They

their
refund
policy,
here
I

to
all.
Whatever
the
reason,
if
you
would
like
to
return
the
product
what
you
bought
and
accord
with
their
return
policy,
you
have
to
return
book
back
first,
then
there
are
2
ways
to
refund:
1)
they
print
you
a
piece
of
paper
--
"Avoir"
,
it
records
the
amount
which
should
return
to
you.
You
could
use
it
for
next
shopping.
2)
you
send
them
your
BANK
RIB
number
and
your
post
address
by
email
(
i
feel
that
is
not
safe
for
personal
bank
information),
they
will
find
a
way
to
return
money
to
your
bank
account
in
10
days.
Anyway,
you
do
not
have
any
possibility
to
have
refund
by
your
original
payment
way,
and
return
process
will
be
long,
please
be
patient.
It
will
be
very
difficult
for
foreigners
who
stay
in
France
in
short
period
and
whose
bank
account
in
oversea.
So
whatever
you
want
to
go
shopping
in
their
shop
or
their
site,
please
be
very
careful.
Their
shop
is
nice,
but
their
after-sales
service
could
be
a
problem.

pour

cadeaux

Noël,
Puis
j'ai
trouvé
3
livres
que
j'avais
déjà
offert
auparavant.
Je
suis
donc
revenu
en
boutique
pour
les
rendre.
Mais
la
dame
de
la
caisse
m'a
dit
qu'elle
ne
pouvait
pas
faire
de
remboursement,
elle
pouvait
seulement
me
donner
un
"avoir
de
bon
achat"
pour
mes
futurs
achats.
Je
ne
peux
pas
comprendre
pourquoi
Mollat
refuse
le
remboursement ?
Ce
type
de
librairie,
je
n'irai
plus
jamais
aller
pour
acheter.
