The seller working at Mindaugas maxima is not good to say the least! They didn't wrap the expensive cup in paper (although we even ask). We asked to show it. The Japanese cup shows it to others... We didn't need sweets at all, but we had to say "no thank you" three times. Ps. Vat, for example, in Nordika or Trakų g. very nice staff!

On 01/09/2024, the cashier Mindaugos Maximos Skonis ir Kvapas, who worked in the Skonis ir Kvapas store, was rude, from the moment she entered, she communicated badly, when asked a simple question about tea, she answered in a humiliating and mocking tone, she did not answer the question. I was very disappointed with this kind of customer service, because I was interested in the products, but the disgusting behavior of the cashier put me off shopping. The question is, how many customers have you lost without me because of such a poor choice of employees :)

On March 17, when I was in "Mindauginė", I stumbled upon the store "skonis ir kvapas". I was happy when the saleswoman greeted me with a big smile, so I felt like a welcome guest. While shopping and looking at the wide assortment, the tastefully packed mini-gifts that decorated the interior caught our eye. And not only. They can be purchased. It is not a shame to bring them to guests. So, I was kindly offered a consulting service, because I obviously didn't know what to do, I wanted everything 😀. I received advice and answers to all the questions I had. After choosing specific goods, she gladly packed them in packages that would surprise every buyer. I left the store in high spirits. I will definitely go back there and recommend others to visit!

January 5, 2024 The saleswoman Irena, who worked at "Skonis ir kvapas" in Maxima, Mindaugas, humiliated and mocked the customer. After politely greeting and asking to explain what is the difference between the disposable cigarettes in the different colored packages, he answered "count", after looking at the different packages and not finding any clear distinctions, he answered "it's different by name", later on asking for at least a little detail - Irena instructed to exchange the different names again (e.g. Palma, Moana etc.)... When asked what the hon. Irene's name or her supervisor's contact to leave feedback on service and communication. Irena answered to open the "taste and smell" website, I did that and asked what to do next, then she called her boss Egidijus (name mentioned during the interview), who listened to her and did not intend to talk to me, after finishing the conversation with her boss, Irena already said her name and threatened to call security... In summary, it's been a long time since I've experienced such trouble, I hope customers can avoid it in the future. The mood is probably ruined for the whole day.
