Had spoiled Korean carrot salad, returned it to the servers telling them their carrot salad is putrid. They didn’t do anything. They still sold the salads. Quality is going down fast. The daily breakfast is unbeatable, one euro for hard boiled egg, 2 slices of salami and cheese, butter and jam with your French bun. If you have an IKEA card you get free coffee or drink too. They say all IKEAs around the world are the same but having it in Lithuania makes big difference in finding choices. Also the free wifi is heaven sent."

Dissapointing; Its about safety, Ikea I am really disappointed about Ikea customer-service at Ikea Lithuania. In June, one of my four Nordviken chairs sudden collapsed while I was sitting on it (photos). I am 90 kg, and 190 centimeters tall. I've sent this to Ikea Lithuania and asked if they want to check if its any problem with the chair, so It does not happened to other people. They answer that the chair collapsed because of mechanical reasons (e.g. missuse). and where not interested to investigate further. As I was not happy with this answer I sent the pictures to Ikea international. After three emails, they have still noe answered me. Thomas

Ikea is great except this one, they have an elevator that goes up but not down for handicap people. Very busy on weekends. Can't use carts to take purchases to your car. Best to bring your own bag. Other shops nearby to make it a day of shopping.

Horrible experience for a mother with a baby. We went up to have lunch at their restaurant and baby of 2 months became very fussy. Tried to leave the quickest possible with unconsolable baby, but no way to go back to the entrance or exit without passing through the whole shopping mall floor! Elevators bring you down directly at the beginning of the shopping halls and asked for children corner’s workers to help out and lead us out through extra doors or through the childrens corner out of the store, but the answer was: “do you see flesh in the floor? Follow it. “THROUGH THE WHOLE DAMN STORE. Sorry, but something is wrong in the management then of the store if they cannot help out in such a situation and if childrens corner’s workers are such a unempathetic mean hags. Would not leave my child there either even when she is older. FYI, I worked in IKEA in Belgium previously and one of the values are wellbeing and respect of families and children. I was highly disappointed in how this store in Vilnius is run.

Staff in the showrooms are not helpful, whenever you ask for something they are not interested. The lack of customer service makes the experience quite miserable. Maybe self-service would be a better idea for this business than staff chatting to each other ignoring clients or hiding somewhere to avoid contact.

Wow! It's huge and everything you need for your house is available here at a great price. Very well connected bus bus from the city centre of Vilnius and with ample car parking as well.

I have to say, there is something special with IKEA. There is a always a feeling that you get, that no matter what you do or buy you always get a great deal or value. The truth is not quite so settled. The shop has a typical IKEA layout, with two stores and a path of demo kitchens, rooms and items on display. I quite enjoy going through it and finding all the little things they have added along the way. And there, at the end it's your little reward, a food court with great food at low prices! So, here is what I've got myself, a burger for 4.5 Euros ! This is unbeatable, you can't get anything like this anywhere! The burger itself though is decent, but there is something off about it, not sure that meat is 100% beef, as it tastes like something else was added. Overall it tastes good, well worth it's price, but don't expect it to be amazing, it's not! I've also got myself a deal for 0.35 Euro for self serve ice cream cone. What a deal, but again you get what you pay for, it's not really great, barely tastes of vanilla, so the taste is very plain overall.

It wonderful as usual. The food is great, I got an upgradeable table, the quality is excellent but I lost a few years of my life setting it up.

The navigation is horrible. Once you've entered and bought\saw everything you need you can't just get to the checkout. You need to walk through the entire shop again just because the marketing team wants you to do it.

As a regular Ikea client today ate at the restaurant, ordering salad, meat balls and borsch, decided to put little small chulli to try it to the salad, and instead of open the plastic it were put ti the next dish. For my surprise clerk said I have ti pay an extra plate, client next to me helped to translate to her that I though it were free to add to the salad and clerk say its not for free. Of course I assumed my "mistake" and paid extra salad, but felt robbered, even if it were "my mistake" it wasnt expected for me that Ikea is this kind of companies that they can rob You legally. Dissapointing experience, next time hope I can give You 5 stars again.

Horribly staffed store - aka understaffed. For some bizarre reason, they seem to have less staff on the weekends when more people are off from work and shopping 🤦🏼‍♀️ My husband and I had to wait 45 minutes to see someone to finalize and purchase our kitchen because they only had 2 people working in this section. Utter nonsense.

Rude service, kitchen installation had to return 6 times in 7 days. Personnel threatening not serve, call the security, rude to clients. Terrible hotdogs.

Nice store with big parking and two food points. But on weekends there are a lot of people, queues everywhere. Then it’s difficult to find a parking space, and you need to have a lot of time in reserve.

Frustrating! We had such a good shopping and the meal, but at the end - all was destroyed by one way system. We had to carry all our heavy shopping bags through the whole store again, because no one even bothered to help us to open the doors from the restaurant to the exit doors. God forbid if there is an emergency!?!? Very unfriendly. How about fire emergency? That would be a death trap! Disappointing!

Very large Ikea location, in a mall area outsite of the city. It is very well supplied and you can find anything you are looking from the Ikea website. Good restaurant and cafe inside, clean and organized. Prepare to walk a lot inside the store....

Being an English only speaker in the Vilnius location was a handicap. But I eventually found all I was looking for. Staffing was a little light in the bedding department. Love the quality of the items I purchased..

Ok food for cheap. Plenty of parking. Sometimes it's hard to find the exact knick-knack that you're looking for.

Closing the ground floor shortcut door to the tills and exit and making me to go all the way through the ground floor just to leave the place is just low. Didn't expect this from IKEA. To me it seemed like false imprisonment of sorts.

Ikea Lithuania is a go-to happening for those used to Ikea stores around the world. Start with a 1 e breakfast or a 3,60 day meal. To get out, you will need to walk through the entire store! A clever marketing tool but a challenge for us elderly with long walk issues but a delight for 🛍 who are sure to find items for the home. Easily accessible and with a neighboring shopping mall and a nearby sporting goods store 👌

My visit was rather quick, to get some frozen potato pancakes and frozen meatballs. Although, even it was no cashier at the counter, the guard called for one while I was placing my goods on a counter. Everything was smooth and quick.

Very good very nice. Just one has to get used to it: big venue, lots of stuff, have to put things together if you want to use the goods you bought 😄

Called like 10 different furniture stores and IKEA was the only one who could deliver furniture within 4 weeks. They actually delivered a full house of furniture within 24 hours, amazing. Also their service was excellent I got help to make my order that was 48 different furniture/items.

Best IKEA I have been to! Always clean, neat and organized! Always shelves are fully stocked. Love the cafeteria as well, especially the coffee and lunch of the day.

Huge shop with good assortment. Not forget to visit the canteen with good price and tasty food. The canteen has only one flaw - the same food every day.

IKEA like IKEA :-) Big shop, good selection of items. Has playroom for children up to ~7 years which is good for children and parents. Like to go with children to eat some Swedish meatballs in the restaurant

There are some things you can trust in life. The US Dollar, cold in the Lithuanian winter, death and taxes. Ah yes, and also a good food quality/price ratio in Ikea. Wherever you have hunger in your stomach, and doubt in your mind eat at Ikea. (Buying stuff that you don't need is optional).

I find myself having flashbacks to the time I got lost and kept walking in circles for hours, sheathed in stress-induced, meatball-laced sweat thinking I would never return from this cosy Scandinavian purgatory... Great affordable furniture though!

Quite nice selection of furniture and household items. Decent prices and good quality. Better come with specific amount of cash, else you will spend too much as there are many things you will buy 😁
