak English, also. Mini-fridge not working, so they replaced it quickly. Only downside: we put DND sign on door while we were out, but they cleaned our room anyways. Not the worst thing, but we are very private and prefer no cleaning services during our stay.

stayed on Nov 2021 great experience, overall top notch. + beautiful, clean, tidy pool area with warm water + location is good not far from restaurant , stores etc + room is spacious enough, everything inside is in good working order, no complain + staffs is really helpfull and friendly + breakfast is good although needs more variety - the only downside is the small lobby area

Nice hotel. Clean grounds, nice pool and friendly staff. Room in main building was up to date, decent wifi (although needs to be reconfigured). Water pressure in main building was terrible, however was great in the other building. Good restaurant and night security.

Place was beautiful and staff were friendly and attentive but my friends and I had a few mishaps with the hotel amenities. My friends and I were here for a wedding as a large group. Some of the rooms had multiple things wrong with them. From electrical outlets not working all the way to AC issues and jacuzzi not working. The staff would also remind you that tip wasn't included which made us all wonder if they were being properly compensated for their work.

I'll try to be the most objective I can. In general, the hotel is pretty good. The ratio Price/Quality is the best part. The hotel is really clean and open areas are really cozy. I think we just had bad luck. The sewers in the bathroom smelled really bad. We arrived at 11 o'clock in the morning and they didn't want to give us access to the hotel unless we pay an early check-in. (We understand there are check in hours) but to the guests in front of us they arrived at the same time and they gave them their room without any problem. Im afraid I'm just uncomfortable and not in favor with the early check in fees (not very usual).

Place was nice, but too much noise. The rooms are not sound proof, so we got awaken at many times of the night. Our room was close to the kitchen and we could hear the plates while they were being stacked for breakfast. Not cool when you stay out late and want to wake up later in the day.

Nice friendly place. A little loud from 7am to 10pm Would be really nice to have a menu in english and printed info as well .

Staff extremely helpful, friendly and caring. Spacious rooms and clean.
