Japanese style They have a variety of asian products I really like this store they have a lot of decoration tricks

Can someone tell me in what underground bunker are they located? Not mentioning the fact that the whole mall navigation system is horrible, but this muji store located in some standalone underground section the entrance of which I couldn’t find anywhere. Guys, put some simple signs! What a mess!

The security guard is just rude, he followed me to the changing room and asked to see how many pieces did I bring with me(2pieces). After I checked out, he wouldn’t let me out till he checked with the cashier because I did not ask for the ticket. It was a horrible experience!

Muji high moisture toner is THE BEST. The store itself is very neat, full of great stuff, inviting you to buy everything you see.

Very bad shopping experience. The store and clothes are nice but the staff member is extremely rude. I had to insist multiple times in order to wait to use the big change booth with mirror because I have multiple items to try. I repeatedly said I don't mind waiting and just simply prefer the booth. She then displayed unpleasant attitude and even mock my request with the security guy. I will skip this store and order online now that I know my size and I recommend you to do the same.

Nice atmosphere, largest Muji in Paris (as far as I can tell). Also sells larger furniture, whereas other Muji stores in the area do not seem to have that. For some reason the store smelled a bit… sweaty.

Lot of Japanese and Asian products. Check out those cute and tiny BOX t-shirts and cuckoo clock. Also pick up small ready to eat meal to take it back home in the micro for lazy Monday evenings;)

Cool vibes, they even have their own soundtrack. You can find a little bit of everything for the house and some clothes at a decent price. Some prices are not very clearly indicated

A stuff wouldn’t let me use the fitting room because obviously it’s for “men” even though what I was holding were men’s clothes, and I don’t see myself as a woman.

The shop is nice, but the staffs are not so nice. Only one staff helped me when I asked some questions.

It's a Chinese store. You will get everything here. Clothing's, household stuffs, stationary everything. Usually it's very clean and sometime it's a bit busy and hard to get some stuffs for inquiry. Very clean of a place. If you want some authentic thing from China you can get from this place. Eventually those are very environment friendly.

Was told I couldn’t bring a drink in, which was utterly stupid. As a result, the store lost a sale. Very strange policy considering it’s in the middle of a busy station and it’s the summer

A standard Muji shop like in other countries. Not so many choices for already-made food. A little bit pricey. I guess because they imported those items from Japan.

the only problem with paris' mujis and especially the one in chatêlet is that their cashiers are extremely slow and you usually have to wait at a very long queue. i wish they had more skilled cashiers.

My favorite shop in Les Halles. They have a little bit of everything. This was the first place I usually looked for something. The store was clean, the staff were friendly, and the prices were reasonable.

My husband bought two tee shirts. They are super soft. Very happy

I love the products But staffs are rude. A cashier added the paper bag price even he didn’t ask me if I want a paper bag or not. I am not complaining about the price but the attitude. One of the rudest customer service I have experienced.

Unfortunately a lot of the prices have been increased (can see crossed out price on existing sticker) some are double what they should be. Definitely more than double the price as the UK as of May 2023 even with conversion.
