Every dish is truly tasteful. They do their bread themsleves, it is kind of special and delicious. The foccacia dressing are always elaborated and exquisite. I love a small menu highly mastered. They also have a system of lunchbox you take back to them if you often order from them to limit the waste of containers. Not to talk about how nice they are and how lovely is the space. Everything is perfect 12/10

Exquisite food Wonderful energy Matsa chef is a the best reference in vegan food.

This food made me so happy! Matsa shows that great ingredients, very well paired wines and formidable staff can create an unforgettable experience that makes you want more! I had the vegetarian menu which was veganised without hesitation and had matching wines from micro winery Darwin (which is close by and worth a visit too!) to each course. It's not so easy to find vegan places in Bordeaux but Matsa is a must. Will definitely come back when in Bordeaux again! Thank you for a great evening with fantastic vegan food! 🌱

I came here on a wet morning enticed by the previous Posting of excellent coffee and I can confirm this to be the case. My latte was very good, definitely among the best I have had in my 2 mths of travelling. U can also expect warm and friendly service too.

EXCELLENT espresso. One of the best coffees I’ve had in the south of france. Real espresso pulls- not coffee pods. The scone was delicious and tasted of real ingredients- not sugar and added flavor.

I love this place! The food, the design, the service, everything is perfect!
