You need to stand in the line for long long time to enter the store. Staff is slow and not serious. They made a mistake that kept the security device on one of my purchased items. So the building security device beeped and made a scene, had to go back to the store so they can remove their forgotten little device. They said sorry but still unprofessional. They even did not say sorry seriously, even i had to go back from very far distance as the mall is multiple buildings connected to each other. The security guy thinks himself a president, as he does not really communicate for any needed thing when you are in the waiting line. And of course does not speak any English. Also, the employee told me when i asked for another size of the shoes, he said: “do you need another shoes to try a specific size because i will not go again to the other branch in the building” i was just 3 minutes in the store and that was my very first trying request.

As we were waiting on line, we were greeted by an employee who said that the line upstairs was shorter. So we followed him and found out that the line was longer. We were looking for something specific so we waited in line. The line consisted of about 6 people, and it took 2 hours to be finally let in. The employee who helped us was not friendly or welcoming at all. We showed him what we were looking for on their website and they took another 30 minutes to finally accomodate us. We eventually got what we wanted but the total wait of 3 hours is absolutely absurd. We will not be visiting amytime soon!

I would never buy anything here. I was the only customer being interrogated in front of other customers by several staff. I wonder if it was because of my Asian nationality. They seemed to suspect that I was the reseller. Why do I need to pay for a bag to get mistreated? I only wanted to get a bag as a memory of staying in Paris!

The service is just ok. They say they will offer us drink but never got it. Bought the perfume with engraved initials on it. The results is amazing tho.

Tarek H was awesome! My daughter and I visited the Louis Vuitton in Paris Galeries Lafayette and purchased multiple items. It was our first time in Paris at Christmas and he made us feel comfortable and welcomed and took all the time we needed to make a decision on what we wanted to purchase. He was patient, friendly and professional at the same time. A great sense of humor. He took us to an area so we could see the best view of the Christmas tree. We will definitely visit again from America. Thanks for making our visit that much better!

Worst experience because of two things. 1. Even if you know ahead of time what you want and let them know, they don't let you skip the line 2. They told me they could bring the wallet from a nearby store while we were waiting in line, but not from the store that is in the Men's section of Galerie Lafayettes Absolute worst experience, so much for a so-called "Luxury experience". I had better service at McDonalds

It was our last day in Paris and I had been eyeing 2 perfumes to purchase on the end of our trip. I had a wonderful experience in Italy so I thought this would be the same. I was second in line and waited an hour, someone came to greet me and I told him I just wanted these 2 items. He confirmed they had them in the store and I continued to wait. After 30 minutes of seeing employees stand around doing nothing, I decided to get out of line and ask what the hold up was. Maybe because of how I was dressed, but I was told I had to wait until it was my turn. So I left and went to the other store near by and same situation. I feel I was judged for how I looked when people who were dressed up were allowed to walk right in. Paris Louis Vuitton has scarred me and I can't recommend visiting it unless you feel you have a shot. The Italy store was much more welcoming.

Even tho I bought a bag from there last week, from the upstairs location, a Chinese lady salesperson was super rude, she was showing a bag to other customers and I liked one while waiting for mine, I went to see that one . She snatched the bag out of my hands and asked me to wait for mine. I dint say a word Becz I was so disturbed. And we were not served with any drinks or even asked until we purchased the bag. The customer service was 0! Would never go back there!!!

I had a wonderful experience at the LV store in the Galaries Lafayette. Mayumi H. and Axel M. we’re attentive and helpful. My husband and I arrived around 11am and were escorted to the second floor bc they were less customers and the. immediately sat down to await a salesperson. Mayumi showed up shortly after and helped me find myself a bag and my husband a travel bag. Since he wanted his initials we left and came back around 4 to pick both up. We did have to wait an additional 30-45 minutes bc they got busy but we were seated at a station like earlier andAxel arrived to assist us and kept us informed of the status. (Fyi it’s extremely crowded around 4. The vibe was completely chaotic bc there were so many people in the store.) Right when Axel brought out our final bags I sat there long enough to decide I wanted the other bag Mayumi showed us earlier that day as well. Axel was patient as I described it and he went hunting for it. He found it, we purchased it, and he wrapped it up with care. All in all it was a wonderful experience. Oh …and I believe it was the manager who was extremely helpful in figuring out the best street to catch and Uber bc we weren’t going to hop back on the metro with those bags. During our visits we were served champagne and the sodas we requested.

Nice store , The wait was a bit long but … We had an amazing experience with Ivancka our salesperson, she was very patient with us and got back with what we needed . She was trying to find alternatives when we had problems . I recommend to book appointments to avoid the queue !

This is the worst store i ever been. The sales person by the name of maxim a guy having an attitude problem. When i am about to purchase 1 of the bag, this guy search for my chinese name, there are many accounts under the chinese name and started to accuse me of using it to set different account with different address. Ridiculous. I tried to explain that same name is very common in singapore. Accused me of trying to bluff him, saying the address of the person with the same name which isnt me at all. Mentioned that i can change address. service sucks. Didnt even check properly or giving advise how to verify it and started to accuse me just becos he thinks that he understands singapore well. I wont come back to ths location, there are plenty lv in paris. Please do not go here and let them earn commission. Plenty nice sales personal elsewhere in lv.

There is not have zero star, I have to give one star.I have shopping in LV shop in the whole world all the time. But this shop was the most worse stuff service. The salesperson attitude is like the customer has no money to pay for the purchase. The overall feeling is very bad, I will definitely not come again next time.
