Blogas kvapas salone, prastas personalas, prastos kokybės Hamam procedūra bei masažai. Pinigai išmesti į balą. Labai neprofesiolanu kelionių agentūrai bendradarbiauti su tokios prastos kokybės spa. 2. Pirkome kelionę į Pamukalę. Važiavome 6valandas tam, kad tik 2val. turėtume galimybę pabūti pačioje Pamukalėje. Taip pat buvome vežiojami po Tekstilės ir vynų parduotuves (???) kur buvo kišama pirkti daiktus. Manau, jeigu žmonės norėtų apsipirkti, jie patys nueitų į turgų arba parduotuves, o ne pirktų ekskursijas į Pamukale. Labai nuvylė ši kelionė, nes visko net nepavyko pamatyti per tokį trumpą laiką. Taip pat labai nuvylė gidė buvusi kartu, atrodo jos vardas buvo Violeta, jeigu neklystu. Labai nemandagiai bendravo su žmonėmis, pakeltu tonu, neprofesionaliai. Kelionės pradžioje, buvo pasakyta, kad jei pasidarys bloga-pranešti ir bus paduotas maišelis. Viena moteris pasijutus blogai paprašė maišelio-jis buvo ieškomas geras 5min (???) Per šį laiką jis gali būt nebereikalingas. Visiškai nepasiruošus gidė. 3. Paskutinė pirkta kelionė buvo 4in1. Raftingas,bagiai, batutai ir žvejyba. Ši eksursija mums patiko, tačiau niekas nepasakė, kad būsime prijungti prie rusų grupės, kurioje gidas taip pat rusas, ir visada kalba tik rusiškai. Gerai bent tiek, kad raftinge instruktažą pravedė agliškai. Apibendrinant, labai prastos kokybės paslaugos ir ekskursijos, niekam nerekomenduoju.

    We bought a trip through Coral Travel. Recommended 5-star hotel in Turkey Side Royal Paradise, there are no complaints or negative reviews. When we got there, we found out that it's a 4-star hotel, I wouldn't give it 3 stars. The reviews are tragic, the rooms are cleaned in a hurry, there is a layer of dust under the bed, possibly not cleaned since the reconstruction. The shower is dripping. The lobby is full of smoke in the evening before dinner, the corridor smells of sewage.

    I would like to thank the company for the highest level of service! For understanding and providing help in an emergency situation. We will rest in Turkey with Coral Travel. Fires started on the very first day of our vacation in the Side resort. There was a constant smell of burning and ashes falling from the sky. with the children, we asked to be transferred to a safer place, to another hotel. Our request was heard. And the hotel was chosen in Belek, even better than the one we stayed at before in the Side resort. Also, a big thank you to our guide Sonata for her honesty and care!!!     We boought ultra included to our trip and we get for that just bear and wine and 4tyoe of cocktails. All more cocktails were paid , wifi in the room need to pay. And everything else also need to pay. Conclusion, dont waste money for extra ultra included. Turkey

    We traveled to Tunisia. There were no problems with the trip from the airport to the hotel and back, the buses are tolerable, we didn't even think about going on excursions with coral travel due to many complaints from close friends, but I realized that the complaints were not without reason. On the way from the airport to the hotel, the guide spoke mostly in Russian, which under all known circumstances should not be used at all, spoke English in a few sentences, spoke Russian for maybe half an hour, although there were at least 80% of people on the bus who understood English, so the majority remained without understanding anything. Excursions are like this, the longest one is to the Sahara desert (2 days) and it was spoiled for acquaintances, because there was minimal information in English, and the story, interesting facts, etc. were told in Russian. Plus, there was no air conditioning in the buses, and it was 50 degrees outside :) Communication is rude, eyes are rolled whenever we ask something in English. The worst agency I've had to deal with, maybe it's even better to organize yourself than to use the services of this agency just because of the Russian language, apart from other minuses.

    Labai liūdną patirtį apturėjome Turkijoje. Coral Travel visiškai nusiplovė rankas kai Jų pačių įmonės gidas mus apgavo ir pardavė mums ekskursiją ne tą kurią mes iš tikrųjų pirkome. Coral Travel pripažino, kad tai jų gidas, jog dirba pas juos jog jiems jis žinomas už sukčiavimus tačiau niekuo padėti negali. Mus atvežė į safarį ir paliko bananų laukuose - vietoje žadėtos ekskursijos po Alanijos miestą. Susiekėme su visomis Coral Travel atstovybėmis - jų atsakymas: klaida jų gido ir šią klaidą turi spręsti pats gidas. O gidas mūsų telefono numerį tiesiog užblokavo. Ačiū Coral Travel už tokią patirtį. Labai neatsakinga agentūra - kratosi klaidų kurias atlieką jų pačių darbuotojai. Tikrai daugiau nesirinkčiau ir niekam nerekomenduoju.

    skrydžio laikas koreguotas kelis kartus, taip sutrumpinant paskutinę kelionės dieną beveik puse paros. Skrydis į priekį naktį, atvykus anksti ryte į viešbutį nėra pasirūpinta, jog būtų paruošti kambariai. Tad 6 valandas (kol bus paruoštas kambarys) tenka laukti viešbučio kieme bandant pailsėti po bemiegės nakties. Labai neapmąstyta ir nuvilia, ne kokia atostogų pradžia.

    Nerekomenduočiau šios agentūros, nors bendravimas iki kelionės pirkimo buvo malonus, tačiau atskridus į norimą šalį nusivyliau Coral Travel gidais. Reikiamos info nepateikia, staiga "pameta" mūsų viešbučio lapus, nekordinuoti, kratosi atsakomybės, atvažiuoja tik pristatyti ekskursijas ir pasiimti pinigus, o šiaip bendros info apie pačią šalį, susisiekimą ir t.t. nepristato. Visko reikia klausinėti, patys atsakymai trumpi ir neaiškūs, atrodo, jie patys nieko nežino. Skundai dėl pačio viešbučio jiems nerūpi, bendravimas minimalus ir atšiaurus. Nėra ko lyginti su žinomomis kelionių agentūromis kaip Tez tour , jiems iki tokio lygio dar tikrai yra kur pasistengti. Pradėčiau nuo naujų gidų ir jų kompetencijos kelimo

    Nepatiko keliauti su kelionių agentūra Coral Travel. Absoliučiai nesirūpina savo klientais, nepateikė laiko, kada autobusas atvyks pasiimti keleivių į oro uostą. Dieną prieš skrydį 18h žinute nurodytai atsakingai vadybininkei išsiuntemė užklausą dėl paėmimo laiko, tačiau iki pat vėlaus vakaro atsakymo nesulaukėme. Skambinome visais nurodytais numeriais, tačiau mūsų vadybininkė Dovilė išjungė telefoną, vietoje vienos žinutės su nurodytu laiku. 24val dirbantis numeris iš Coral Travel agentūros taip pat neatsiliepė, tad vidurnaktį dar vis nepavykus sužinoti paėmimo laiko, pagaliau gavome informaciją iš viešbučio administracijos ir galėjome likusias kelias valandas prieš paėmimą į skrydį užmerkti akis. Taip pat autobuse nepasitinka Coral Travel atstovai nei nurodo oro uoste, kur eiti, priešingai nei kitose agentūrose. :)

He actually sent my aunt and told us to call a taxi because everything is normal for him. The Russian guy (the type of guide who doesn't really do anything, except that he was next to the driver) was talking to someone and said he didn't know what to do.     Labai prasta patirtis Kretoje su gide Dovilė Gadliauskaitė. Už ekskursijas pinigų nori tik grynais čia ir dabar, net nesužinojusi ar yra vietų, esi priverstas grynintis bankomate, nepalankiu kursu. Ekskursiją atšaukia nepraėjus, nė valandai, tačiau visų pinigų, išleistų ekskursijos užsakymui negražina jau savaitę.

The hotel, the city — everything is great, apart from the fact that they LEFT us ALONE at the airport, did not answer calls and messages, ignored the entire travel time, did not inform us about the time of departure. No delivery, legal translator help and half of everything marked in the contract :D All communication (one and a half messages and two sentences) will be conducted in Russian, which already gives a certain understanding of the organizer himself.

    Keliavome su Coral Travel į Tunisą. Viskas vyko sklandžiai, Coral Travel gidė buvo tikrai rūpestinga, atsakė į visus klausimus. Tačiau labai nuvylė tai, kad ekskursiją į Saharą vedė vietinis gidas, dėl kurio nekompetencijos nukentėjo visa ekskursija. Nieko nesužinojome, visur skubėjome.

    2022 ekskursija į Sidę ir plaukiojimas Managvat upe su Coral travel vietiniu gidu. Sides muziejų parodė iš toli, pasakė kad remontas, nors matėm žmonės vaikščioja (sutaupė mūsų pinigus bilietams, aišku iš mūsų pinigai buvo paimti) kitą dieną patys nuvažiavom autobusu ir muziejus veikė. Managvat upe plaukėm tragišku laivu, beprotiškai šalta, vagyti davė šiaip sau, ne visi net ragavo, išlaipino pusiasalyje kur nėra kur pasislėpti ir ką veikti valandai. Pasiskundus "kaip bonusą" nuvežė į alyvuogių spaudyklą valandai. Palyginus su novatoro tokia pačia ekskursija, muziejus buvo, plaukimas upe geru laivu, valgis gražiam restorane ant upės kranto, alyvuogių spaudykloje 4 val pilna ekskursija su gidu. Maža to, dar ir kaina novaturo mažesnė 5€/žmogui! Pasiskundus coral atstovei, atsakymas - niekas iki šiol nesiskundė. Aišku, nesiskundė, nes nežino kad kitos agentūros suorganizuoja pigiau ir geriau, o ne tik po laukus pavedžioja!

    Vykome atostogų į Kretą. Gaila, jog neturėjo pasiūlyti jokios organizuojamos vietinės ekskursijos, važiuojant autobusu tik davė lankstinuką su salos žemėlapiu. Gidas kalbėjo tik angliškai (laužytai) ir rusiškai. Apie išvykimą jokios informacijos nepateikė,nors žadėjo, turėjome patys jam skambinti ir klausti kada ir kur mus paims. Atvykus į oro uostą - chaosas, jokio koordinavimo kur kaip kas. Yra kur tobulėti :)

    We chose a trip organized by Coral travel to the Rixos Beldibi hotel near Antalya. Even before the trip, we received a message that we were selected to fly in business class. The flight is great - everywhere first, plenty of space. We each got headphones and watched selected movies, the children - movies. More great food and service throughout the flight! The journey to the hotel was smooth. We traveled at the beginning of April, so it wasn't hot yet. Hotel Rixos Beldibi is really good. The staff is very helpful. The rooms are spacious and modern. Only we paid a little extra for the sea view. At the beginning of the holiday there were very few people, it seemed that all the staff were only looking after us! Since it was still "off season" for Turks and there were few people, preparations were still underway. The modern and spacious children's room only opened on the last day of our holiday :( There was only one a la carte restaurant - but really very nice! But I think we got a very high class hotel for a good price!

    On 12/19/2023, we arrived in Sharm el Shaik. The representative Gražina spoke in a raised tone, defiantly, when I approached another representative, she hindered communication, threatened that the bus would leave without me. The forgotten Golden Rule:- the customer is always right.
