Comfortable bed, clean room, great shower, close to restaurants and shops. Staff very helpful. Breakfast wasn't bad but for the price I'd recommend going to a cafe instead.

Booked at last minute as hotel we booked was shocking and couldn't bare to stay there (Resada). Very comfortable clean room in a great location. Would definitely recommend.

"Unprofessional Service and AC Issues at Saint Cyr Hotel Etoile" My recent stay at Saint Cyr Hotel Etoile in Paris was marred by a malfunctioning AC system in my room. Despite my repeated requests for a room change, the staff's rude and unprofessional responses left me uncomfortable. They only refunded 50% of my stay when I requested a full refund. While the hotel has a good location, I cannot recommend it due to the unprofessional customer service and AC issues.

I highly recommend this hotel. Rooms are very clean, the bathroom is so clean and spacious. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful.

Comfortable for 2 adults & 2 young kids.Although room was a bit tight, bathroom space was quite generous with a tub. Computer & printer available for guests to use. Friendly & helpful reception.

Very good hotel in good location, 3 minutes walk to Hyatt regency etoile & 10 minutes walk to the Arc! The staff are more than helpful & welcoming you with big smile. I had lovely staying & if I will come back again, will be my choice.

Pros: - A reasonable hotel for short stay. - Bed was comfortable enough for sound sleep. - Staff was friendly and helpful Cons: - Room wasn't so clean. There was a strange smell in the room all the time which didn't go away even after keeping windows open whole day. - Breakfast had very few vegetarian options.

It's a good hotel, I loved spending my vocation.
