The Centre Commercial itself has a variety of shops, with prices perhaps on the heavy side. These have been built around what was, as I remember it from 35 years ago, a large Carrefour. It's undergone many changes in that time and it remains a must go to place every time I'm in the area. Especially for the air con when the outside temperature is in the high 30s!
