The best Italian experience in Bordeaux! The place is beautiful and the staff amazing. The food is delicious with fresh ingredients. The only flaw is when you take pasta you don’t get a lot. At least there is room for their wonderful desserts. Their pizzas are a 10/10.

Wonderful pasta served on kitschy plates! I really loved the truffle one in particular. The interior of the restaurant is also gorgeous - definitely a great place to stop at for a meal!

Perfect restaurant do special occasions. Starting with the interior design Palatino really makes an impression. The restaurant offers great variety of pastas as well as pizzas - vege friendly also. The prices range from around 17€ per pasta and 12/16€ per pizza. We highly recommend trying creme brulé which was the perfect size for 3/4 persons.

Pizzas and food in general is very good. The tableware is gorgeous and positively tacky. The decor is grand and fun, the restaurant is pretty huge on the inside, many cute little spaces and a large and beautiful bar on the upper floor. BUT, the experience is sadly spoilt by the obvious profit oriented mood of the place. The restaurant is very crowed and noisy. Tables are ridiculously small. You will get a table-for-2 sized table for a group of 5. This is indeed perfect to make the most profit but not perfect for the comfort of the customers. Service is timed (there is an average of 3 for diners) so you only have a limited amount of time (approx 2h30) to enjoy your meal and they keep remind it to you which makes it kind of pressured. Don't go if you want to relax and forget your watch. Service can be uptight depending on the waiter. We went there many times and we really enjoyed at first but the place has became something we don't really enjoy spending time at now, not sure we will come back.

Nice location, pizza is pretty good. Service was not so very transparent at the moment of paying the bill. The table next to ours received the machine for card payment without even asking for it. We did not, we were told instead that the only way to pay the bill was through the QR CODE on the table. They did not tell us there was a mandatory fee to pay when using this service. We had to explicitly ask for the POS machine, the guy was sort of surprised for the request. We did not like the attitude.

Food is consistently great and service also consistently ....curt. this is not the place to leisurely have a meal as they need to flip tables and give the table to someone else and they are very direct about it (and tell you beforehand). We liked the truffle pasta, truffle pizza (even better than the pasta) and the cocktails are just out of this world. The en Spritz had the perfect sourness and balance it was very nice and refreshing. Tiramisu is also really good. Servers have little patience as the restaurant is very busy. Nobody else seems to have any problem with the service so I guess the food trumps it all. Reservation recommended.

After more than 10 visits at this place, I can say that it is one of my favourite restaurants in the city! Once you enter, you will be amazed with the big space, the cool decoration and the nice atmosphere! The food taste was so good, the cocktails too .. and especially the waiters are soooo lovely !!

We had 3 different pizzas and pasta, all of which were excellent and we would highly recommend. The polenta, not so much.

I have been to the sister restaurant in London, and the Bordeaux location is just as good! Firstly the interior is very fun with different decor themes for different sections of the restaurant. We ordered the truffle pasta and spicy pizza. Both dishes were delicious and very filling. We were served by lovely waiters who offered all the condiments - Parmesan freshly grated in front of you, chilli oil, bread and constant refills of the water. We did not have to ask, instead were offered - now this is great service! This is a restaurant for large crowds as they have something by for most dietary needs. I would definitely recommend!

Could be my favorite restaurant in Bordeaux! Their menu has great variety, and is sure to satisfy every person in your party. The interior design is funky and fun, the drinks are flavorful and strong, service is some of the best in the city, and the pizza is divine! I could go on...

Lovely Italian restaurant, surprisingly big once inside as goes back a long way and also upstairs. Tasty pizza and pasta and lovely beef carpaccio. Amazing bar - the photo doesn't show all of it!

It’s pretty, trendy and the food is decent. Not a bad option for a lunch with the girls or a date. The food itself was alright. A little bit on the pricier side but I suppose that comes with the kind of interior that they have. The variety of seating inside the restaurant is exciting to choose from and there’s quirky little details that you can discover in every corner. The main thing I didn’t like was the music. Compared to the rest of the place it was boring, noisy and overall a lazy playlist of current radio hits.

It was recommended to me by a friend of mine and it did not disappoint. Service was excellent and so was the food. Don't be fooled bythe front of this restaurant, its massive and the bar upstairs is beautiful

Great place to eat / wonderful Italian food in a delightful environment. Exceptional service - we sat at the bar as the restaurant was full - advise that you book ahead. Not recommended if you are vegetarian or vegan.

Some of the best pasta and tiramisù you'll taste outside of Italy. Seriously and highly recommended. Be sure to make reservations ahead of time though, this place gets packed!

All the food was tasty! The gin and tonics were great and Juliano was the best server we have had in France! Make sure you make a reservation, there was a line of people as soon as they opened waiting to go in. This place is a must!

I had the Truffel pizza which was one of the best pizzas I have ever eaten. Fantastic edges with good texture and the truffel had a lot of flavour but did not take over completely. For dessert I had the Tiramisu which was also fantastic. Creamy with a lot of flavour and the staff scooped it by the table. Not too expensive for this great experience. In addition to this the service was great, the staff very friendly and they spoke very good English. Will definitely come back!

We came to this place thanks to its amazing Google reviews. Was difficult to reserve a table but we finally got one via the website. Without reservation it’s not even worth showing up. As we were the first service when they opened, we were greeted with a little sign along. Once inside we found out that this restaurant belongs to the Bigmamagroup chain of restaurants. This does not make it a bad place, but you can see and feel the chain character. We ordered 4 cocktails and 4 pizza and paid 99€ for all. The Pizze were super fluffy and ok taste wise, but nothing really special. The waiters were nice, friendly and attentive. And it was easy ordering and service was fast. Negative points were the toilets which had a strong smell. And even we did not sit outside, it was not the nicest place to sit either as a bit smelly too and right opposite of the Aldi entrance which gives it a shabby atmosphere. I would prefer going to another “real” Italian pizza place.

What a fantastic place!! Unassuming from the outside but absolutely huge inside! Wide menu choice and food quality was very good. Staff were welcoming and attentive. Will definitely visit again next time I'm in Bordeaux!

The pasta was impeccably cooked to al dente perfection, and the sauces were rich, deep, and nuanced. Pizza also was baked to achieve the ideal balance of crispness and chew. The toppings were fresh, plentiful, and of the highest quality. Highly recommend that place.

I've never been that satisfied after eating at a restaurant. The food was really really good, there were some nice creative items on the menu, the decoration was just spot on, the waiter knew how the dishes where made and the staff spoke italian! These people don't just serve you food, they give you a whole experience.

The most delicous pizza I have ever eaten. I am vegan and they made me a pizza without cheese, and they were much more welcoming to make adjustments than most places I have visited in France! The base/crust/tomato sauce are so incredible that there is no need for cheese here. I ordered these delicous potatoes on the side that I topped my pizza with! Only downside was that the server dropped potatoes on me and didn't say anything, but overall I loved the pizza, as did my non-vegan husband and friend. 🍕🍕🍕

Ate at this restaurant with my girlfriend and it's easily one of the best Italian restaurants in Bordeaux. Friendly staff. One thing that I liked about this restaurant is that you can pay your order by Internet without the need to stand in a line. Their pizzas are great.

The best Italian restaurant in Bordeaux! Amazing atmosphere, very cool and unique decoration. Loved the creative names on the menu. The staff is very friendly and the food was so good, the best pizza crust and texture i've ever had. I highly recommend!!
