I managed to order only the third time, there were four postponements of the order, the total delay was over three weeks. They call that the order has been fulfilled, and upon arrival it turns out that only part of the order has been fulfilled. I had to go four times before I finally got everything I ordered. I understand that it doesn't cost them my fuel and time, but it made my order 50% more expensive. And there is no mention of any kind of compensation for the fact that their mess costs me additional money and time. I will not order again and I do not advise others. And managers should think about whether they really cope with their tasks and whether they are able to manage their team.

Quite a lot of countertops, for example, I received all the necessary information, they willingly helped me fill out the order documents, and I will be able to write about the quality of the work when I pick up the order. 5 stars so far :-) I picked up the ordered goods. Although we live in almost 2024, Ulm's approach to the customer is from the 1990s. Not only do they refuse to replace low-quality and defective products, but they even manage to threaten lawyers. I think this says a lot, because instead of solving the problem amicably, they let their lawyers attack the clients. Shame on Ulm and anyone who works with them. Recommendation: Go around in a circle

They sell low-quality products, at first they say that they will replace them with a low-quality product, then they change their minds, they don't even try to find the letters when they arrive, and when they call and say that the table top is very low-quality, they say that maybe you are producing too much

Unreliable, selling low-quality countertops and with a forest attitude towards the customer!

Don't be tempted to buy anything from this company, because not only do they sell low-quality products, but they don't even offer to solve the problem.
