Pret A Manger is my favourite fast food chain, the lemon cheesecake is to die for. Unfortunately this one disappoints. This is the second time I visit this one, and it is certainly not good. I was here in the morning and there was NO lemon cheesecake (isn’t this a staple???). It was also all out of warm dishes, and only had 1 salad, not to mention the floor and the tables was really dirty. The chicken chipotle wraps we had, it’s of them was stuck in the wrapping carton, and were pretty tasteless. This is a sad sad establishment.

Supposed to be open until 10pm. Almost no food left and all workers toting down will all tables and chairs out of action. You a actually have to call them over to pay. This is THE WORST Pret I have ever been in. It’s an embarrassment and damages the brand.

Sorry to leave this but the salad boxes contained half the amount of salad and fillings than in other prets (and for 11.95 euros (!) It was chaotic and most sandwiches and salads looked like they’d been bashed around, salad leaves and dressing on the plastic. I appreciate it was a Sunday and a busy time but thought feedback on the products might assist for future.

Unfortunately the people working there are unfriendly and poor on education. We bought two sandwiches and two coffee. My pronunciation of the drink was may not perfekt, okay I'm from Germany and can't speak French very well. But I don't think this is a reason to tell everyone behind the desk that I missed something and start laughing with three people. It doesn't help to feel comfortable at all in the airport if you get blamed for thinks like this. Result for me is that I will never buy there anything.

Prices are moderate but the quality of food has fallen at this Pret a Manger branch. I tried the tuna sandwich but it did not taste like it was fresh. Service was okay.

Great coffee shop with lovely pastries and sandwiches to choose , Good coffee too. Just be aware that the prices are typical airport prices.

Really overpriced and poor quality. Sandwich had hardly any filling in it, yet fell apart when taken out of the box. Avoid if you can.

As a PRET fan I have to say this store is a shame! Unmotivated and lazy staff standing and talking around, half open packages, food offer not nicely presented. The manager should either take some immediate measures or she/he is the actual problem.

You have some very poor ambassadors for your brand in T1. I am struggling to find a time when I have been served by such a surly individual. You would be better off not having her work then have her there with her attitude. The guys were all happy.

I wanted to thank a super nice cashier / barista, it’s not easy to work from 5am with so many people… each time I am at the airport I come to this place to get a coffee and a little bite

Not that you have much choice, but avoid if you can. Unfriendly, dirty and expensive.

Do not use this facility. The latte coffee I purchase do not have any coffee in it. It was pure milk. For €4.95 it is a disgrace.

The staff is VERY rude. They're supposed to open at 5 am but they we're still closed by 5:10. I and another traveler wanted to buy water while they were still opening up, they sold the other traveler a bottle right in front of me but told me very rudely to leave and that they won't open until 5:30 am. The airport website says they open at 5 not 5:30.

Always great idea to grab a coffee with nice sandwich. As for fast food chain, very good place. Big variety of vegetarian food - big plus

I was visiting Nice and when I was trying to catch my next flight, I left my carry on at the airport. I was extremely surprised when the manager from Pret, Julie texted me on whatsapp asking if I lost my luggage. She did everything above and beyond to make sure that I receive it back. It made believe that there are good people out there. Thank you Julie and Im sure Pret is very proud to have you as a part of their team!

Agree with the comments below that the staff is rude. They act like they are doing you a favour. BUT…the food is very good and very tasty, our flight was delayed and we were at the airport for breakfast and lunch, lots of selection here and very fresh.

Every time I come the only have triangel sandwiches left and no good salads or nice dishes left. So it’s not really a Pret a manger, more like a cheap sandwich shop.

Unfortunately not even à ONE STAR... IM FLIGHING ALONE with1 baby. They made mist1ke and gave le wrong tea... no thank you, your welcome or im sorry ! Very rude staff ... ps. Bare in mind that I'm speaking flunet french so they dont need to make any effort In understanding
