A chacune de mes commandes, l’accueil a été chaleureux ! Les personnes qui travaillent dans ce relais sont très sympathiques et efficaces ! Je recommande.

Drive piéton pratique et sans fautes, rapide pour les courses mais aussi prise en charge et traitement des colis plus que parfait ! Deux jeunes garçons à l'accueil très agréable et professionnel. Je recommande !

The gentleman has a very friendly welcome but is poorly located on the Maps (he is facing Allée Serr and not in the block of buildings)!

This several times I encounter serious problems with this drive Incomplete orders, non-refund of invoiced products, Telephone service unavailable…. They are incompetent!!!! Absolutely useless. To this day I am still waiting for almost 6 euros worth of chopped steak, unavailable when I collect it from the drive-thru but very well billed. No longer busy relaying parcels! A drive with 65/70% of products missing, stopped….with almost nothing to choose from. Go your way.

Parcel problem. They had to contact me again… no news. The phone shown is on answering machine all day. People don’t just have to travel for NOTHING! I just contacted Mondial Relay who told me that my package was delivered on 11/12 with ID! I think I'm dreaming!!!! I moved on 13/12 so it’s not possible. My package was delivered to another person! Please contact me quickly (drive to my contact details) as the person agreed to do.
