The room had all we needed to comfortably sleep two adults and our two-year old son for one night following a long day on the road. The automated check-in system was very quick and convenient, even without a reservation - just what we needed for a super late arrival and early departure the next morning.

It was a simple room that was sufficient. The bathroom was a not in great shape, black mold on the shower seams, and the soap dispenser seemed to be broken before we arrived. It was fine for a simple, quick stay but a clean bathroom would have made a big difference for us to stay again in future.

Very basic and felt like a tin can. The rooms are in a unit block and when you arrive you pay via a machine where you get your door card. It says secured parking but there is no one on watch and anyone can come and go as they please even people not booked into the rooms. The rooms were full of beatles crawling everywhere. The tiny bathroom/shower was like being in a caravan rather than in a hotel. The shower head was broke so it was difficult to shower. The pillows were flat and useless. Although the bed was surprisingly comfy. The rooms don't have a kettle but have a TV. The rooms have air con but the doors don't lock very well. We had a top floor room which was difficult as I find steps difficult to walk up. There is a macdonalds 10 minute drive away and it's set in with other shops. Macdonalds isn't a 24hour so doesn't open in the mornings till 8am so breakfast is difficult to find if you are setting off earlier. OK for a bed for the night but other than that wouldnt recommend.

Fantastic for the money. Nice modern rooms, obviously recently refurbished. Small but just the job for an over night stay. I'm wheelchair user and the accessible room is huge with a great wet room/show area. Fully recommended.

Cigarette burns on bed linen quarter size pillows aircon doesn't work properly broken shower mould in the shower,window blind wouldn't open. stayed at this one two different occasions, wouldn't do it again

Clean, great value. Very convenient for the motorway. Staff always very friendly. A number of restaurants nextdoor. Huge supermarket and petrol station 100m away. Perfect stopover spot.

Dirty sheets and old-fashioned blanket rather than a duvet! Rusty goo around shower control. Dirty stained toilet. Shower rail broken.

Welcome to the worst hotel in the world

Is for sure the worst hotel I have ever been. The reservation was done by an NGO and when we arrive at night with a bus full of refugees we where disgusted. No elevator. Poor room indicators outside the building . Horrible smell in the rooms. Some of the guest show cockroaches in the room. Tiny shower and bathroom. Many of the refugees did not have breakfast. Pest control truck outside the building. Wall seems to be paper thin

Nothing worked! Couldnt use automated service to book at door as out of order. In foyer both vending machines out of order. Not a good impression. Just drove on.

Excellent service from the employee even at 4 AM, the ELECTRONICA box did not work and he answered well, my thanks Gonçalves
