The car cost me 400€ to fix right after i bought it. Less than 2 months passed from when i bought the car, and issue appeared. 15 days later we informed Longo. They said oh several days passed From warranty, so we don't help. But reality is, the car had the issue, just Winter came and the issue show itself. So that 2onth warranty is a joke for some issues. Anyway, i even agreed to pay half of the price myself to fix it, but they did not want to corporate. So i paid all and Longo nothing...

Got a car from Longo LT in Vilnius six days ago, so far so good. Customer service is great (spoke to Ernestas A.) They gave one month of car insurance which started just before I was about to drive off. Also sold a set of new tyres without VAT and replaced (and balanced) them for free. Happy 😊!

We came to the place looking for a car, we found the one we liked - the consultant was very fast and helpful, had the test drive straight away. Went off the lot with the car in 15 minutes. Definitely recommend!
