Unfortunately, very disappointed, customer service near to zero. Same person at the beginning sell tickets, then same person provides inventory rent, but inventory rent starts too late when everybody expects start ice skating

Ice arena. Well suitable for families. The ice is open 45 minutes, then 15 minutes ice is repaired. Rent for shoes is included in the entry price. Small cafe over drinks and food. Enough parking space.

Very cold, good place if you want to sick. Outside is warmer then inside. Unreal cold place.

Ugh. It's freezing. In almost every part of this facility. It's like there's no warm section inside of the building to retreat to. Also I know this is a comparison and nothing objective, but I've been to the skating rink in Akropolis and the rental ice skates in Akropolis are a lot better than those here.

In the morning they often decline to clean the ice on a small rink, locker rooms could be better.

I was very disappointed with the artist selection process of this concert hall. It seems that they have no standards whatsoever and are willing to host any artist, regardless of their social values and beliefs. The fact that Pramogu Arena is allowing artists who support war, to perform on their stage is not only irresponsible but also unacceptable. By promoting such artists, Pramogu Arena is sending the wrong message to its audience and contributing to the normalization of these negative behaviors

Quite cold inside. Ticket to skate is twice more expensive then in Akropolis. On the entrance there are big guys like in 90th :)

The worst experience I've ever had :( I cannot believe that the only ice skating arena for sportsmen can have such a bad service! Especially bad is ice quality - the ice is too frozen for ice skating, and the temperature on the ice ring is not different from when you come to do ice skating on the frozen lake. Ice quality is really bad, they do not make new coverage before mass skating. So on Sunday, it was at least 3 times in a row when people skated on the same ice and did not have any new coverage. The temperature for dressing up and preparing to skate is low, the same as you will do it just outside. The cafe does not work on weekends but it is written that should work. Never seen it work on weekends for 2 years, so you cannot be warm: cold inside, cold outside, no warm tea or coffee. I really would like for the administration to pay attention to my words to make changes, because for 2 years I have been coming to that ice ring and the conditions become worse and worse.
