Great breakfast and rooms BUT I will nevet stay in this hotel again. I booked the rooms for bachelorette party specifically for the spa. We got very disappointed when we couldn’t get into the spa because it was fully occupied. We specifically asked upon arrival if we can get into spa the next day which was not a problem at that time. We didn’t get informed that it is possible to reserve the time slot. In the end the hotel offered us only trip to the airport as a compensation. The bachelorette party mood was totally ruined. Is it really 5 star hotel experience we got?

I visited the Kempinski Hotel for massage and spa treatment. I received a very relaxing massage from Marina. The whole experience from the time I stepped into the hotel till the time I left was truly unforgettable. I was very well taken care of. Highly recommend.

The Grand Hotel Kempinski in Vilinius was a fantastic experience. The staff were top-notch! The rooms were nice, but some had awkward shapes and ceilings.

My colleagues and I recently spent two nights at this lovely, classic, traditional hotel. The service was impeccable, and the beautifully arranged buffet breakfast featured several different types of caviar with all the accoutrements that sophisticated travelers expect. When we unexpectedly had to check out before the buffet breakfast, reception arranged for delicious take-away bags for us. I will definitely return!

Stayed here for a weekend with my wife and we loved it. We were in one of the newly renovated rooms. The bathtub is lush, the rooms are spacious. The spa is great and the staff are friendly and forthcoming. We can highly recommend this hotel.

This is still the first hotel that speaks to my heart. Every time I visit, I get exceptional service and attendance. Not to mention the mindblowing menu at Telegrafas restaurant and Dukes gastro bar. Make sure to look at how your cocktail is prepared cause it is a show of its own! The rooms are always sparkling clean and have spectacular views. The spa is small but nice, providing a great getaway from the city rush. I recommend you to get a massage as well once there. I am always happy to go back and already miss all the wonderful people that work there! PS! Should you not stay there, make sure you visit Kempinski Vilnius for breakfast. They have by far the best morning buffee and menu!

THE hotel in Vilnius You immediately feel comfortable when you arrive. This starts with the excellent hotel transfer from/to the airport. The staff is friendly and courteous, but by no means intrusive. The rooms are very well maintained. House keeping and room service work perfectly. The breakfast is rich in options and there is an additional breakfast menu. The atmosphere at breakfast in the newly designed restaurant was simply magical

if you are visiting Vilnuis, this is the hotel to stay at, I was there last week and the location is very good and the service is great. the food is amazing the and staff is very friendly. I had breakfast daily and the staff was amazing and very friendly , specially one staff member her name is MOE and she is very nice and helpful and answers any questions that I had and would recommend things to me since I was my first visit to the town. overall I would recommend this hotel .

One of the best of Vilnius accomodation choices. The breakfast team that was in charge in the beginning of September 2023 - thank you and bravo. Overall, the hotel provides the highest quality service (with some room to improve as it struggles to keep up the highest standard all the time as some employees fail to deliver sometimes - perhaps as a trend nowadays).

Rooms are ok, location is great, breakfast is good especially waffles! The internet is extremely bad! Slow and interrupted all the time. Was not able to do anything requiring internet in my room, had to go to the lobby in the middle of the night to do stuff. The last day, there was a wedding with extremely high volume band also creating strong vibrations and couldn’t sleep, frustrated... Also, we asked for a breakfast box for the next day since our flight was very early and specifically told them we don’t eat meat including fish and asked them to prepare vegetarian food, but when we got at the airport open the box, it was a salmon sandwich that we had to throw it .

As a loyal Kempinski 30+ nights a Year traveler I would say this is a typical palace city Kempinski hotel feel. Rooms are a bit dated, but not bad, only thing is that quality of sleep is not great, old matrases. Young team provides a decent service level, nice spa downstairs with jaccuzi, sauna, steam. Breakfast not as opulent as what you might be used to from more of leisure Kempinski hotels, but for example made to order eggs were of a great quality. Fantastic location, you can walk everywhere.

I would like to thank the staff of Kempinski Vilnius for making our stay there as amazing as it was! The reception staff was so warm and welcoming, I was happy to chat to the Ladies in Red as you could tell they are happy to be there. The newly reopened restaurant with its interior design choices and a remarkable menu were outstanding (we haven’t enjoyed our dinner that much in a long time), and so was the staff there - very professional. I really recommend having drinks at their bar - they are next level!!! Overall, the hotel is amazing and the staff makes us want to come back.

Staying a night in this hotel was one of the best experiences we've ever had. The room was beyond our expectations and with a great view to the Cathedral. We enjoyed the spa area where we could relax in the jacuzzi and the steam room. The breakfast was full of healthy and quality options to chose from. Best location, exquisite food, top notch service. Our only concern was the air conditioning in some of the rooms (but this issue got resolved fast by giving us another, better, room).

Such a lovely place to spend the night! Is located in the heart of the city and has a beautiful decoration. The staff is really friendly and polite. They were really helpful, showing me all the best places to visit. The breakfast is also a plus. In the weekends is served until 2 p.m., so I could sleep a little longer. For sure I will come back. The hotel itself is such a wonderful place to relax in — and the spa section — WON-DER-FUL. It's been such a while I found places that really focus on your well-being and made sure you're feeling great. The ladies behind the spa section are gorgeous, pleasant, lovely and when I ask them questions — They're always so delighted to answer to answer every question! (Trust me, I asked them so many things both related to the facial procedure I was given and off topics and they were happy to engage with me in a conversation.) And after the procedure they made sure to see If I'm doing great, feeling great and If there's anything else I need — Goodness, I heavily recommend to visit the place and have a fantastic experience! Horrible experience! Really terrible. The staff is cold and indifferent and couldn't care less about your wellbeing while you stay at the hotel. We stayed for 5 days and for two nights, the air conditioner was NOT working and our room was unbearably hot. We couldn't sleep for two nights. We were two adults and we were sweating all night along with our two little kids ages 3 and 5. We kept calling the reception throughout the night and we kept complaining and they told us they were fully aware that the air conditioning was not working. They could see in their system that the temperature was 27 degrees C ( 80.6 degrees F) yet they said they couldn't do anything about it. The most they offered was "Open the windows" which we did and it did nothing. Plus the noise in the streets below was unbearable. This is supposed to be a 5-STAR Hotel? What? They didn't offer a fan. They didn't send a technician to fix it. They didn't offer to switch us to a different room. The next night we went through the same ordeal. The air conditioner was not working and nobody did anything to fix it. They acknowledged it and said maybe tomorrow they will fix it. But that was our last night! What was MOST disappointing was that when we checked out and told them all that happened; that we had a hellish night with our two little kids sweating and unable to sleep; all they did was take off 15 dollars from each night. So from $275, we got a discount to $260. They even called the manager and he said that was what he wanted to do. Can you believe this? Many other hotels in the world would have given us a much larger discount or would have even offered the night for free and would be terribly embarrassed for what happened. Not the Kempinski in Vilnius. They are horrible. The staff and the manager are horrible. The PACAI or the Radisson look much better!

Afternoon tea is highly recommended. Wonderful service, all ingredients are made in-house by the excellent chefs, and all was delicious and well done. Will return regularly.

It was so disappointed!!lack of communication, we were asking for recommendation .x.e, restaurants, pubs , hair dressers . Staff didn’t have a clue. !!(that was beside them) Also staff badly have been trained. . As they didn’t know how to make a cocktails not worth to pay what we were getting to us! I wouldn’t recomend Vilnius Kepinsky to anyone . As a bit shame . Sadly Badly need management train!!!

Wonderful hotel with excellent service! The best breakfast I have ever had with a fantastic view and service. The spa area is very cozy and quiet. I was also very excited about the vitamin D lamp and the indoor pool. Everything was exceptional, I highly recommend it!
