My wife and I celebrated our 40th birthdays with a group of 7 and used this service for planning a 3 day wine tour with transportation around the region for wine tasting. The communication leading up to the trip with Pauline was professional and responsive and customized a trip that suited our group's needs. When we got to France, our driver, Quentin, was professional and knowledgeable and made the three days on the wine trail very enjoyable. This concierge service exceeded all of our expectations, and we will use it again when we return!

This car service is highly recommended! This company provided stellar service with a sense of urgency from quotation to the final drop off. Matthieu did not hesitate to provide a quote with all the needed stops quickly, even including a welcome sign to guide us upon arrival at the train station. They are generous with both their time and service. The driver was waiting for us upon arrival and at every pick up spot we planned. He was friendly, helpful, and a safe driver. I used these guys for several wine tours around Bordeaux, they were awesome. I had Robin Caillaut as our driver, he was exceptional. Personable, knowledgeable about wine, just a great guy. I highly recommend this company and Tobin for your Bordeaux trip, they are the best!

This service was wonderful to work with. We had a larger group (9 people), and needed both train-station transfers and all-day touring services, and they arranged it all with ease and expertise. The train-station transfers were on-time, reliable and easy; the drivers even got out to help us cross the busy street to the entrance. (If you don’t ride the train regularly, make sure you request some extra time to arrive with your bags and get oriented. Our schedule felt a bit tight, but we’re tourists and move slowly.) The all-day touring services were excellent! Our driver, Manuel, was knowledgeable, and expertly showed us around St. Emilion, which brought the town to life for us. And on another day, when we had some extra time on our way back to our Bordeaux hotel, he helped make sure that we swing by a winery that would be particularly fun for the children to visit – and he was absolutely right!

Our group worked with Pauline at Atlantique Berlines who helped us put together a full day tour of the Saint-Émilion region in Bordeaux. Quentin was our guide for the day and absolutely wonderful.
