It is the best. I stayed there for 4 days with my husband and daughter. The service is great, the breakfast buffet provides a lot of variety and what they dont have you can just ask for it. The hotel is impeccable in order and cleanliness. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are big, comfortable and have everything for your comfort (a mini fridge, closet, safety box, drawers, hair dryer, reading chair w/ light, etc). The staff is available 24/7 and they respond immediately, 10 min max to take whatever u requested. The beds make you want to stay in bed all day, comfortable mattresses, feather duvets, soft pillows and good quality blankets. The pool area is very pretty, the heated pool and jacuzzis are relaxing and towels are provided for the pool. The spa is also worth visiting, got a great massage with a coffee smelling oil and a full body exfoliation. The restaurant food is delicious, good portions, nice presentation, and a wide variety. The hotel is completely worth the money. Next time I'm at villavicencio will definitely stay there again.

The amenities were very nice. The sauna, massage,gameroom, jacuzzi, and pool were most excellent. Oh yea, the restaurant was very good as well. Give it a try.

They made me feel like home! Excelent restaurant astonishing view, the wet zone is amazing and the jacuzzi unique! Personally I loved Turkish Bath! Awesome experience after all!

Spacious rooms we were in a suite. The staff is eager to help with any of your needs. Food is outstanding and extremely accommodating . We are vegan and they are amazing at preparing it! Love my massage and the workout areas along with jacuzzi and pool. Did I mention the incredible views from the rooftop!!

Good, safe location. Excellent service, all the staff was quite amazing. Food was good was well. The breakfast buffet had a good offer (lots of fruits, warm meals, bread, coffee, juices, cheeses, etc.) We loved the pool. Kid friendly. Will come back.

The frontline staff here make this hotel worthwhile, everyone is friendly and does the best they can for their guests. The restaurant as a venue sadly for breakfast is awful as it has no air con, no fans and no air flow so expect to be sweating as if you were dining in a sauna. That's the only downside of this hotel. Our suite was spacious with the most comfortable King size bed and access to nearby restaurants on your doorstep.

Good service good food and good hotes

The room I had was very nice but the lighting was deficient, it was very dark at night and you had to go back to the entrance hall to turn off the light.

I wasn't expecting to find such a nice place, but I did! We got a double bed room and it was huge. The service has been spectacular! Every member of the staff has been attractive, kind and very knowledgeable about the area. As far as food goes, the internal restaurant was great. Everything we order was served promptly and was delicious! Over all I will definitely be coming back!

Nice hotel in villavicencio spacious rooms , good service .

The Hotel is located in the best area to Villavicencio. It is close to the mall, restaurants and bar. This hotel is a good option if you want just to spent relax time with your friends, girlfriend or boyfriend. You can call the hotel and ask about "pasadena" it is a plan to include sauna, turco, jacuzzi and food. The thursdays there are cocktails 2x1 with live music.

Best place in villa. Excellent service and caring, rooftop pool and hot tubs make for perfect views.

This was such an amazing place with amazing people! Beautiful rooms, picturesque roof top pool and a restaurant I always looked forward to eating in! Definitely want to come back.

Overall experience was nice. Good service. Decent menu at the buffet for breakfast. Rooms clean and big. Nice spaces.

1-week stay was amazing. Wifi was good, I was able to remote work with no issues, Perfect location to go to shopping malls, stores, restaurants and many other venues in Villavicencio. The staff was incredible, always ready, great atmosphere. Common areas (pool, restaurant, lobby) were great.

Nightmare parking. Stay away. Also the slowest check in ever. On person working and a lobby full of people waiting in line. I've been here a few times unfortunately. Always the same thing. I don't recommend. Ever staying here again.
