feel
very
disappointed
with
my
experience
at
this
clinic.
I
visited
for
the
first
time
about
half
a
year
ago.
The
day
before
my
visit,
the
administrator
called
with
a
request
to
arrive
half
an
hour
earlier.
When
I
arrived,
I
waited
over
an
hour
to
be
served
and
seen
by
the
doctors.
When
I
got
to
them,
I
found
out
that
my
purpose
of
visit
was
registered
differently
and
they
could
not
perform
the
procedure
I
intended.
On
the
next
visit,
the
tooth
was
removed,
but
the
sinuses
were
damaged,
so
after
the
tooth
was
extracted,
everything
would
come
out
of
the
nose
when
drinking
liquid
or
rinsing
the
mouth.
I
understand,
all
kinds
of
situations
happen
and
there
are
complications.
However,
after
calling
the
clinic
and
explaining
the
situation,
I
heard
from
the
administrator
that
it
can't
be
like
that
here,
it
has
never
been
like
that
and
I
might
have
caught
a
cold
here.
After
a
while
I
called
again
asking
specifically
to
contact
the
doctor,
this
time
I
was
told
that
it
would
only
be
possible
after
5
days
when
the
doctor
was
working.
However,
I
am
grateful
that
he
was
still
contacted
and
the
doctor
called
me
to
comment
on
the
situation.
When
I
arrived
six
months
later
for
the
dental
implant,
I
found
out
that
the
payment
plan
I
made
was
no
longer
valid
because
the
advance
payment
had
not
been
made,
which
I
had
not
been
informed
about
before,
although
I
had
specifically
asked
about
the
prices
and
had
received
an
answer
that
I
had
paid
everything.
So
I
received
an
offer
to
pay
an
additional
250eu
to
the
previously
calculated
amount.
After
this
experience,
I
refused
the
services
of
the
clinic.
