The first problem is the international office. They just understand the language of money. I am pretty sure they are working on commission basis as in their solution to any problem is pay the fees, retake the semester pay the fees of that semester. The education system is not good while the professor are controlled by the international office members just to keep the students in the dark till the last moment and all of a sudden the professor will not accept your work for no valid reason and when you try to talk to them, the professor starts ignoring your calls and messages and then you have to contact the international office. Ultimately the international office will tell you they can't do anything at the last moment and will tell you to repeat the semester just for that same subject and pay the fees. Exploiting the international students is not good. They should understand the problem and try to help the students rather than extract money from them. I wish there would have been better staff at the international office. I had suffered this problem and was a victim of the international office but some how solved the problem by reaching to the higher authorities of the university. There no specific rules and regulations of the university. Biased and illogical solutions to the problems of the students. Might get proper solution depending on the mood of the staff.

If you're an international student. I advise you against this University. The teachers and professors barely speak English. And the staff has no idea what they're doing. If you're really keen on studying in Lithuania, go for another university because this isn't it. I've had a bad experience with it and so did a lot of my friends. Thank God I managed to transfer to another university before graduation.

Having Ersmus+ program in this building. The building is connected with modern building that has very modern design. The rooms is equipped with modern technology for teaching and it is surrounded by trees and forest.

The staffs donā€™t have good knowledge and proper English for teaching and they donā€™t have good lab Equipments, machines for doing practicalā€™s and professors donā€™t have good language to clear our questions and the international office doesnā€™t support foreign students.

Best university for IT/CS in Lithuania. If you pay attention you'll see all the people rating this university low are from India/Pakistan etc. Yes, it's hard for Lithuanian lecturers to understand your accent.

Bloody great, no less. Teachers actually teach you things you didn't know and are motivated most of the time which is a huge step up from previous stages of education in Lithuania.

Very poor customer service, rude and misogynistic staff. Where is cancel culture when you need it? Poor air quality and ridiculous entry requirements. Dirty socks and a suit and tie? Who do they thing they are?? Terrible refund policy. Do not go here unless you want to be disrespected!!
