I booked a tour through this group 2 months before my visit. Less than 24 hours before they cancelled. They offered a different tour, I requested to be switched, in the 2 hours between this exchange they did not close down the online booking and someone else booked our spots. They refused to cancel the other people thus leaving us with no tour for our stay in Bordeaux as every other tour company was full with less than 24 hours notice. Do not book through these people, they are not understanding or nice and their customer service hangs up on you. They have cost me over $1000 in travel fees and I am leaving Bordeaux extremely sad, disappointed, and unhappy.the worst people I have ever dealt with.

We booked the half-day wine tasting and tour of Medoc from Bordeaux. Our guide Kaio was the best - so friendly and informative. Pick and drop off at Place des Quincones was convenient. Both chateaux were beautiful (Chateau Malescasse and La Tour Carnet), and we enjoyed tasting and learning about wine from Margaux and Haut-Médoc.

Theo has been a fabulous guide! Timely departure for the tour, and he gave interesting facts about Bordeaux and Saint Emilion. The chateau we visited were interesting - 2 different ones, different styles, all great wine. Highly recommend!

Our guide Kaio did a wonderful job. The Afternoon tour to Saint-Émilion and Fronsac was lovely, despite the bad weather. The wines were excellent and the stories enriching.

What an amazing tour - definite value for money! Our guide, Dorian, was funny, knowledgeable and entertaining. He truly loves what he is doing and it shows. We booked the St-Emilion tour including wine tasting. The chateaus we visited were both fantastic and the wines gorgeous. The van was air conditioned and the walking tour of St-Emilion was made by Dorian taking us around and showing us a few hidden spots. Highly recommended tour! Ask for Dorian 😁

Great e-bike tour with Kaio! It was a beautiful day with good wine, great scenery, and comfortable bikes. When it started to rain he even offered to go back and get the van to take us to St Emillion. We ended up waiting a few minutes and it cleared up. Great experience would definitely recommend doing it.

Dorian was fantastic! We really enjoyed the afternoon tour to Margaux with him. The vineyards were great and very informative. The wines were enjoyable too - of course :) Would recommend this tour to anyone looking for an enjoyable afternoon out and an introduction to wine making & wine tasting.

We enjoyed a lovely day from hiking sand dunes to learning all about wines. Our tour guide Theo was very informative and helpful. He even suggested we take lunch in a beautiful city garden. Would definitely tour again with this company.

This was an excellent day out and superb value for money - our tour guide, Susannah, was warm, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and accommodating at all times. We covered so much ground and saw so much whilst having an excellent time. I will definitely take this tour again with friends and family. 5/5

Great tours! My favourite being the bike tour in and around St Emilion. We rode, had a delicious lunch and wine at a fancy chateau, rode some more, saw St Emilion, rode a bit to another chateau, tasted more wine, then back to Bordeaux. Lovely Day from start to finish! We also did the morning foodie your in Bordeaux, which was nice, the highlight being the chocolate shop, also the bakery, that we went back to several times! The Medoc afternoon wine tour was nice, visited 2 chateaus, and tasted their wines. Leary lots on how their wines we made. Don't expect lots of wine however. But still fun.

Did the afternoon St Emillion tour with Carole, tour was seamless, small group, language was no barrier and the vibe was excellent. Guide was super knowledgeable about the wine and place.

Excellent guide Clement to 2 wineries in st. Emilian from 1:45 to 7pm. It includes the 2 hour car round trip. Comfortable air-conditioned Mercedes mini bus. Expensive but that seems to be the price (100eur per person) to see 2 chateau wineries in Bordeaux.

Excellent tour. Theo was very knowledgeable, funny, friendly and professional. The bike tour was a lot of fun and the views were beautiful. We also enjoyed the food, wine and visit to the chateauxs and St Emillion. Theo also went out of his way to help two ladies on our tour who had trouble with their bikes.

Did the wine tasting masterclass with Bordovino. Hugo was passionate about the subject and was amazing. Had a really good time learning more about wine and wine tasting and enjoyed it with a selection of cheese and sausage.

We did the half day Medoc wine tasting your and had a great time. Visiting two chateaux and sampling some fine wines, we even had cheese, meats, and chocolate to pair with the wine at Chateaux Siran.

One of the best wine tours I've been on! Very different to Australian wine tours but this was a great day and well worth it, the guide was fantastic and very organised. Highly recommend this as part of your trip (I did the small group tour, st emilion) off peak season but the weather held out

Matilde was an excellent guide. She was very warm and welcoming to everyone on the tour. She quite thoroughly explained the different wine regions and the different things that factor in to wine making in Bordeaux. The chateaux tours were very well structured. The first chateau was a large corporate run operation that mass produced wine and it was very educational. It culminates in a wine tasting. The second chateau was a much smaller privately run operation. It was also a chateau that had been functioning through centuries. It was incredibly interesting to understand the history of wine making and how it leads to today. This also culminates in a wine tasting and food platter. All up this was excellent. Very well structured and would definitely recommend it.

Quentin, our host/teacher was extremely engaging and knowledgeable. This was my first wine tour and I learned so many subtle and interesting things about wine. My partner did also mention how much more informative this session was as compared to others she had been to in the past. We enjoyed how the atmosphere was light and cheery, yet conducive towards learning and asking questions. Furthermore, the pace of the tour was just right, with sufficient time to apply what was being taught. A joyous learning experience with hearty laughter and great wine. Thank you!

Great wine tasting experience. Definitely worth the money. The numbers of people per class are low which means you can get the most out of the experience. Learned how to distinguish different wine tastes as well as tasting wines from all over France.

We were lucky to have Matilde as our guide on 2 separate tours: Medoc and St. Emillion. Not only was her knowledge of wine and of history incredible, but she was a fantastic driver. She spoke perfect English and thoroughly engaged the group. She connected with each of us and made great restaurant/bar recommendations. The process of meeting for the tour was seamless. The tours provided by staff of the various wineries were well organized. We already knew we loved wine from Medoc and left with a better appreciation of St. Emillion and the right bank. Totally recommend a tour with Bordovino and hope you are also lucky enough to have Matilde as your guide!

Fantastic tour arranged by Bordovino. Meeting was easy and well organised and small group minibus suited us perfectly. Guide was very knowledgeable and was happy to answer questions. Vineyard visits were special because they allowed us into the chateau and these are today used as private residences. Wine tasting was great, with a selection of wines, although mostly red as you would expect, and the added touch of snacks to accompany the last tasting was a bonus. We also needed something to blot up the liquid by this point also 😃 St. Emilion is a historical village, absolutely stunning and well worth taking a look round. Definitely visit the caves as these are amazing, and worth it if its 30° outside!!! Joking aside, the history of the place should be experienced. Tour was well organised, interesting and informative. Well worth the cost, and would definitely use again.

While there may be a few things I could criticize, overall the experience was very positive and worth the money. I took the afternoon bike and wine tour. The bikes were sturdy (see my pic) with a basket to carry things and fat "cruiser" tires--a big help with cobblestone. They provide you with a bottle of water and a helmet if you want one. I believe they even have sunhat available. Bordeaux is a great place to do a bike tour. It's nearly completely flat. And it's spread out enough to make biking more preferable to walking. The tour didn't cover every main site listed in the tour books, but quite a few. We even crossed the river to spend a bit of time at the very funky Darwin place--a kind of resurrected neo-beatnik hangout. Groovy. We stopped half-way through the ride for a refreshing glass of white wine with a canele. At the end of the tour we had a full glass of delicious red wine and plenty of good cheese, sausage, almonds and chocolate. Finally we all got a bottle of that same red wine to take home. Very nice.

Dorian was an amazing guide! He’s was extremely knowledgeable, I even brought my kids and he entertained them plus made sure that they got “kids wine - aka apple juice” and some treats. He made our group tour so enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Kaio was awesome! Very informative tour with great stops. Loved all of the wines and the snacks at the last stop. Loved some of the wines so much that I shipped a case back home!
