One of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Each single time it took 20+ minutes to get my order. They prioritise Wolt orders, and when you finally get your order, the hamburgers are cold and falling apart. The place is full of teenagers and homeless people. The staff are also teenagers. You guys need to really restructure and retrain your staff. It’s totally unacceptable.

A very new, splendid branch on the beautiful and magnificent street of this glorious European city. All the food, all the drinks, all the sweets here are always of the highest class. It's always nice and it's always great at McDonald's, because there are always cheerful young people here.

Terrible attitude to a customer. The guy who came to serve us to the outside window was rude telling me: "Woman, we don't serve customers with free coupons, we have too many customers who pay". Even though we just asked for a coffee and ice cream, you don't even need to make them. Not even mentioning that it was also Mother's day and it was ruined.

I do love the Mctasty Standard McDonald's Very busy. Some days you get the coffee with the food some days you pick it up from McCafe. Bit confusing

Very modern and state of the art McDonald‘s. Food was fresh and hot, the interior was modern and clean. Although it was very full the wait time was short. 👍

I was ordering food and the cashier started asking me personal questions. I felt uncomfortable he should just do his work. I ordered a mcwarp meal and when it arrived the drink was without a lid and without a straw . And the wrap, it just fell apart everything just fell from the wrap the food it wasn't wrapped well it wasn't even wrapped i feel bad thats the worst service ever in my life.

Used to be pretty ok. Now drug users wander in to sit and warm themselves. I am talking about bleeding bandages, bags full of plastic bottles straight from the bin, smelly alcoholics in rags and so on. Not an experience if you are coming with kids. There is no security altough it is direly needed.

Closed 11:30pm NOT the 3am advertised. This was after the Rammstein concert in Vingis Park. Lots of people very hungry but everyone was turned away. A very kind local Lithuanian girl down the road then told us its open 24hrs but you had to place orders through a window. So we went back to try. Staff were still inside. They STILL refused to serve anybody. Disgusting “service” and a complete loss of revenue for McDonalds on a night with thousands of hungry music tourists who wanted food after the concert.

It is open. Very late hours. Post-Covid late opening hours are very rare. If late flight brings you to Vilnius center, there are not many places. McDonald's, although not the finest cuisine, offer a meal to save the evening.

Dry burgers, not tasty at all. Quality used to be better time ago. Also price increased substantially, for that price you can go to a restaurant and eat a REAL burger. The vibe in the place is sad overall, never again

Scammed, not even drunk. Cashier said "don't check the bag, all is there". Did not get any sauce, a mc double & no cheese balls. Choose Hesburger, at least they do their best

Screens for making orders, but only a few of them. Nice seating places, but a bit crowded. The food is great as usual.

Atmosphere was terrible cause of crowd and everything filled up in a tiny area. That's why we struggled while passing the people. However, the other services did not bad. We ate an ice cream and paid 1.5€

Fast service very clean. Can order in multiple languages from the self service machine. Plenty if seats and a mcafe inside.

Food is really poor and not worth buying it. There are better options near here. Also, the apple pie was a disgrace... It's neither a pie, nor a bun

It's a crowded place. You wait too long for a burger. I waited at least 15 minutes. And I ordered coffee for myself. Ok I am a foreigner here and the system is different. The girl told me your coffee is in my Cafe. I didn't understand because her English not so we'll also. And she told me with angry voice and gesture. "My Cafe." I went to take my coffee it was cold. Why to prepare it in advance. I was waiting another side for the burgers. I Will never come here again.

Stepped into McD's, right in Gedemino's vibe, Golden arches shining, man, felt alive. Got a wrap for breakfast, taste was prime, Service on point, didn't waste no time. Five stars, no debate, In the heart of Gedemino, they dominate.

the fries were very salty, almost impossible to taste the potatoes and burger came with onions, which should have had none. But still a great place to get fast good

No vegetarian options. Toiletts not nice, very dirty, no toilet paper and no soap, only hand disinfect. Very friendly girl in the mc cafe, offered to remake my mc toast, because i picked it up so late cause the main food took so long. Very nice of her.

Ordered take away, bigmac and fries were not put in order. Came home, discovered the fact - manager asked me to come back to pick up remaining items, ignoring the fact that I have to waste 15min to get back to the place and spend gas. Wrote email to Lithuanian company owning branch - no reply. Cannot refund missing order to my card as well. Basically McDonald's stole about 7eur from me - lost a client forever. And please evaluate your managers at this branch.

It's a McDonald's...it has MacDonald's food and decent service.

The busiest MacDonald's in Lithuania. Thats why the quality is lower, but working hours are amazing.

Nice to sit outside and have your breakfast while watching world go by. If you order a cake, it will come from different part of the eatery.

Food is a macdonald. The service and the way to order is nicely done. And if you're drunk or wanna eat something in the middle of the night, you can come here

Standard Mcdonalds experience in the heart of the city. The place is open all day and is very spacious. During city events the place can get unbelievably busy. Food is fine!

Your standard McDonald's experience. Decent enough food, was quite busy. Not being able to speak Lithuanian I opted to use the LCD screen to order which was fine, however when I came to collecting, the screen was not working to say when the order was ready..I had to Google the Lithuanian for my order number to recognise when the lady was it calling out! Managed okay but things could cause some difficulty for not native speakers

So me and my 4 friend made a shared ordered and the cashier told us not check the bag and we were ripped of for 5 euros. They forgot to put in the double cheese burger, garlic dip and cheese nuggets. Cashier number 0011 time 22:06... i suggest using hesburger atleast their services is better.

Seems like the prices didn't change but the best quality of the food did. Ordered McChicken - it was "medium rare" in some places, couldn't bite and eat it. Won't order chicken here ever again. Also patties of the big Mac were also smaller than they were before.

There is no electronic scoreboard with numbers of completed orders. The order number is announced by voice. Accordingly, you must know how your order number sounds in Lithuanian.

It's fine. Typical McDonald. Some meals different than ones in Poland which is nice. We needed to get food fast as we didn't had much time and we managed to eat in time. Issues? Fries too salty and we got two napkins for order for three people. The rest is good. And at the time men's restroom was broken so we needed to use ladies one.

Having a McDonald's in Vilnius was different. The burgers were well prepared and we're tasty. Wish UK MCD could matchup that area.

Waiting time is too long. And workers doesn't take into account the order itself — I ordered only one sauce and had to wait as much as orders with 5+ positions, 10 or more minutes

21st century and they have zero vegan or even vegetarian options (apart a few veggie desserts)?..no meatless burgers or plant based milk. Do NOT recommend.

If you cannot serve fries in less than 20 min, what kind of fast food are you pretend to be? Anyway. Please, notice clients if it's gonna take forever, be kind.

Very crowded..but good place for a quick meal

Disgusting - AVOID. They forgot our order - we watched our number get to the top then disappear. When we asked about our order, staff were extremely rude and dismissive. We received old cold burgers left on the side, that were all bun and tiny patties. Scraped out the lettuce and onions we didn’t want from the old burgers, and left out the bacon we did want and paid for. Chips were cold. MacDonalds need to train the staff to prepare food properly and not be so rude for their mistake. Everyone waiting for food had the same awful service and cold disgusting food. A total rip off as food went in the bin.

Service crews should integrate English communication especially if customers are foreigners. However, the service is fast, the food is good and the structure inside should be better organized.

Pretty standard. Although one of my top reasons for looking forward to Lithuanian McDonald's was the hot fudge sundae, which they no longer do. How sad!

Fast in manking order ready even if there is a lot of people waiting, WC was feeling clean too.

i do not like this place, bad food (because it's a mc donut) and the building is very pretty and the mc donulds ruin it. I LIKE MY PINK BUILDINGS NOT COVERED IN MC DOLANADS. >:-( 2 stars because someone else can have a good time.
