Checking in experience was very quick and smooth. The room was smaller than expected but it was adequate and enough. The bathroom/shower didn't have any partition between it - so expect to have the entire bathroom wet after taking a shower (minor complaint but nothing too important). Overall, the room was incredibly clean and comfortable. The staff was beyond amazing, really friendly and resourceful. The breakfast was also better than expected for a hotel restaurant. The location is very safe and convenient, right near a major metro line, walking distance from streets with lots of cafes and restaurants, and next to multiple pharmacies and supermarkets. If I visit Paris again I'd definitely stay here.

A charming and beautiful hotel in a fun and thriving part of Paris. Mauricio our host was extremely welcoming. When we arrived he brought coffee up to our room and refused to accept a tip. The rooms are small as others have noted, but very beautiful and very clean and new. The breakfast is bountiful and has tons of choices. The area by the hotel has a very hip and youthful atmosphere, with tons of fantastic bars and restaurants of all ethnic cuisines within steps of the front door. This is more of a cutting edge neighborhood, not the usual old fashioned left bank. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay here in October. The room was beautiful and as advertised. It was in a great location, close to several metros, restaurants, and bars. But it was also tucked away a bit to get away from the noise when it was time for bed. Though the hotel was nice, the staff is what really made our stay AMAZING! The front desk staff were all accommodating, personable, and extremely helpful. We met 5 different staff, including 1 room service attendant, and they were all truly gems. I would stay again my next time in Paris! 10/10 highly recommend!

Very nice hotel overall and nice location. But our room door did not lock properly. We were on the first floor. Someone accidentally walked into our room at 2 am and we had to test out our door and learned that you have to use the key card to lock the door from the outside, because locking it from the inside didn't do anything (we were able to easily open the door from the outside, despite it being locked from the inside). Very strange. Glad our valuables are safe and WE are safe. The air conditioning worked at the beginning of our one night stay, but then later the same evening it did not work for us. Rooms are small and carpet is a bit dirty, bathrooms are nice and overall an okay hotel to stay at. Very nice staff.

The staff was super friendly and nice but can't recommend staying here for the price you pay. Rooms are tiny, hardly bigger than the bed, difficult to open your bag. Our room was very dirty, carpet covered in stains and looked like it had not been vacuumed. Our sheets were also dirty so we requested fresh sheets. The staff were very helpful and brought some up. Ultimately, it's not worth the price, there are other places to stay.

1 star for the owners of this hotel who are accountable for the following experience. (The staff seemed to try their best.) 1. At 0.30am on May 31 there was a fire alarm and we all had to evacuate. There was no fire. The fire dept did not come. 2. It is now 02.47am. The alarm is off but there is no power and no confirmed explanation for the cause of the alarm. The buildings next door have power. 3. There is one person working, the Night Manager. He seems to be doing his best but he seems overwhelmed and he seems to have zero support. He keeps calling people on the phone and getting no help. 4. For 1.5 hours all guests were out in the street or in the lobby of the hotel. We were patient and polite but got almost no information about what was happening. 5. After 1.5 hrs the Night Manager made an offer to 4 parties in the lobby to relocate them to other hotels. We accepted this offer but after 30 mins he said all hotels in the area were full and we cannot be relocated. 6. There was a family with a crying baby in the lobby. They were extremely patient but I observed them getting zero support. It's surprising to me that the hotel couldn't provide them in particular with better care. There wasn't one hotel room in Paris they could have been relocated to? 7. It is now 2.50am, and power is restored. We can return to our rooms. 8. Real Time Update: 2.55am the alarm is going again. We have to evacuate again. 9. 03.18 alarm is going again. There are finally 2 maintenance guys here, but they're unable to solve the issue. They have called for extra help, which will arrive sometime tomorrow morning. The attached pic is the "end state" of the fire alarm system after their best efforts to solve the problem. The alarm is unplugged. The manager warned us of this fact and said we could stay here at our own risk. I appreciated the honesty about this, but it wasn't a very good resolution. Several parties asked for help relocating to another hotel but were told that this wasn't possible due to hotels in the area being full. Some of us did try to find rooms on our own, no luck (it was 4am). 10. The next morning, the manager offered to comp one night (but not city taxes of about 5 euro) and also offered one future free room night. He explained that he thinks some kids or pranksters hit the evacuation button, which is just inside the front door of the hotel. This is consistent with what one of the guests observed last night. Positives: - great location, much more interesting to us than the main tourist zone. Small shops, lots of locals, younger, more diverse. - Well-meaning staff, and they have been friendly. They speak English well and have been patient with my terrible French. Minor Issues: On day 1, no cleaning of the room despite displaying the "please clean my room" tag on the door between 11am and 15.30pm. We returned to the room at 15.30. Not a big issue. - rooms are quite small but this is normal for this area and Paris in general. Not a big issue.

Very cute hotel! Location is prime with a lot of good restaurant and bars around. Walking distance from many good parts of Paris. Employees were all very kind and with a lot of attention towards us. Rooms are good (albeit a bit warm). Decoration is great. We'll come back!!!

The location is good (we had a lot of time and were going for a walk by feet, it takes around 30 Minutes to go to the center or it takes around 5 minutes to go to the metro station). There’re lots of good restaurants in the nearby to have breakfast or to have a good dinner with snails and frogs :) The room is small, but cozy and there’s everything what is needed: Loccitan products, unlimited water, clean towels, coffee, sweets, etc. (from the first view I thought that carpets are dirty, but this is not so: the team cleans everything every day. There’re some spots, but nothing can be done with it because the floor is bright. The bed is clean, this I can swear 😊) The best part of the Hotel is team! All are so cute, helpful and attentive, that you feel very secure and it’s a pleasure to come back. Many thanks for the staying ❤️ Breakfasts are very delicious as well! And the restaurant is small but was made with taste 👌

Nice boutique hotel. Rooms are small, as always in Paris. Hotel has been renovated recently with good taste. Breakfast is excellent, with fresh bread and pastries, sweet and savoury products (cheese, salmon, etc...), fresh fruits, and good coffee/tea (Kusmi). Staff is very friendly. Only complaint are the mattresses and pillows which are very soft, and not up to the standard of this hotel.

I had a very relaxing stay. I absolutely loved the Parisian styled balcony. It was the perfect back drop for breakfast with a view. The decor of my room was stunning with stylish touches. The room itself was very cozy. The staff was super attentive as well. From the moment we checked in, the staff gave us useful local recommendations.

I like staying there as all amenities worked as described, access to the metro was convenient, and the price was great. I slept well in there and didn't have any problems. I wish rooms were bigger, but I found that to be a feature of many hotels in Paris, in this price range. Unless you are are looking for a spacious rooms and don't care about the price, that's a good option.

Wow! I will never forget this stay! The staff are all so warm, knowledgeable and friendly. Mauricio went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me with a really important personal task that I couldn't have done without him. He did so with a smile on his face and lots of laughs along the way which made a challenging and lengthy situation fun and entertaining. The room was beautiful and I loved my little balcony, it was such a special moment to be able to look out to the Parisian streets from my room. The decor across the whole property is so beautiful, new and modern. Every little detail is considered even down to an aromatic sleep spray which I loved using nightly during the rest of my European adventure. The location is so close to metros and it is really easy to get to anywhere and everywhere you need in Paris. I travelled as a solo female and I felt safe and secure coming and going which is really important to me. 11/10 would recommend this hotel and I will be visiting again for sure! Thank you Mauricio and the rest of the team for giving me 4 days in Paris I will never forget <3 You're the best!

The hotel was pleasant. The location was close to the subway, so easy to explore the city. But the staff really gave us the best experience! Whenever we needed something, they would go out of their way to help and provide. They have been the best! Thankyou David, for making our stay and trip extra special!

Le Milie Rose is a lovely upscale hotel near the Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est. The location made it perfect for our stay in order to limit the amount of distance from the train stations we were arriving and departing from. For our arrival, they prepared a special 40th birthday surprise of balloons, cake, and a note. It was very sweet. Throughout the entire stay, the staff catered to my various requests with a smile on their faces. They were very professional and friendly. The rooms are modern, with luxury finishes, and a very nice washroom. The rooms have a large wardrobe closet with safe and mini fridge. The location is fairly quiet on a side street. My only complaint is that the room was very very small. I expect that in Paris for some hotels, but it was even difficult to walk on the bedside towards the balcony and very cramped to get into the very large wardrobe closet. There's not much one can do about this, but either way it was still lovely. I just wish we had room for both of our suitcases to be open inside the room. We only had 2 carry-ons with one in the closet that didn't leave room for the other and there were no drawers, only hangers. If you can live with that, then you must stay here. It is a beautiful hotel.

We stayed at the Le Mille Rose in September for 4 days. It is a very pleasant hotel very clean & comfortable with very friendly helpful staff. Our only fault not enough wardrobe space.it is a way out but we used the uber & metro which is only a short walk away. The breakfasts were excellent so much choice & nothing is too much trouble I would like thank the staff for posting my kindle back to me as I left behind in my room👌

I had a very pleasant stay at Le Milie Rose. The room was clean and very comfortable with many thoughtful amenities and the staff was so welcoming, friendly and helpful. And no bed bugs :-) Breakfast was delicious, too. I asked for gluten free options in advance and the staff was happy to help me. The hotel is located close to Paris Gare de l'Est, the area is bustling with a multicultural flair and not at all dangerous, even later in the evening. Thank you so much, I would come back any time!

Stayed for one night when we arrived in Paris. Amazing. The staffs are welcoming, friendly, and very accomodating. They will suggest an authentic French experience, not the tourist trap places. The room was clean, bright, and very comfortable. The location is also great!! Love the hotel.

Had an amazing staff! The room details were amazing, including complimentary skin cad products. Convenient location just a few minutes from the metro, very easy to get around Paris from. Definitely a great value for the price!

Small but perfectly formed! We had a lovely stay at Le Milie Rose The rooms are small but have everything you need. There are small touches too like the aromatherapy style shower pods & L’occitaine toiletries Breakfast was delicious and of an excellent quality - especially the bread. Good coffee & juices. A perfect start to our days. Many bars & restaurants moments away and metro stations within walking distance. Highly recommend this hotel

We stayed here multiple nights during our post-PBP visit to Paris in 2023. Very small, but comfortable room with a window facing the courtyard. Not much to see, but that's not why we're in Paris. Very tasty and varied breakfast buffet. Very friendly staff! The location was convenient to anything you might want. Short walks to cafes, marche (grocery market), self-serve laundry. One weekday evening (about 5:30 pm) while trying to buy a couple beers at the market a block away we found the beer/wine coolers locked. A quick Internet search revealed certain streets/neighborhoods in Paris banned store alcohol sales (restaurants/ bars still open) due to public intoxication issues. We never had any issues, and I felt safe, but it's a fact that the local grocery stopped alcohol sales early, so plan ahead :-)

Very good location in center of Paris, walkable distance to the buzzing 2nd and most touristic places. Very nice restaurants, bars, boulangeries just down the street and more importantly SUPER nice staff (all staff, from reception to Rooms staff). would have loved the possibility to order a bigger room being there with a baby but still happy as the cot provided was very nice with a great mattress for our baby. we will be back!

Perfect Parisian paradise in a fun, easy to navigate neighborhood. Rooms are small (as other reviews mentioned) but have nice amenities (Nespresso, Still/ Sparkling Water, Lavender Bed Spray). The check-in and check-out processes are a bit more involved then you may find in the States but nothing that should be considered a deal-breaker. My personal recommendation would be to not spring for breakfast at the hotel- there are so many amazing options that are a stones throw away! (And there is a coffee machine that is free and available 24/7.)

I cannot recommend the hotel highly enough. Friendly and very helpful staff, excellent location, only a few minutes walk from metro stop and walking distance to Montmartre. The room was very clean and comfy. The highlight of our stay was a delicious breakfast served on the balcony! We would love to come back one day! :)

hotel looked nice and staff appeared friendly. however, €50 was taken from my boyfriends personal bag on two consecutive days while we were out. it was in a small pocket originally when we found it in a bigger part of the bag unzipped and €50 missing. the next day it was in the same part of the bag and €50 gone again. same thing happened in my brothers room next door where someone went through his girlfriends suitcase and took a jumper from it. it really ruined the holiday as we didn’t feel safe in our own space leaving our stuff alone. while the hotel had the potential to be an amazing stay i will not be returning under any circumstances. and if you do stuff everything in the safe.
