TRAGEDY...damaged my ring...the ring in the box looked exactly like the picture on the right from the start...a stone fell out that was openly set between the legs, these "Goldsmiths" managed to solder it into the gold, damage the stone itself and fold and to damage the gold itself... SHAME on being called jewelers.....I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE... p.s. the result in the left photo after the ring was retrieved...

I took the gold chain to reduce. Folded the whole thing, now it can easily break and it has smeared more. And the jewelry was brought brand new. They said that I had already brought it folded, although this is not true, because when they measured it after laying it down, it was completely straight. And you can't clean it yet, because the gold color will come off. So why smear it like this. Does it seem normal to wear tarnished jewelry? Very poor, sloppy work and even damaged jewelry. I don't recommend going there.

He told me that Friday was not over yet and that I would come at the end of work at 6 pm. 6 p.m. I had to be in another city, and I had to fly out the next day. 4 p.m. there were no earrings. At 5:30 p.m., he informed me that I would have to pay for 4 grams of gold, because that's how it came out. He did not reconcile this with me for 3 weeks. The earrings were made on the last day. Then it became clear to him that he needed more gold. I refused on principle. I flew home to France without piercings. I left it redone. I was struck by the indifference of the person, even though the date of manufacture was requested on the receipt with the note "Necessary".
