If you would want to change membership to another club due to personal circumstances the operators at call line will be answering you that it’s possible to change the membership, you just need to send the e-mail, but the ones answering e-mail will be saying that it’s impossible to change membership without any reference to the contact, just “we do not change membership”. Extremely unprofessional Upd: it’s even worse. They commented my initial comment here asking to send e-mail so that the problem could be solved. And the e-mail they provided simply doesn’t work. GYM+ is quiet literally the definition of anti-customer behavior and anti-client politics. Self-described "customer service" is nothing but useless time-wasting email back-and-forth. Menagement literally ignores your questions, refuses to elaborate on their own company rules (regarding memberships). They cannot make any changes or add services to your existing membership howerever small they are, even if they list those services on their website and give you an option to pay for them. I tried to give them more money than I already pay just to recieve services that they offer, but was unable to do so. Instead of being helped, I've been advised to cancel my membership. If you can avoid it, don't use this GymPlius.

Price is good, a lot equipment to choose from. Little bit crowded even in the mornings, there are queues to equipment. There is sauna too.

Training facilities are good, but almost always there are issues with the machine to buy tickets. It is almost once per month "broken" and you are not able to pay for the visit. Best thing is that when their app breaks it exposes windows and financial program is installed on same account and is accessible from desktop and start menu without password with all transaction data. Tho the training facilities look good. Are very spacious and is not very crowded.

Looks like a nice and well maintained gym. Lots of space, two floors. I chose not to go there because it was too overcrowded for me - almost every station was taken, with some queues. That was at 19:00-20:00. That said, it felt very energetic, everyone was exercising and people looked toned. I'd say it would perfectly fit a "gym rat" kind of person IMO.
