Very bad staff, the girl working there was very racist she didn’t say anything since we entered and when a Lithuanian entered she started talking with her normally, very bad service. Don’t recommend going there at all.

Never visit if you don’t have white skin blue eyes and brown hair , the staff is so racist!! Since the first second inside the restaurant till we left , no single body talk to us a single word not a smile !! Don’t recommend at all.

Very good sushi's but a little pricey

Really long wait time. 20mins at least 3 times in a row. I recommend to order in advance.

Sushi's are pretty decent, average wait time, not too expensive. Would come back again.

Terrible, rude service, seemingly aimed at driving customers away! Was met with a standoffish attitude from the get-go. Asked the young woman behind the counter if I could borrow the Wi-Fi while there. The answer was a deep sigh and “if it works”. Bought a soft drink and sat down. She seemed very annoyed by me being there (as the only customer) and started mumbling cusses in Russian (I for sure caught a “pizdets”). When I left I heard her say “nachui” behind my back. I guess she was so arrogant as to think she would get away with using Russian cuss words just because I approached her in English. This incident took place in Sushi Express by Sauletikis IKI, Nemencines Pl. 2, 26-08-2023 at 13h.

Haven't tried their food but customer service was so bad and rude that lost all desire to even order anything. 🤷‍♀️

Customers had to wait 30min even when there were only few orders before. Meals were fine but could be more fresh.

Fast sushi fornreasonable price

Had an awful experience in this place. As, a foreigner, I don’t speak and understand Lithuanian. I nicely asked employee to explain differences between two dishes. She frustratedly replied in russian that everything is written on the menu “in front of you”. I replied that I don’t understand anything , she quietly said to “look it up somewhere”. This woman simply couldn’t explain in two words my request, that is nonsense for me..

Wasabi felt like dense powder-water paste, rice was quite soggy, yet the taste of sushi wasn’t too bad, but the outgrown teenage attitude of the “lady” at the counter combined with aggressive manner of communication makes the experience rather disappointing.

Very rude employees.
